Hi, I’m posting this as it seems that sending bugs from in-game menu doesn’t help.

I did (some time ago) buy the book which unlocks the forst fang precursor crafting collecition among others…

But somehow I’m unable to buy Glacial imbued jar, because it says that first I need to unlock collection.. but it is already unlcked… I opened a ticket but i’ve been completely ignored… So just to try… I bought another book to unlock the frostfang collection (and see if I unbug it), but when trying to use the book, a message appears that I already have the collection unlocked…

So right now, I’m still unable to buy the recipe, and lost my gold and karma on an unusable item.

Can you have a look at it?? I know that karma/gold used to buy that book to try is lost.. but at least fix it so I can buy the recipe…

Hi, a week ago just got some gems and decided to spend them adding bank tabs (as I have all my bank tabs at full).

I almost always bought them from black lion trading company (which sends you a mail with an item to increase bank tabs).

BLTC didn’t tell me I was already at max bank tabs, it just notifies you that max bank tabs you can have is 12, but it doesn’t tell you that you have max items of it (like it does with nodes wich if you already have it, it doesn’t allow you to buy another one).

So well, BLTC allowed me to buy an additional expansion so I clicked and bought it, and as expected received the mail with the item.

But, surprise! When double clicking on it, a bright red shiny message on middle of screen tells me that I already have max bank tabs.

Well… this is quite upsetting that you allow to buy items that you already have at max and you can not use it. I opened a ticket asking for a refund (removing the item but having back my 600gems) but it was ignored (as I was expecting). So now I’m asking it here.

It is not my fault that you allow to buy things at gem store which the player isn’t allowed to use it. I mean, it should be like nodes, if you already have the max of it, you shouldn’t allow to buy more.

Please, I want a refund back as it is pointless to have such an item worth 600 gems taht I can not use because you didn’t take care of this

Hi again, I just found it, but it’s quite strange.

I got the item with the first character I logged in althought I didn’t open any chest. My character was on mad kings labyrinth, automatically got kicked from there to lion’s arch and then switched character. Somehow the game automatically opened thew chest on my first character.

Well, that was strange, you can close this topic.

Hi, I just logged on the game and I have not received the sandford family ring reward although I have completed all achievements from that episode.

I got all the other 3 rewards but not the ring.

Please, how can I retreive now my reward? And anyone else had the same issue and found a solution?

as DaKenster pointed out, if you go to another map (not battlegrounds) and do an event, you can come back and do rhendak’s event and get the chests.

The odd thing is, I have 4 characters were Rhendak. With none of the 4 I was getting the chests since some days. But today, a friend of mine who also has 4 characters inside, brought a new character into (which never killed Rhendak before) and as expected she got the chest with this new char, but suprisingly I got it too (like if partying with her “new” character, had reseted my event….)

As I was expecting, none of my other 3 characters and the other 4 of my friend were getting the chest, until we went out to another map (Plains of ashford/Wayfarer foothills ie.) and gone back to rhendaks.

So if anyone has this issue yes, go to another map (not battlegorunds), do an event and go back to rhendack and voila!

Hi, I tried to do an event on battlegrounds, and after doing the event I did rhendak again and still had no chest. So not sure if the problem is that.. I will try a different map (not battlegrounds) just in case…. but this is annoying.

I thought that diminishing return of the event was reset daily, it just does not make sense to do an event, switch to next map to reset the diminishing return and going back to desired event.

I will post later once I try to go to another map (because going to battlegrounds does not work)

Well, I was expecting that after not connecting for 2 whole days (weekend) I would get my daily correctly reset. But I’m trying again rhendak and yet I’m not receiving any bonus chest (interface or floor).

1 guildie who suffered from the same issue (with 3 characters she was not receiving any chests) she confirmed that yesterday she received all chests available from Rhendak.

Me and a mate (both of us are having the issue) today we are not receiving the chests… with 2 different chars.. now we are going for the third character and see if we get some luck and receive the chest…..

Well… I’m being like this since 6 days now. I’m sending tickets but it seems useless…
I’m killing him everyday with different chars but with none of them I get any chest (floor or interface)

Hi, don’t know if this would fit here,
but me and some others, are having trouble with rhendak the crazed event.

We are going for him daily, but since 2 days he is not giving anymore the daily bonus chest neither the big chest on the floor (second chest is 1 per character/day).

Having said that, yesterday I killed him 6 times (4 of 6 tries were done with 4 different characters… I have not received any chest at all).

This seems to happen just after the latest patch.

Could you please have a review on that? I opened already 4 support tickets.

Hi, yes, I know.
Golem Mark II was done on a ranger level 80
Shatterer with a warrior level 80
Modniir Urgoth with a thief level 80

So character level and/or character class is not where the issue resides.

Hi, just wanted to post to confirm this.
My girlfriend has the same issue.

So far this happened to her:
- Be since the start of golem mark II in mount maelstorm, kill it (with the rest of people), get gold medal (with it’s xp, karma, money) but no bonus chest or ground big chest.
- Same as golem mark 2 happened to her but with Modniir Urgoth, but with Modniir it’s been 3 times now. 1 time she started the event when the 3 dogs appear, and the other 2 times, since when you have to hold the campent north and south. All of the events where finished with gold
- Finally, with the Shatterer happened to her too as original poster

Please fix it, because althought I haven’t suffered it, I wouldn’t be happy if it happened to me.

I don’t know if this is intended or not, but all PVE daily achievements, when you complete a step (ie you do 20 gatherings), you receive a small amount of xp (I think it’s 5% of a level).

This is true for ALL pve daily achievements but “Daily Activity Participation”. It’s the only daily pve achievement which does not reward xp (I guess because it’s a pvp thing (you have purple bar when you get into the activity, or at least in crab toss)

Please if it is intended to not give xp because it’s a pvp thing, move the achievement to the pvp daily category or something like that.

I would like to know the following. When SAB patch comes alive tomorrow, crown pavillion will close if I’m not mistaken.

Having said that, I would like to know if we will be able to continue buying things with watchwork sprockets from the emissaries, because I still have recipes to buy, and I will not have time to log in and gather/buy all the sprockets I need.

Will the emissaries be outside of the crown pavillion for some time on divinity’s reach or lion’s arch (like the vendor next to the laurel that sells food for zhaitacandys or however they are called).

- Every Legendary weapon = around 1 million per legendary
- Achivement Thirst Slayer = 700.00
- Trying to get Mini Orrian from lost orrian jewelry boxes= kitten per box (until today 600.000 karma spent and still no mini for me )
- Get exotic gear from orrian merchants until you get better exotics
- Aqua breathers

Hi, just wanted to point that there has to be a bug because I was with my party on the event, and we rushed for this achievement. We went together to all the portals (with 2 swords). And 2 os uf (who didn’t have yet the achievement) got the daily achievement close 5 portals, but my friend also had the achievement of swift closer.

So he get’s daily achievement to close 5 portals and swift closer at the same time, but I do get credit only on the daily but not the swift closer bug :/. Ah, it still had 33 mins left.

please fix it

when first patch appeared, me and my party did Null in, as some say in 3 minutes.
After the patch something got bugged.

When fight starts ALL conditions go in. And his life drops quite fast, when he shields.. we remove his shield using the mine, and since that moment… his life drops really really slow, so can happen 2 things.

1- After removing his bubble he switches to have millions of more hit points
or
2- He is inmune to conditions (althought no inmune message appears)

After the patch he has become a pain in the kitten to kill him. Specially when he starts with the DoT debuff. My last try (when I got bored of trying it),when we dropped him to 20% and started the DoT, he went crazy, shielding up everytime giving us only 2-3 seconds of dps before shielding up again, and exploding all mines everytime they respawned, it was impossible to kill him, so we gave up.

I did it with a mesmer with no stability, break stun or so :/.
You just need to roll when he launches to you and and use knockback skill (skill 5) when he is going to make all mines explode and you will be fine.

And he hitted me for 600 damage so I can take some hits until I can roll again.

Or you can be next to the wall, and when he knockbacks you, you will go to the wall., just keep on the wall all the time and it will be done.

(I didn’t need all of that, just changed all the mines that my cooldown let, and break with skill 5 his “all mine explode” skill). Just needed 3 tries, the first one because I didn’t know what I had to do (that happens when you don’t read and skip all NPC speech), 2nd try was because I didn’t know that he could make all mines explode. Third time just 4 minutes and achievemetns acquired.

My brother was falsely accused of botting on monday 22:00 (GMT+1), he then recovered his account on wednesday but you gave him the account without serial code so he can’t log on the forums nor the game
He’s been waiting (updating the support ticket about the problem) and told them he had to wait 48 hours, so the recovering hasn’t still been made, and he doesn’t want to open another ticket to spam.

Can u take a look at the incident?: 121112-002964

It’s just that keeps telling him his grace period has ended (he has been playing since pre-start and has 2 80s and 2700 achievement points)

He says, he has been looking on forums, and the same problems like him, has been solved in 6 hours or so, so please check it,
