Oh, it’s not my problem, bruh. Don’t don’t get mad at me when you get insta-kicked from Fractals because you have a staff or short bow equipped. It’s burning that’s where the condi DPS is at, not bleeds.

This is not made for fractals and even if it did I’m only doing it with guildies not kittens like you who kick people.

I like your set up, thinking if wilderness survival could be an interesting alternative to marksmanship

most power stuff don’t go well with druid since it doesn’t provide boon applications and damage modifiers. Thats why CC/Condi builds work best with druid

The Skirmish/Wilderness/Druid mix is gonna give you bunker-y-ness so Settlers makes sense… but losing moment of clarity is really gonna cut into your window to trigger ancient seeds. It’s condi-bunker is a different playstyle with more active defenses than the Marksman/Skirmish/Druid whose survival is going to depend more on hard/soft CC.

I play condi-bunker on Thief and love it, but at least for BWE3 I’ll be trying out the more aggressive, trollish CC set-up.

If you are so concerned with metas or elitist taking over then take the initiative to try and create a counter balance. Create a guild that caters to non meta/non elitist groups, then run said content only with that group.

Simply trying to ban something isn’t going to solve the issue, and in some cases it will actually make it worse.

I’d say website itself is pretty useful so getting rid of gear check feature only should do it.

Update: I take that back Markmanship is useless in my build since Moment of Clarity only adds +1 sec of daze/stun duration which is nothing in PvE since mine is open world build not WvW.

With that set-up I’d definitely got Krait. The poison will give you more depth of condition, but you are losing some direct damage. Moment of Clarity is really powerful with the SB #5 Concussion shot and should doubly benefit Glyph of Equality. Chaining up a big hit to use after getting your attack of opportunity should be lively (e.g. Glyph of Equality or Concussion Shot to stun/interrupt & set AoO, Glyph of Alignment to spend it)

I optimized the build now I got 322 healing power on top and more crit/toughness/vit. All thanks to Rabid/Magi/Dire combination ^^ will update it more when they add druid!! THIS BUILD GONNA BLOW UP >:) I call this build ‘’Toxic Scientist’’

It’s an good option, but I’m hesitant. I feel the power/condition damage swap is mostly a wash due to the hybrid nature of both the SB and Axe. Its 45% bleeding duration on Krait (plus bleed on being hit proc) vs 40% on Mad King with 5% to all other condis which feeds the cripple/immobilize slightly.

It’s not well documented, but I feel like the Mad King on-Elite ravens have a much higher range than the Krait on-Elite proc.

If you do go Krait, I’d swap the stacking condi-damage sigil for a stacking power sigil, again to ensure your direct damage for bow and axe remains a tangible threat.

Hey Nike, thanks for hearing me out on Axe/Dagger combo it helps out in Condi specs don’t get me wrong sword is great too but it mostly gap closer or poison which there is one on dagger anyway.

I agree with OP it gives control to Elitists and encourages drama with the Gear check feature. Remove this feature pleaseee!

This is a valid concern, especially so for Rangers, but it affects all classes to some degree.

There’s nothing really stopping you, though my experiments with it make getting everything you want for an Axe/Dagger or Axe/Torch Malice build really difficult with Druid. Either you give up ALLDAFIRE from Skirmishing’s Trapper’s Expertise, extra Malice and cooldown reductions for the Torch and Dagger from Ambidexterity in Wilderness (as well as Wilderness Knowledge), or you give up Winter’s Bite in Beast. You can’t take all three lines and still be a Druid, and each of those is generally pretty heavily leaned on in the Malice builds I know of.

You can probably go Skirmish/Beast/Druid if you want if you want a Malice Druid, but you almost have to take Verdant Etchings and multiple glyphs. Which really isn’t a bother, I suppose, VE is amazeballs and some of those glyphs are pretty intense. Still, the axe doesn’t work nearly as well without Winter’s Bite. Hrmm…will be interesting to see where the math falls out on that.

Wilderness Knowledge/Skrimishing/Druid with 2 Glyphs and Sharpening/Entangle should do it. I can run S/T-A/D or SB-A/D (Don’t really care about Beastmastery)

Ancient Seeds and shortbow #5 is pretty much auto-tangles. You can build a whole interlocking nest of awful around SB and off-hand dagger.

You should have predator’s onslaught up continuously.

Like title of this thread says, I have no issue with Druid being this supportive/Healing class. Its good to have another great class to have in HoT. I mean c’mon guys stop crying about dps the whole point of Ranger is DPS and when we had that you were all saying ‘’we are selfish class and need some kind of support to get into groups and not be neglected’’ and now you gonna complain?? Also what does releasing class on Twitchcon has to do with class being objectively good or bad? It’s just appears to have some problems that’s why devs needed some time to work on it. Face the facts, If you don’t like it don’t play! no one holding your hand to try out another class.

OP has valid point, we all have Jobs and families to keep we cannot afford play 24/7 hour a day for low amount of rewards we get. This needs to be fixed, please A-net?

extending the event is fine but making rewards little higher is even better!!! at least make 40 blossom per hour we have to do some many events in one area and sometimes its impossible to get everything

So this happen yesterday when I made new character during reset and got chest of loyalty pop up for reset…So i clicked on ‘’Save for later’’ after which I deleted that character then went on my main to get the reward. Chest disappeared from my screen..now today when its reset again I only get day 1 reward..WHAT IS THIS??? (sorry for my poor English)
