These two bosses were specifically added for people who want the challenge of organising a group to defeat them.
There are in fact significant numbers of people who do fight these bosses on a regular basis, and succeed. And they love doing it. At the moment they don’t have anything else in the game that offers that level of challenge, whereas more casual players who want to play solo or in smaller groups have a huge number of options.
I haven’t been able to beat either, and I’ve rarely made a serious attempt (I think once for the wurm and twice for tequatl) because I’m not interested in devoting that much time to fighting one boss.
But that doesn’t bother me at all because I don’t need to be able to beat them. All I’m missing out on is some achievements and possibly some unique skins (I’m not sure if they’re tradeable or not because I haven’t looked).
So as far as I’m concerned there is no reason to ruin other peoples fun when there is already more than enough for small groups to do.
Also I don’t understand how a queue system would help organisation. Wouldn’t that just means you’re forced into a group with whoever queued up at the same time you did, instead of being able to form and organise your own group?

All I read is hypocritical “I hate AP bias but I kick low AP”. Way to prove the improper metric.
Make it 10 times as hard to get legendary armor than it is to get ascended.
The only thing that is hard in getting ascended items is to motivate yourself to do ridiculously easy tasks over and over and over again.
How would you make farming ressources ten times harder? If it means ten times more ressources, it would be just ten time grindier. Impressive! That sounds like a real achievement. You should also get titles like:
Legendary Lumberjack, Nemesis of the Ancient Wood Log
Legendary Miner, Destroyer of Ores
etc.
The Leveling & Open World Compendium
For better or for worse heroes and henchfolk made GW1 very solo-player friendly.
But the second letter of MMO is in fact “Multiplayer.”
I think you are confused between Dynamic Events and Renown Hearts. No one can now, nor ever has been able to contribute to your personal Renown Heart’s progress, except you. If a DE is happening in the area of the Renown Heart, others can contribute to its progress, but that will not affect your Renown Heart, except if you have tagged a mob, and they help take it down, and that mob’s demise should fill the Renown Heart’s requirement, etc. But, only if you have tagged it before its demise.

My only concern about legendary armor is “Special Effects Overload”. With a weapon you have between 1 and 2 equipped at any given time so the cool visuals are able to be seen. With 6 pieces of armor, it is possible that you’ll basically be a laser light show clown.
Legendary armor would be awesome if it had stat changing…. current ascended quality though
Second that notion. Maybe even use ascended armor as a precursor? o.O
Sounds like they’re artificially creating scarcity in an attempt to get more sales. I hate it when they do that.

No, it’s not fair. I want to get at least 10 gold for my 100 gems.
Move up higher, exchange rate!
But seriously, the exchange rate is controlled entirely by players. It’s as fair as can be.
They didn’t have to add this feature at all you know. It could have been only buy items from the store with real money and no gems at all. No buying items with gold. Cold, hard cash for each and every single purchase. Guild Wars 1 had a store. No gems. Cash only. You want it, open up your wallet.
In fact, I think they would have been better not putting gems for gold in. People seem to get so entitled/outraged about it. Gems cost too much! People can buy gold with gems!
It never seems to be, oh good. I can get stuff for free (as no real world money) if I pay with gold.

or better, make precursors unsalvagable.
It makes not sense to have this salvagable in the first place. You’d be a complete idiot if you see value in destroying a pre. Everyone keeps it or sells it.
No salvage: problem solved
Eh. I’d prefer more challenging and smarter enemies.
I hope most people realize that even after the “nerf” zerker remains relatively the same. It should illustrate to everyone that was never the problem, but the AI for mobs is. How many strategies consist of los to a corner, pull mob (can replace it with pushing mob to corner), use fgs and aoe it until it dies? I’d say a large portion of encounters are like this.
The reason why this strategy works in a vast majority of encounters is because enemy npcs do not scatter out of aoe. Why did mobs scatter from aoe in gw1 but not in gw2? Its beyond me.
If mobs scattered from aoe then a lot of different builds become more viable, mainly those that revolve around CC. Even healing would become a tad bit more valuable.

Would it be horrible to point out that your name is highly appropriate right now, since you now have zero Hunters?
It’s not Account Bound.
It’s Account Bound on Use.
There’s a big difference.

You can have mine.
But seriously I’d like to see more exclusive skins rather than fewer. I mean how valuable is a T-shirt that reads ‘I climbed K2 2012’ if you just bought it at the gift shop on your lunch hour yesterday?
Don’t have much of a problem with the idea of re-occurring events however that allow you another chance at them.

How do I “casual?” Let’s see, first I put on my WW1 era pilot goggles, grab a bottle of rum, log in, select my warrior, and run dungeons and fractals half drunk while screaming into teamspeak. Somehow my guild doesn’t hate me yet.
I just did it with random megaserver, we had AFK people and even 1 troll on turrets. Just get there 20 minutes earlier and start giving orders like i do :P most people actually listens. Biggest problem is people attitude we cannot do it and screaming on turret users when they mess up.

As an exotic armor crafter who made lots of gold, I really wish I could craft Ascended gear and sell it to those who don’t want to craft.
The problem as I see it is the cost in Laurels to craft said Items.
Ummm, no laurels are required to craft Ascended armor or weapons.
The recipes cost 5 laurels for each piece of armor/weapon.
This
It would also be possible to make simply every craft give xp, however high it is. Currently lower tiered stuff already gives lower xp numbers, so I would not see any problem. You could still craft for xp on any char. And max lvl items still give xp on max character level.
Actually, that’s a really good idea. Move the crafting level and recipes to account wide and change the XP system so that it gets rewarded for the crafting, not the leveling/discovering. Best of both worlds!

Edit: queue honestly? It occurred to me on the drive home from the grocer that I used the wrong word. I’m getting old.

JT, I don’t think a Grub Story Mode would be that interesting. It would mostly just be born—>grow big—>zerged by WvW players.
Another player suggests it’s going to be Tengu. I wouldn’t mind that at all, esp. if it’s connected to Cantha.

Guild Wars 2 does not rely on the tank/healer/dps trinity. Direct damage dps meta in pve/dungeons is what it is for efficiency’s sake, and “support” builds are dps geared/traited with support skills.
