A pocket raptor strapped to the bottom of each boot, like a pair of skates….
And an asura on a string at the end of a stick to entice the raptors to run faster.
I dont remember the name of the thread, there’s also a reddit link, apparently someone found some info on the expansion. One thing was a mastery trait line that allows you to mount raptors either solo or with friends. Make of that what you want.
Joras armor and other GW1 looks either as outfits or armor skins. My norn characters scream for more norn gear. <3
Pin Character to Beginning of Character Menu
On this note – as someone who has 45 characters on her main account – I would love an option to manually set the way my characters are sorted – and keep them that way. Not just a PvP/PvE type deal like in gw1, but more a drag-and-drop or move up-and-down option. Maybe even options like “sort by profession” and “sort by race” would be fantastic. And while we’re at it, maybe even a search bar.
This JP is hands down the most evil JP in all of GW2. I think Josh took pity on us by putting in checkpoints, because without those, I’d be throwing my laptop out my window. And the worst part of this? You have a Vet Ooze at the end that magically spawns right in front of you and knocks you off.
For all that effort, there needs to be a special title for people who complete this. After I finished, I screamed like a little girl, and cried tears of joy.

Thanks, it was starting to freak me out. I took off all accessories but it stayed until I changed maps.
Suggestion: A personal merchant that only buys runes, sigils and junk.
What I would like to have put in the game, either as a cheap item to buy or a reward for doing content, is a permanent Merchant that only buys junk, runes and sigils (and sells nothing). It should be a UI panel only Merchant so that it can’t be used to troll by putting it on top of other things.
One of the annoying things about inventory management in this game is all the trash of various types that build up in your inventory and require special trips to merch them. Especially now that many runes/sigils are vendor trash. Having a merchant would require an inventory spot taken up, but it means that the devs don’t have to look for ways to salvage runes/sigils as many others have suggested.
ANet may give it to you.
A day/night cycle indicator on the mini map, preferably with a timer of some sort to tell you how long you have left in each cycle.
Edit: I would even take a /time command which gave the time remaining until day/night.
Thanks!

Pretty please. —-—’—,—<@

No interest in this, other games do it better.
Well, the good thing is that it would be optional.
Like, I’m not interested in raiding, other games do it better… :P
I see guild hall decorations and home instance nodes being the GW2 version of this. I wouldn’t mind seeing things like this expanded on, but not at a large expense of dev resources and time.
I think they have been better lately with getting new content out and I hope that continues. By content I mean maps/story/quests.
Well if you think that houses are available for every race you just can’t decorate them and also in Gw2 “House” is more like a location not a private box that you can decorate . Personally I love the idea of housing and if you think that Anet came up with the idea of decorting your guild hall is one step closer to it might happen or it might not ! I think people must stop to judge until they try something I went to the posts that Blude added and that is what I think !
1) Personaly I think it would be great idea
2) It would be hard to make so expect it in something big (like expansions)
3) it would be great to have the ability to be optional so some people can stop argue whether is good or unnecessary if you want to have the housing experience do so if you don’t just keep playing the game without housing experience ! Take it or leave it ! It’s up to you !

I’d just be happy if we could start decorating a part of our Home Instance as an actual home.
Say for the Humans, be given one of the houses there are you own home to decorate as you will; Norns could have a portion of their hall to personalize etc.
Racial themed decorations would be nice too, but that would really be pushing it I guess. Ah well
They should add different personal instances in the future, small instanced parts from Tyria so we could decorate them, just like dimensions (housing) in Rift.
The current Home instances are not optimal for decorations because there’s not enough space to put stuff in there, especailly if people fill them up with nodes. Not to mention the prebuilt stuff like houses, lab, etc. What if my Sylvari wants to decorate a snowy cave for herself? We need different kind of personal instances. I know that’s a lot of work and might never happen but I can dream, right?
My guess is with the things Anet keeps adding for the home instance like nodes and cats that is going to be their version of housing. I could be wrong but that is what it seems like so far.
I know this has been bought up before but I’m levelling my scribing at the moment and I can see all the wonderful things u can make. I don’t get to decorate the guild hall as that has already been taken over by some guildies. I would love to decorate my own place. It would be great to have instances with a lot of houses in it. I know everyone isn’t into housing but not everyone is into raids and we have them.
With the next Expansion in development and some leaks I want to bring forth an idea on implementing these Weapons into the game while cutting down workload as much as possible, as there is allready a lot in the game to make these 2 have a place.
They are also among the weapons that tie most into lore and possible elite specs, so I hope this is interesting for a devs to think about.
Scythe:
Scythe’s could be implemented as new Gemstore Item/Legendary and later on as prestige rewards, which add a scythe weapon skin that adds different animations to Greatsword skills for all classes.
Melee Staff animations can be reused for this, they are allready quite fitting, I would have to see how it works for some skills like Warrior 100b or Ranger’s Swoop.
Reapers Shroud also has a lot of animation asset’s that can be reused for this.
Animation based microtransactions have been implemented in other MMOs like AION before, they can bring new fresh wind into the gemstore in consideration of increasing sales.
Spear:
This is imo the most fitting weapon for Guard/Warrior and perhaps Revenant Elite spec’s. There are allready a ton of Spear animations from underwater Skills which can be reused and/or modified. There is a vast amount of Spear skins allready in the game which could see a two folded purpose as both land and aquatic weapons.
(The spear theme ties heavily into these concepts(Paragon archetype fits well on Warriors, Burning Spear Guardians would fill a niche in a 1h condi weapon and Revenants have allready been depicted wielding spear on their finisher’s, again filling a niche in condi application for Revenants.)
I hope I could provide some inspiration and reasoning as to why these two are the easiest to implement but also the most thrilled ones.
Perhaps it also made me a bit shiver when I read the “supposed leaks” on Future Elite specs.
All the best to all of you.

It’s a matter of opinion. I really like the design of HoT maps (environment etc), map completing is a bit more difficult (especially with your HP train getting lost half the time in TD). But the way the rewards are structured is pretty nice in my opinion. Whereas Bloodstone Fen and Ember Bay seem to be much more basic in design when it comes to the complexity of the terrain. I know this was much requested, but I do hope we will get at least the level complexity of Verdant Brink in the next expansion (maybe also in LS maps, but I assume those dont have as much development time), TD was probably overkill for most players. I am also not a fan of focusing so much on daily tasks, daily hearts, daily achievements, daily rewards and so on which is the trend in the living story maps.
How dare they have variety in the game and allow players to choose where they would like to play.
+1, You should see a rise in gemstore sales on outfits shortly after.
Where is the vote? Why didn’t i saw the vote? I browse forum every day.
Can i vote for a NO now? I didn’t have much time to play, i finally get my visage last night and it is totally different to what i’ve previewed before, totally wasted my time. The red should be stronger to begin with.
The ‘fix’ didn’t change my Bloodstone Visage, at all. But, then I have a potato, evidently, and keep my shaders on low. Lol.
I like furry things, and would very much like to cosplay with my in-game toons. Is there a way we can get a Gem Store Outfit that gives us cute cat ears and an animated tail? We already have bunny ears, and love it, but I have Gems to spend.
Love you Anet!
Can you PLEASE add the speedo as an outfit soon, I’m kittening begging you. Every day I wake up and log in, I see my character and he STILL ISN’T WEARING A SPEEDO and I die a little more on the inside. I will pay anything.
With All Hallow’s Eve nearing, I’d think this is a timely suggestion:
Outfits that change the character model rather than the armour models.
For example, a Tengu outfit would make any character look like a Tengu by changing nothing but the body of the model, leaving all armor and weapon skins visible as they were before the outfit was applied. This particular outfit might work best with Charr characters, since Charr and Tengu share the same rig (if I remember correctly).
A less exciting version of this would allow only racial changes within the playable races: Sylvari could look like Norn, Asura or Charr without rerolling or using a tonic. This dull version could be used to test the market.
Other suggested outfits of this type: Skeleton, Skritt, Dredge, Dwarf, Kodan, Risen.
Such an outfit set might cull some of the fervor over not having certain races as playable without incurring the asset development costs of creating new zones/lore/models for fully playable versions of the featured creatures. Plus, it’d just be fun and fun rocks.
I would very much like to see the ability to hide shoulder/glove armor on outfits in the same we we already have that functionality in the wardrobe. Please and thank you for making a great game.
general QoL suggestion, when viewing the wardrobe i would like filters, such as “miniatures set 1,2,3 , special events, gem store only” or weapon skins “Gemstore, Core, HoT” as a collector it bugs me to see locked skins and not easily knowing if they can be found in game or i have to buy with gems…
Hey there.
I do like the spectral glider, but I (really) need me some bat wings ANet.
Just in time, right? Halloween you guys!
