I haven’t been on this game for a few weeks, this event enticed me back, but I’m growing bored again already with this lag. Well Halo 4 is still there!

I got bored of grinding cursed shore. I got bored of WvW zerg vs zerg. Halo 4 came out.

Maybe some of these reasons for others not playing currently?

I play a thief and this is a welcome change! Assassin Signet now gives more damage! Better than one super powerful attack that was being abused with backstab and destroying people before they can react.

No Anet response? =D COME ON!

I was using the FOV tool and since the last latest patch it stopped working, since then, I’ve not been back on the game because it was feeling too constricted. I hope others share this experience and something is soon done about the game.

It may seem a petty nag for some of you, but the FOV really is awful.

Been asked for a lot here, not sure if had Anet response.

Surprising it’s not already in, they’d get a lot of gem sales for this.

Anet say they’re banning botter accounts but I haven’t seen any proof to this as I’ve seen the same group at cursed shore for nearly a week.

Botters in WvW? Disappointing that my queue times are increased because of this.

Oh that sounds a bit scary, like. Think I won’t login for a couple days!

Running GW2 on Windows 8 here. Works fine with my setup.

Metro is stupid on desktop though, but that has no relation to this game so.

I never use it, lol. It seems I can just use cloak and dagger for stealth and vulnerability with my p/d build and body shot is just completely wasted.

What the hell are some of you saying it’s not a good build for? It’s great, some good videos on youtube of this build.

I use it as my main weapon set and I can control the fights. In and out of stealth a hell of a lot.

You can run the build to have high survivability or pop 30 into power and have some decent damage output and condition damage and just kitten people off.

Though i’ve only used this build in WvW and PvE, not sPvP.

Use shortbow for WvW zerg fighting.

This is painfully annoying because I’ve not yet been able to complete my personal story because of the event to enter the dungeon broke!

Game is too broken lately, seems to be worse than launch.

Still bad for us? I’ve not been on WvW for a while now since this. Not that I’m a bad loser, I like to go roaming with my Thief but it gets a bit annoying to see us constantly backed into a corner just because we lack the numbers right now.

The skill dynamics are fine, changing them to what was suggested in OP is a bad move. I think it would make more sense or look better though to be a smoke screen you pop down rather than some necro looking style skill.

I am a thief and I would say thief is the most annoying to fight because of this rendering issue. I feel bad when I kill people in WvW or they see me and run because I just know it’s an unfair fight, not because of the class but because of the really bad lag in this game which I hope can get fixed or people will give up.

I go pistol/dagger so I’m in/out of stealth constantly and I can just picture the other player getting kitten off with my characters rendering, lol.

Jormag! It’s even said in the personal story cinematic that if Zaihtan(SP?) is killed then Jormag will be next.

The dungeon of arah cant be opened right now. The event chain in order to open it is bugged since yesterday. ( Probably the one for anchorage waypoint – the event to release it from its contested state ). Please help us, we rly like to farm its expl content.

Same happened for me. Not very pleasing.

Happens to me frequently lol, very strange when I hear another race/sex say stuff, it makes me lol really hard (not so much now) when I hear an Asura say “I’m hemorrhaging!”. I’m often all by myself when this happens.

Not saying I’ve used the camera tool but it makes the camera so much better, and it causes none of the problems for me that one of the developers stated it would cause, lol.

FOV slider IS needed Anet!

All the game seems broken now. Lag, culling, events bugging already and camera.

Same, awful nearly unplayable lag which has just made the game kitten for pvp – this since the latest patch.

Is it just me that since the new patch has started to get some terrible lag now?

It’s breaking the game, just like the events that keep on breaking now and the camera.

I really love this game but this is just putting me off it.

Broken on whiteside ridge too. Also this server lag since patch is stupid now.

Would using this FoV get me banned?

Repair bill in WvW is stupid. Do they want people to stop playing WvW to ease the servers?

I don’t think just WvW is affected after the recent patch, even in PvE NPCs aren’t appearing for ages and its lagging to hell at times.

Why is it a PvE goal? Lol. It’s a game goal, a map goal.

Though I do agree that WvW players only caring for their map completion is bad, if you’re on the same team as them that is, otherwise it’s fun to hunt them down and ruin their day.

Learn to hit better. It gives a bit of skill to an easy bit of stealth.

Same has just happened to me! I had to wait to come out of combat (luckily the enemies moved on) to then switch to a skill that will move me which got me out of it.

A fix would be welcome!

(brings up the WoW card again) One of the funniest thing in WoW was the traveling, you had ships, you had zepelins and you even had a kitten subway! It felt realistic, you had time to observe the zones and meet new people while waiting or traveling…

I too dislike the waypoint system. It seems to be a way to get us to spend money. It takes away some excitement from the game for me.

Same happens with the same on mine too. Really looks bad. Hope this can get a fix soon…

Seems to me like they want us to buy gold through gems.

Maybe if you can afford enough gems to buy your exotic gear then you’ll start to run out of things to do. For me, getting that gear will take a long time of saving my gold. That and I am having amazing fun in WvW, sPvP, PvE.

Sounds like a Mesmer Portal.

I don’t know what the animation is for the exit side of the portal, but it is possible he cast it before he died. Then the army inside the keep used the entry portal he cast before leaving to teleport to the exit portal where you were.

Sounds like this is a possibility. If so, good tactic but I thought there’d be some kind of limit on that portal.

Hmm, no it wasn’t like the culling “feature” but they all come out from him. Like they all ran out from him, as if they were hiding in him.

So, in WvW today we were banging on the gates to an enemy keep, when some invader comes out the keep, not attacking, runs right into our group and when he dies 20+ enemy players all suddenly appeared out of him.

Is this a game feature or a bug? I wasn’t the only one who saw this, pretty much all of us died near instantly and everyone I asked had this happen to them too.

Yeah this happens to me too.

I noticed it more in PvE than PvP though.

Its fast and easy to level 70 – 80. The events are rather fun in that area too. I did a lot in frostgorge too, that place is fun.

I hit 80 with my thief and now I’m playing about with builds in WvW and sPvP. Got the armor style I wanted, need to get some good weapons next and better stats for my armor. Generally though I am just having fun playing the game.

The world is really alive to me and I like to just be wondering about in it which is a great escape from my work life.

I hit 80 with my thief last night and am now toying with builds and looking to find cool gear. Doing a lot of WvW now too.

That doesn’t sound fun but without naming you a “noob” are you using your traits and skills? Do you have good armor stats with vitality etc?

I need this too. Just to change my hair style and colour. I’d also like to rename my character now as the way I play doesn’t represent it’s name now.

Same here, very annoying. I cleared the beach then the next objective didn’t fire. The bomb guy was stood still whilst the others would follow me.
