i played with viper ascended armor, didn’t like, but then again my accessories and weapons were lacking viper stats… substituted for berserker even..

i get the same issue in pve a lot, in fact sometimes even if im facing target it will give me an error “invalid target” or some such, idefk
also i got a problem with reaper 2 skill, when i use it sometimes i just spin in place on a completely flat surface LMAO

Necro damage isn’t fine, it’s great now, they buffed damage by over 2x and survivability has been increased, Idk what this troll is on about.

Just for the record – transfusion does nothing for you yourself. It’s your altruistic trait that with healing power can heal for obscene amounts, but you yourself are not healed by it.

Actually you’re wrong, if you are using regular death shroud, and you time transfusion before you leave death shroud, you will heal yourself.

ACTUALLY it’d be great if we had a life leech minor trait on reaper spec that only activates when hitting less than 3 things, with increasing damage and siphon on only 1 target. “siphon health when hitting 3 or less enemies, siphon more when hitting less enemies” “3 enemies: 30, 2 enemies: 50, 1 enemy: 70” some kitten like that eh? so we dont need to respec to blood when we want to siphon, allowing us to keep spite reaper and reaping

Dagger siphon skill heals for ~3k. Signet of the locust heals for ~1k per enemy struck (hits up to 5 enemies).

Necromancers really don’t need more siphons.

Was I wrong to quit gw2 because some other class that never had life leech now has a life leech at least 10x stronger than necromancers? It’s ridiculous, I’m a die-hard necromancer fan, and for anet to kitten us like this.. I am very mad.

i didnt read everything but my 2 cents are when i was dueling a guardian, bow screwed me, but gs and traps screwed me faster, and i was unable to do kitten with a power build with 3k toughness, but guess what? conditions was meta against him

i dont like running conditions because it’s kittene in pve, but apparently in pvp it’s the fuxin best

I was kittenin with chronomancer until I quit, seems pretty legit bro.
I quit because I discovered life leech was no longer a necromancer only thing.
I can’t remember which class it was.. but I saw that it had a life leech 10x more powerful than a necromancer’s and for virtually no cooldown.

But yeah kitten with chronomancer runes for sure. 25 might stacks with sigil of strength and spite tree, guaranteed below 50% HP.

You don’t pay monthly, the only thing you’re paying for is the expansion.
At that point it’s not pay to win or pay to play, it’s BUY to play.
p2w,p2p implies monthly payments or ability to buy overpowered cash only gear.

just did an event, killing legendary wyvern, thing knocked players off the platform, i switched to RS and used skill4, saved people’s lives by teleporting them to me

Maybe an extra minion option on each minion skill, to change to a different minion by pressing your utility button then pressing f2, f3, f4, f5, or f6 respectively during the casting animation.

The class is good, a full berserker geared good necro can do 6-7k dps

I use to use d/w + a/f for tanking. d/f + a/d for dps outside of death shroud builds, and a/f or a/d + staff when using a dps death shroud build. In death shroud, life blast only takes in to account your main hand for it’s damage.
But alas, gw2 sucks now, in my eyes, too boring, too repetative, too lame in pve.

20/0/25/25/0, ofc. Anyhow I quit gw2 until they make necro skills scale better with power, and fotm is magically doing 2x more damage to me than in the last few runs I did. Like srsly mossman does 100k aoe and you have literally 1 second to register that he has teleported to you………

I was just in fotm 31, watched as everyone in the party but a warrior wiped, Warrior solo’d mai trin from half health to her death, he took 0 damage 90% of the time. He dodged maybe 30 times total.. Engineer has immunity to conditions; Mesmer just gives headaches; Thief.. where is it? Oh there it is.. hey why am I bleeding out?; No comment on Elementalist because they deserve whatever power they have.; Guardian could be so much more, but it won’t be.

I’m quitting GW2 to play EQN when it comes out. =| At least I know there won’t be anything unbalanced there, as you can play every class.

I main necro, I watched everyone wipe at mai trin lv31 fotm… everyone but the warrior that didn’t take hardly any damage, and solo’d mai trin from half hp to death.
I watched as he stood in the fire and flames… taking 0 damage.
Thanks for making warrior OP and all Anet.. but other classes want to be OP too. >_>

lol pvpers, it’s almost as if the only thing that matters in a game to you guys.. is pvp. =|

Even though necro is all kinds of nerfed, just remember that there’s no other class in the game that can tap f1 and survive a blast of “Ultima” to the face.

What I run is berserk armor with div runes, celestial trinks, assassin weapons with blood/leech sigils, except the staff is berserk with force sigil.
As for the traits, you can do whatever you want with it, but I never use curses anymore, as I sit on 50-54% crit depending on if I used any points in death or blood. Usually I go a minimum of 20 blood however, I love me some life siphon. =D
My attack, depending on traits, is 2700-3100, and I facetank lv30+ fotm bosses.
Oh yeah, untraited, I have 70% crit damage.

Lol I reinstalled GW2 and I was able to get on the other day, so.. I have no more problems. =x

Why do I have to change my settings since LA patch? =| This doesn’t seem right anet. I have no security anything running atm and my connection can’t possibly be the problem. Losing money, that’s what this is.
Also my DNS setting has apparently always been what fruit fly said. I’m over it, I tried several different methods, I repairing doesn’t work either.
Looks like I quit GW2 to play skyrim just in time.. also note that ESO is coming out in a month, guess that’s my new MMO. =/

^ And in the svanir fotm, at the boss, lich’s 1 can follow the boss and connect, but anything after that first one and no. Note: Lich 1 has to be used before boss teleports.

I run 25/0/20/25/0, celestial trinkets and pvt/knight divinity rune armor, cavalier mace of accuracy/knight focus of energy, though I will probably switch out for berserk gear because I’m starting to get use to guard again~ =D

I was that 1%, because it heals lots, but I was just comparing it to other aspects of the crapomancer. Compared to the 35s cd of 2.7-6k heal from life transfer, if you get like 10 things in your well radius you’re getting 30-40×10)x4 hp a tick with a cooldown of 32/28/32/40s. Could be more if you have Bloodthirst..

In short, I was saying it’s OP because you’ll never really drop unless you’re getting spiked for lots of damage and that crap is outa ur hands..

I play hybrid/wellomancer sent/knight/celestial gear, average condition damage, average atk, above average armor and hp, i facetank 30+ fotm bosses like they’re mosquitoes. While doing lowered dps, I don’t come close to dying if I play right.

I am always stuck seeing every one else die, then I get swarmed because all aggro on me. Other classes are unable to rush in to the middle of all the ascalonians in the ascalon fractal and live to tell the tale.

Also it’s funny but it feels like every kitten party I’m in requires a freakin wellomancer to survive, if I don’t throw out my wells, everyone seems to drop fast, regardless of class or level of skill. AND.. If I EVER die.. people start dropping on boss fights, like I’m their shelter or something idefk..

Kraag brings up a good point o.0 and im also in the mental process of maining my guard again because necro is so UP compared to guard.

Anyway let’s face it bros, anet hates necros, our dps can get to maybe 12-15k max, while other class’s dps can get to 30-40k..
