3 not 1. just clearning that up we getting 1 expansion that costs 50 dollars. GW1 Trilogy and WoW costed less than 50 dollars if you bought it back then + they had their own benefits and perks such as new mounts/skins/character slots. each of those expansions were clearly far BIGGER and had more diverse content for its value that we got at that time. What does Anet offer? exactly. Core game and kitten expansion that not even complete yet

We’ll have to wait and see what they change on traps, but like Heim said, it’s unlikely. Traps are all condition damage and our melee weapons are all power (GS) and mostly power (Sword). You can get away with using one melee weapon for survivability, but using both? I doubt it, unless they make traps do a serious amount of direct damage.
and yes I’m aware of that was talking about axe/torch and sword/dagger by saying ’’melee’’ weapons. Don’t forget poison and burning now stack intensity(more condi damage) not duration.
I think if you going condi then stick to condi with new changes hybrid not worth it and that goes for other classes also (pure builds have more weight to them)
So my question is when we get new core specializations and new trait system will Trap/Melee condi become more viable?? I already have full rabid on my ranger and playing around with traps but not sure if they getting buffed with the update. fyi longbow is still powerful as ever and everyone I know is gonna tell to roll with Longbow instead of other weapons BUT I really want to try something cool
why would you even want to be beta tester? its their job to test and fix the bugs you payed for game already and supporting them with cash shop. I don’t see point on grinding so much for 1 item that will eventually expire and u get kicked from beta.

what ’’prestigious’’ are we talking about??? everyone and their mother has like 4-5 legendary already if they played since launch I don’t see point on whining for the old legendaries now since the new ones can only be get by crafting/doing with masteries and is NOT TRADEABLE. Which means that even if you get new precursors from Mystic Forge OR drop you cant sell it
What rune should I use there are many options Undead,Afflicted,Mad King or Aristocracy??? I’m mainly bleed trapper for solo PvE/WvW with full Rabid Axe,torch,dagger,sword
I’d say by 200-300 not so much since the new legendaries and craft only it wont affect the economy but you need to look at the other side of table which is supply and demand
Yes I am aware of droprate i also know that not everything handed to us in silver platter. Now what I’m saying is 100% reward depending on quantity instead of rng which makes it more rewarding to do those old maps. it’s still grind but at least u getting somewhere
How you feel like about new reward system coming with HoT the new way of getting T6 mats and other items will it make dead areas more lively? And what’s your take on it affecting the economy. I’d like to hear your opinion.

Im making frostfang atm and so far got 3 REQS; tooth,gift of mastery and gift of ff. all I need now is T6 mats I got some from laurels and from farming dungeons buying from tp but it’s so overwhelmed…I been farming for 1 month without stopping and not even at 100x so please if you know any good method help me plz.

you know there is this thing called ‘’Edge of the Mists’’ where you go capture keeps/towers and gain lots of exp…I got from lvl10>80 in 2 days very easy
Will the prices of Deldrimor Ingots rise with Revenant coming to GW2? I thought since its new heavy class and everyone gonna play one it would be great idea to invest in Ingots and make profit after HoT release.
Its funny because half the rangers die from melee by using long ranged weapons such as LB but when people like you complain about it proves that they don’t know how to play against one. Rangers already weak against heavy guys no need to nerf them any further.
Tip: when you can’t fight certain class try to make one for yourself and mess around with it (can do in HoTM insta 80) and when you play them you know what kills you the most aka the ’’weak’’ spot. good luck~
Well I mostly play guardian bunker so in the end when there is 3v1 and I go down people blame on me for not getting points or support them…. this is spvp not freaken wvw people zerg a lot its annoying
Firstly I want to address that I’m not a big when it comes to sPVP (rank:12). Recently my friend got me into getting dailies so I thought hey, this isn’t too bad I get a few tomes and other stuff… but noo!! some people are always there to ruin the experience. I don’t want to start drama but what happen was every time I do unranked match and it doesn’t matter if I lose or win there is this self proclaimed rank lvl80 players who talk really bad stuff on me/friends. How are the new players and people who never done sPVP gonna deal with this thing?? My Suggestion is to add filter like in WvW to not be able to talk in map chat or see enemy player names. Will prices go up again: they’ve been heading down for a few months now. Even if they do go back up, it could easily take a few months. In addition, if ANet releases new precursors, that will be the new shiny and I would expect prices to drop further.
Equip or not: did you make this thing to sell or because you liked the looks? If for looks then equip. If for sale, you might be in trouble. Either sell at a loss to get most of your gold back or stick in the bank and pray.
When I first started playing the game I only made twilight cuz I’d like how it looked but now I honestly hate it for personal reasons this is part of why I wanna sell it…on other hand its pain to see 600g go down in drain so I have to make smart decision.
Titles says it all idk if I should equip it or sell, the current prices are around 4k-4.5k so i make about 600g loss if I sell it right now(TP+Listing fees). Will prices go back again? please help me.
