Your post prove that you do not read all other posts before doing your statements…. If you actually read the posts on this thread, you’ll see that I am a commander, and that I have no problem dealing with the militia that doesn’t want to be on TS.

Also, I said that I find the “TS or nothing” attitude ridiculous, I never said I go around complaining that the commander isn’t speaking in the chat (or being a jerk as you say). And I don’t think that just because someone spent 100g on a commander tag that they can be a jerk to everyone else that don’t want to be on the VOIP. Again you made an empty argument…

You’re quick to assume things you don’t know… I admit my first 100% was easy since I was on BG during the infamous BG/ET/HoD week.

But I don’t have just one character with 100%, and all my other ones were made on Eredon Terrace, and solely on it… A server that been stuck on red (with seldon bounces on blue) for over a year. I fought for all my other 100%. I even bought a tag, rallied the people and razed that stupid green keep during NA primetime.

I find funny that with so many people that need the same thing (principally on the servers that are perpetually the same color), they don’t group up and atempt to do it. Instead they prefer to come here and cry about how they think it is unfair that they can’t get. Maybe if the PvE’rs weren’t so scared of fighting people for their completion, they would already have done it.

TL;DR – Stop crying, band with other players that also need it and make your atempt. Stop asking for things to be handed to you.

As Tiamat said, BB will never get linked and it will slowly decline if it’s kept at Full. It should be switched to High for a month at least.

If it decline it will go back to Very High… That’s how it works.

Oh kitten … The signet is a 180s cooldown skill that target ONE PLAYER and CAN BE DODGED/BLOCKED. Sure, it’s super powerful in a 1v1 situation, but in a large fight it’s completely useless.

Honestly I think Wildcreek (And Klovan) should have BOTH walls breakable. The green team is normally the dominant team of the matchup and don’t need to have the easiest towers to defend. After 4 years they still can’t figure out that people only play if they winning. Then they link server that have huge potential WvW population together with two other servers. Facerolling start when these (let’s call them leechers) notice that they are winning and come leeching.

Following the logic: One of them should always be open. The issue is that Baruch Bay is the only Spanish server (unlike German and French who have multiple) and the single option for spanish speaking players that (cannot/don’t want to) speak english. The creation of a second spanish server seen to be needed if the only one goes full. There are plenty of low populated servers out there which can be removed (if population wasn’t so low across the board we wouldn’t be having server links) in favor of that.

It doesn’t change the playstyle much, commanders usually will value T3 more than T0 unless you have kitten commanders that abandon T3 for T0 then ignts.

The PPT is just reflecting the true value of T0 T3 T2 T1 , nothing more. However, I feel the value given is too high that it oveshadow the value of PPK.

It’s not about defending. It’s about attacking… Ofc people will try to defend their T3 stuff. But it’s not always that people will attack T3 structures because there was no incentive to do so since a T0 object worth the same as a T3. Now you need to knock off these T3 keeps if you want to stop the enemy PPT.

I can see I riled you up….As I have said, numerous times….I played on ET, there is no great population difference on SF. I cannot (again, as I have said) really speak to FC with no prior knowledge. If you are fighting 30 people with your 5 I would say, revise your strategy my friend….

The point I was trying to make was that, when I was on ET we always whined and complained about the 40 man SF zergs…..Well looking back, the problem we had wasnt shear numbers, it was getting those people into WvW. They were there sometimes, just not that often, they were there at reset for sure…

Like I said, I cant speak to FC, haven’t been there. Maybe you are out-manned tremendously, legitimately. But my point was dont think just cause you login and play a certain time that we are 50 strong…because there’s times we cant muster 10 people in all of EB to defend an upgraded keep.

The great difference is that SF have more people than ET for more time than ET have more people than SF.

Improve the camp guards’ skill sets so they are not being absolutely wrecked by even solo players.

Lowering the timer on swords will be even more punishing for solo players than simply improving the guards.

Another item I would like to see is Marked Traps. Good for camps and elsewhere.

Seems to me that all of yall are actually having fun just being able to stack servers. Then completely carelessly kill your enemies by out blobbing them down, with effort or expectation of counter play. So again yes you will absolutely hate ESO. Skill, gear, and tactics, win against numbers in ESO. You have been warned not to try this game. But if you do just get ready for that one to 4 month Champion Point system grind, get ready for the month of gear grinding, get ready for that looking a guides time to optimize your skills and builds, just to begin to compete with some of the more dedicated PvPers of ESO. ZOS is making the game more and more of, your carefree skill-less numbers will not save you type of game.

You can always try l2p in gw2 or go play games where gear give you advantage.

But gear does give you an advantage in GW2, a big one in some cases, and GW2 is pretty much the least skillful mmo around.

It’s not like having Exotic Armor and only Ascended weapon and trinkets make it impossible to play… Honestly, a bunch of the competent players I know took years to get Ascended armor and it was never a issue for them.
I still play exotic armors on my alt account myself and the only issue I have is that it feel most of the professions can no longer compete without having their Elite Spec unlocked (as my alt account have no HoT).

It’s only 6 seconds now. Press 5 then double dodge and it will be over. It’s even easier to deal with in WvW because there’s much more space for you to flee to for LOS.

I miss the days of the standard routines… guilds all working together slotting their respective time slots and (if during prime) maps. The hand offs between the guilds… it was rewarding work … and a great way to learn all the prospective ways of contributing to WvW in a larger picture.

Now, there are very few who do this … and to be honest, it seems like most are the guilds who were more in the backseat of the past, who are now some of the prime identities. Good to see some of them last, but definitely miss the feeling and responsibility of owning your accountability and objectives until the next guys come along and you officially hand it off to them.

Nowadays it is definitely more relaxed (which is good too) but definitely feels less organised and more reactive.

This event is bugged since the very first time i’ve stepped on Malchor’s Leap. Either the NPCs don’t spawn, or they just sit there without diving in the water, or they go all the way through the corridor and don’t start the door opening event…

I think i’ve completed this event 3 times since launch… And yes, i check it everytime i go to ML.

Server links should go away too. When people bought gw2 a long time ago and started playing wvw they didn’t think people would take away their server identity and start moving them around forcing them to play with another server.

What about the dead servers that provide a horrible WvW experience to new players? New players aren’t going to stick around for WvW if they just walk in barren wastelands without finding other players. The links are good and should stay.

And before someone from EU comes and complain about my opinion. Ask Arena Net to remove links from YOUR region. NA is good with links.

I think everyone is missing that the concentration stat and sigil are what caused all of it. If they use the pvp amulet system in wvw and not have one with concentration, then this all goes away and looks like pre-hot again. Sure, the Rev still gives the 50%, but no more chronomancer runes with amulet system so less quickness.

There are amulets with concentration in sPvP: Diviner’s and Seeker’s.
Also there are several overlooked runes that give a lot of boon duration such as Runes of the Water.
Hell, I can even make a boonshare build without even using HoT.
