Good for you. Some of us need a reason to fight, not just fighting for it’s own sake.

And that is one of the biggest issues with todays gamers.
Instead of playing for the sake of fun, they feel the need to get something as a reward for playing.

And if you don’t think you are contributing, then you are clearly doing something wrong in WvW.
In WvW every single person is able to contribute in a real and useful way.

Real gamers play for rewards because this is an mmo.

This is what’s wrong with champion trains, you assume people killing a champ are trolling, while 2-5 players questing together in an area can kill a champ just because they encounter it, and get rage from the entire train. Champion killing is as much the right of the players that just encounter it as it is for the train. Get over yourself.

Nah im talking about real troll that say in the cat " WE ARE GOING TO DESTROY THE TRAIN". They dont care about champiojn, they just want to kitten of the zerg.

Sometimes small group of players kill champ/do guild mission and i have no problem with it. They have the right to do so. Most of the time they join the zerg after

I am in almost exactly the same position because I just had knee surgery and have to stay in bed for 6 weeks, so you have my sympathies.

It never occurred to me to do champ farming though ( I have never done it)- it is interesting to see the info laid out like that, so thanks.

My boredom threshold and the fact that I am currently having to play on a work lap top means that it is not something I will do.

I am however having a lot of fun levelling my last 3 alts- currently concentrating on my necro

Thanks for the information. I have been known to ride the train, so to speak while waiting for something else such as a temple run or WvW, but other than that, it’s definitely not something I wish to spend more than a few hours a week on.

Both my leg are broken with screw and kitten. Have to lay in my bed for 3 weeks.It sucks i cant even go to toilet guys. So i deciced to make some hardocre farming test now Anet nerfed the champion chests. If you know what a pindle run is you ll probably like this farm

I started with FROSTGORGESOUND CHAMPION ZERG TRAIN.

Schedule : Monday to Saturday (6days).
7hours per day except only 5 Saturday. 40 hours of pure farming.

Path : Fish —-> Kodan —-> Norn —-> Wurm —-> Troll —-> Drake (+quaggan if pop)

I started this with 1 gold, empty bank and 90 MF.
Im a necro using the +32MF while under boon food

At this end and before opening all chest i have 14g only (Selling ore/wood/leather from recycle,some crap exo, unid dyes and all those useless minor rune). My MF is now 106 %
I farmed 1758 chests, wich is 1758/40 = 43,95 chests per hour.
I also ended with all the mats you see in the screenshot. I was killing EVERYTHING before the champs pops to maximize gold per hour.

After opening all the chest this is what i got before selling. Note that i recycled all except exotic wich i ll sold to TP (18 exo in chests wich means 1.02 % exo per chest) ;
I have gained 80 gold just by opening chest so 4,5 silver per chest. It was way more before this week´s nerf.

After selling i ended up with 292 gold wich is a 292/40 : 7,3 gold/hour ratio.
After mass clicking My MF is now : 118 %
I have also gained 282 skill scroll.

Conclusion :

PRO

- Nice way to make nobrainer farming while queuing for WvW
– Gold per hour ratio is not bad at all
– You can do this easily

CON

- BORING AS HELL. Do this with friend in a party or listen music/videos
– CHAT is annoying, had to hide it 90% of the time.
– You can miss champ if you dont run fast enough/Have long map loading. Better be in a party for 1 hit = tag.
– Nerfed by Anet so you dont gain much gold just by opening chests
– Trolls can kill one champion not in the good order and break train for minutes.
– Not the best way to make gold

Note : Keybinding is weird cuz mouse.

Vizunah is really amazing.

SFR was mainly carried by RG/SIN/NOE/OSC.
Only the last one remain. This server has no community.

Queue and pve’rs are not the problem in SFR.
