huh? if anything, the RNG in the cash shop targets those who have money to burn.
Poor people gamble for that small chance that they’d win and pull them out of poverty. Gambling for items in some video game cash shop, with no real world monetary value, won’t ‘pull you out of poverty’, and is just a complete waste of money, money that a poor gambler would rather spend on some lottery ticket.
This is by fact incorrect, RNG makes the item special, directly playing into the feeling of “maybe i’ll get lucky”, and the restraint to stop with this often disappears with the lower class. It’s not so much about gambling rather then having something special to them, and that’s the danger, they don’t see it as gambling. Putting a few as drops in the game even enforces this feeling more.
You often see how people in said demographic have a nice car or nice clothes while living in total misery at home, it’s the act they want to keep up, and that’s focussed on having something special. This feeling translates into games aswell.
Wait, are you now saying the “I want to be a special snowflake” line of thinking is one exclusively found among poor people? Please tell me I read that wrong. Either way, this thread is getting more and more ridiculous each time you guys post; so I’m out.
Thank god, back to the topic at hand:
Yes, studies have shown that those lower on the poverty scale tend to have more problems with gambling due to the incorrect assumption that they are going to be the ones that finally get lucky. They will try to rationalize this as they are “owed” the item/money/thing, and lose control over their actions.
I still don’t think Anet is DELIBERATELY targeting these people, it’s just a by product.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I read your post and the message I’m getting from you is that individuals who are low income earners have no self control and ANet is exploiting their lack of control to make money. And you are against it. Is that right?
I’m saying that these tactics are targetting vunerable people, getting out of poverty is hard enough without having these tactics around in the general market, and a game that applies these strategies is imo just wrong.
If someone wants out of poverty they’re not going to achieve that end if they lack the basic self-control to refrain from purchasing lottery tickets whose only payouts are virtual cosmetic items. Blaming ArenaNet for this fact is just silly.
Yes, we shouldn’t blame the crack dealer! We should blame the crack!
Are you freaking serious?
Yes, I’m freaking serious. Are you? Are seriously going to equivocate chemical addition to poor money management? Seriously? Like freaking seriously?
I just did, freaking seriously. What are you going to do? Complain that it’s not the same? Oh well! Gambling is just as addictive to some people as crack is. If you don’t like the comparison, tough kitten

On a side note: I don’t think it’s targeting any demographic except people who are exceptionally poor at math.

Let me clarify and state that I did not attempt to roll all players into the blinkered category. There are players who, like you, do not play the obvious lotteries and are generally satisfied with level of reward from the game. This is both natural and fine.
To me the RNG lottery is not confined to the boxes and my original post was actually more general in this regard. My referenced “loot wasteland” has to do with the loot system generally, and is not limited to the RNG boxes—they are just part of the loot system. And, again, it is fine if you feel satisfied with the general level of reward in the game. But, as you can see, there is another class of player who are both aware and conversant on the issues under discussion and I believe OP has made a thoughtful, well-reasoned argument representative of this class of player.
Thanx for the clarification. It is my opinion that those players would be better served by looking for a game that more closely suits their play style.
Hahaha, this is the attitude that made games like EQ2 and SWToR a ghost town ( TOR obviously had issues other than fanboys). I’m sure the 17 people sitting in LA in 2 years will take solace in the fact that they ran every other type of player out of the game.
It’s the same 4 or 5 people objecting to reducing/removing RNG and adding more skins, yet the more I read people upset with the RNG on the gem store the more names I see fed up with it.
These threads really speak for themselves, all you have to do is look through them. I look forward to Anet’s eventual response
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
You pretty much made the entire concise list there already for us. lol.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I do understand the concerns expressed in this thread and I can understand that. I agree that the RNG situation is a bit grey and I feel that if they at least posted odds of getting these rare items it would alleviate part of the problem. I’m just not a fan of the, “It’s not fair because I really really want it,” argument.
Many of the complaints are poorly hidden “sour grapes” attitudes, certainly. I agree that giving a better chance of the odds of getting “the good stuff” would be a positive step, but even that is likely to cause a drop in sales that would discourage Anet from doing so willingly. So absent a massive protest and boycott by players, or the laws about gambling changing to include such requirements, I don’t expect anything like that to happen.
But it is the most reasonable suggestion to come out of these arguments.
I really don’t think this is the case. I know of 3 RL friends, my fiance, and several in game friends with the same attitude I have, where we will not give them a dime for RNG skins.
Which one would make them more money, some poor sap dropping 100$ on gems and getting nothing and leaving the game for essentially being ripped off, never to buy gems again, or 10 happy customers that spent 10$ a pop for a skin that will stay around and willingly purchase gems in the future.
It’s really not hard to decide between good business and slimy business.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Spear/Lance/Polearm – Guard, War, Ranger, Mesmer
2H Axe – Warrior, Ranger, possibly Ele
Claws/Hand to Hand weapons – Thief, Warrior, Engi
Flail/Whip – Pretty much all non casters.
In that order.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I’ve played on JQ since beta. I’m proud of my server community and I won’t leave for another server. I certainly won’t trash the JQ community, berate officers of your own guild, steal the guilds money and leave for another server, actively try to recruit out of the guild you betrayed and talk down and belittle the folks that chose community over narcissistic ego…
…unlike some I could mention.
From my perspective, the departure of the bandwagoners and egomanical freaks is a wonderful thing. I’ve never felt more closely connected with the community that remains, or within our own guild. I’ve come to love these people. And from that, I have more fun than ever.
Think about it, what do you get for being ranked #1? Nothing. Do you know what I want most? Fun fights with a community that isn’t full of fair-weather friends or kittens. I wish more people would remember what JQ was like back when HoD was #1. Those were some of the best days ever. Then came the massive bandwagoning transfers as we went #1. JQ was still a good place, and I’m loyal either way, but a lot got lost with the influx of fairweather kitten warriors.
I would rather have the #1 NA community than the #1 NA WvW ranking. I actually think we can have both. But if not, so what? I want great fights with great people. And after the behavior of some of the people who have jumped to DB’s ship, I can tell you must certainly that I would kitten on DB if it was on fire.
No wonder they left. Why stay when your own server mates call you fairweather kitten warriors? ROFL.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Desired races, you ask?
1) Redhead Female Norn
2) Strawberry Blonde Female Norn
3) Blonde Female Norn (only if there’s absolutely no redheads left)
Hahaha I love it. My guardian happens to been a Redhead Norn
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
The point is it is one of the only areas of the game where the time spent vs reward is actually worth it.
Everything else has absolutely awful RNG, at least the bonus chests guarantee 1 rare.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Why spend time and resources on something that is already in the game?
1: Create a character
2: If character dies, delete it.
3: Congratulations you have now created a hardcore character.
Very rarely does a thread get closed on this first post, but this post certainly closed this thread
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Getting a bit crowded on the Dragonbrandwagon ain’t it?
You can smell how nervous people are getting.
Welcome to DB Omen! Glad to see new faces in our WvW community as always
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
So you’re telling me that if they stripped away all the dungeons, all the Fractals, the open-world PvE, PvP, WvW crafting, levels and level requirements, and everything else except for Lion’s Arch, dyes, and weapon and armor skins you’d still play?
I’m going to save this reply and use it against people who try to say raids and trinity in this game are an absolute must for it to thrive. =D
I don’t see how that quote would help you with trinity or raids or how it’s even related. If anything it can be used as justification for actually adding new content, that’s an awfully short list, and a lot of people sit in LA showing off their shinies most of the day already anyway
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
The only real things to buy with gems where you know what your getting is Bank/Bag/Char slots and converting the gems to gold.
Keys are farmable, and most of the skins/dyes/items are under RNG except the town clothes.
They did add some decent skins with F&F, but it was only 3 or 4 skins iirc and I don’t even know if they are still available.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Ulitma Online, Everquest, Asheron’s Call, Asheron’s Call 2, Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest 2, World of Warcraft……I’ve never played an MMO that left a bad taste when it comes to this.
Now, if this is the future of MMO’s……I’m a saaad panda :-(
Have you ever played an MMO that didn’t either charge you a monthly subscription fee or restrict the actual, non-cosmetic content to their cash shop? I think something that’s getting lost in all of this is the rng boxes are limited to cosmetic items that in no way affect our ability to actually play the game.
Sigh
For an awful lot of people…cosmetics IS the game. I could care less about the stats. I like cosmetics in MMO’s. Many do. Why is this so hard for some people to understand?
Ding ding ding, we have a winner. Tell him what he’s won Charlie: MORE RNG!!!!!
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
because, no matter how bad it is, it’s still better than changing it into a casino.
And you’ve decided this for everyone, even those who bought the game for its promise of being subscription-less?
Yes. Well I have, dunno about that other guy
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Good fights last night in TCBL/FABL. We were a little outgunned most the night but I think we did great with what we had. I did enjoy charging into all the uplevels and laying waste to them before eating the dirt
Keep the good fights coming!

Elves of course!

Dwarves
Possibly Kodan

DAoC – My favorite
Cloaks/Capes – This should be standard. It’s like buying a new car from a dealership and not getting AC. Who does that in this day and age?
Meaningful PvP/WvW/RvR – Relics. Realm abilities. Pretty self explanatory.
Trinity – While I applaud them for trying something different, this clearly doesn’t work. Some people like to tank and heal, more choices of things to do for people is never a bad thing.
Class Selection – DAoC really spoiled me on this, I had probably 20 alts and 7 50s by the time I quit. Once again, I don’t know where the less = more mentality started creeping into MMO’s, but fair enough from a balancing perspective.
Weapon graphics – It amazes me that I can think of 3 swords in DAoC off the top of my head that look better than pretty much anything in GW2. I don’t think this is a lack of good art so much as a lack of skins in general in this game. I had 4 bank tabs of unique glowy weapons in DAoC, from blue/orange/yellow flames to purple mist to green fog. It was freaking awesome, this game had the best weapons to date.
Better party/group/guild systems – Even this dinosaur had more tools for guilds and parties than GW2 does. GW2 REALLY REALLY needs to rework it’s entire grouping/dungeon etc. system, but I doubt the effort will be expended.
Race Selection – Pretty self explanatory, GW2 has nearly no variety, and Charr are not a good filler to me. The sylvari are pretty cool however.
Good topic, thanks for letting me remember all the things I missed :p

3 or 4 topics open not including the ones that got merged and still no response on RNG or a fix for it. Keep making our opinions heard, they can’t ignore their customers forever
I would pay 10 dollars a pop for a skin I wanted, but I won’t spend even spend 150 gems converted from gold on a chance for an item.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
This has been brought up many times before, and it’s an issue that desperately needs to be fixed. Expect it to sit on the backburner for 8 months.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Well said, Rather long but worth the read All we can do is keep letting them know how we feel.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
The forums are full of posts from people who are tired of RNG and tons of people willing to pay cash for skins in the Gem Store. Yet ANet just continues to completely ignore this, add more RNG crap and no usable skins. How hard is it to understand that we just want skins we can buy straight out? I know many players (myself included) that gladly put down some money for the Rox Items and they were well worth it.
I would have bought the fused weapon skins as well.
I would have as well.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Is there an MMO out there with horizontal progression and a lot of persistent content? Can someone give a few examples? Notice I said horizontal progression. WOW has vertical progression, sure the raids still exist but there’s not much to do as a guild if you’re following progression beyond raiding the top tier raid.
The game does not exist yet….yet…
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Only things I have bought were things I wanted to pay for that gave me what I actually wanted. I will not spend any money gambling for skins, whether I want them or not.
Waiting patiently for sword and greatsword skins not under RNG.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Back in the days of GW1 if you worked towards the end goal of a major event, you were rewarded for time and effort invested. Once the event was over you were SOL (As even annual rewards were usually different than the previous years).
Now it’s not even that. Now you can spend hours a day on an event, grinding endlessly for a “rare drop” or you can spend 100s of dollars for a CHANCE at a “rare drop” to show you worked in the event.
It’s funny too how they add newer chests for the items too. That way the people farming BLC Keys can’t use their keys they WORK FOR (by doing personal story) and be rewarded with the new items.
Stay classy, ArenaNet.
Well said, this is a great thread full of many opinions, maybe we can get them to respond or lay off the RNG some
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I like it. Exclusivity is good.
Exclusivity is pointless.
At the rate they’re adding skins, there will be enough variety that you won’t see everyone with the same thing except for the most recent release which will be FotM until the next one is out.
It boggles the mind how people expect to come to a game with hundreds of thousands of players and somehow be unique.
Nevermind the fact that making a lot of these things limited time gives them some exclusivity already, since anyone playing after the window will be unable to get one.
This is what I was trying to get across earlier. Even with lack of unique skins, everyone manages to look a little different imo. Making you get what you pay for won’t change that.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Getting tired of these posts.
Anet is a business. They’re in this business to make money and profit. Clearly this business model is WAY more profitable than just selling the skins directly on the store. Considering they don’t charge a monthly fee, they need to make money somehow.
The skins in no way affect how you play at all. They give no advantage. If you have that many issues with envy problems because you are unwilling to take the chance, maybe you should see a psychologist. Plus how you can get these crates from mobs in Southshore, which the karka are a popular farming spot ANYWAY thanks to shells and powerful bloods.
All I’m reading right now is putting an image in my head of a baby in a highchair, screaming and slamming their little fists on the tray. Get over it.
All I’m seeing by people dropping hundreds of dollars for nothing is dunce caps and jealousy rage, (I didn’t get one, so they should stay on RNG so others don’t!) so I guess it works out for everyone!
It’s really a moot point, check the skins out on Dulffy, they are god awful horrendous to me personally, so now that I have seen them I really don’t care anyway.
Good luck to those throwing money away, may you get lucky!
I really don’t care if they are RNG or direct buy. They don’t affect me.
Then why are you even here if you don’t care about the post or the issues therein?
Because complaining about something that doesn’t affect you and is completely in your control is ludicrous. Also you posted here as well and claimed you didn’t care yourself.
Reread what I wrote. I claimed I didn’t care about the Southsun weapons being under RNG because they are ugly, I still care that Anet feels it’s okay to rip their customers off for skins or new items.
I still definitely care about RNG on stuff, just not these personally

Remember before release how everyone was all happy that GW2 would have stuff that would be sold as novelty, and nothing would be pay to win?
Well look now, there are people complaining for the sake of complaining because they can’t get their novelty stuff for free or for cheap.
No, consumers are attempting to make their voices heard because in a game where it’s all about the cosmetics for the majority of the player base people are being asked to gamble for a chance at cosmetic items rather than being allowed to straight-up buy them.
What’s the alternative? You can offer the cosmetics as a straight purchase, but then everyone has them and they’re completely worthless. You can maybe make them expensive, but then everyone complains about the up-front cost.
I can imagine the chain-reaction responses…
Anet will end up selling these skins directly through a high gem cost
->Players will complain that they’re so expensive and that they’re greedy, not worth the costThe skins end up circulating in greater frequency
->Players will complain that there are very few skin choices in the game and everyone looks the sameAnet ends up making less money and will probably have to scale back on providing monthly content
-> Players complain that Anet is not providing new content
Or alternatively they could release enough skins to buy that people look different based on their tastes…Honestly even with the few skins in game now I have never seen 2 characters exactly alike personally, even though I’m sure they are out there.
I just don’t understand how variety and getting what you pay for is a bad thing.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
I just started 2 days ago, and I didnt know that F&F was a temporarily event.
I was just starting out, and didnt know what was going on.
So i played by my own pace, ignoring F&F event thinking that “Meh, I’ll do that when i get the hang of GW2”I didnt care that F&F ended as i didnt know anything about it.
However, upon reading the content in F&F from the wiki. I got to say that I’m quite disappointed that I did not get to experience the F&F.
All i had from F&F was the achievement from the bonfire…Lol
Maybe Anet could allow newcomers like me or future players to experience F&F in a different environment…Maybe in a server where the world is stuck in a timeloop with F&F event.
No, they are pretty dead set on screwing anyone who buys the game after release, that’s the stance I think they will stay with. It sucks, but I’m ready to write off the first Living Story as a beta/failed experiment and move on myself.

So this game is pay-to-look-good? That’s the first time I heard about it like that. I wonder what the reaction to GW2 would have been if they encouraged purchases of gear and weapons through the gem store…
This kitten isn’t changing. Anet is making a ton of money from this and I don’t fault them. As soon as sales start to lag I’m sure they will consider offering it directly through the store. In the meantime, I’m going to buy 25 more keys.
LOL this really got me, thanks, unless you are serious :/ I can’t really tell on the forums these days.

1200 gems? Thats 15 dollars >.> Is it just me or are the prices going up?
Everything about GW2 is turning into a cash grab…I am rapidly approaching the “uninstall” point.
Everything? really? Or do you mean random “skins” that do absolutely nothing game-wise? A chance to get one can be purchased with cash, gold or looted from mobs… I see no difference then any other MMO I have played other than they offer more ways to get them and they are not needed in the least.
You people crack me up IT’S A SKIN! lol
OHNOES RandomPlayer01 has a different looking sword and I wants it! /quit /forumwhine /threatenuninstall
You people crack me up, that will not even bother trying to get your money’s worth out of a product you bought. Go ahead, throw money away if you want to, but some of us aren’t in 24/7 Vegas mode.
I guess if you wanna be wasteful, this would be the game to do it on atm with the amount of RNG. Me personally, I’ll keep my money for non RNG items in the store.
That and they tend to market this as a super casual MMO when it’s turning into Grind Wars 2 to get anything you want these days. I enjoy grinding personally, but only if there is actually a reward for doing something. As it stands, why grind or buy gems for a .2% chance that Anet won’t screw you over and take your money. Right.

In response to WoW being a “graveyard of unused content”.. that is absurd. That content was not “unused”. It just wasn’t removed from the game for those that wanted to experience it. That content was VERY much used in the time that they were relevant, and they are still used for people hunting down achievements or skins.
Right. Very much used in the time they were relevant. Virtually unused now. Go to Hellfire Penninsula now and there may be 3 or 4 people in there leveling toons and trying to sprint though them to get to the relevant content. The dungeons have no one in them. The raids even less so. Achievements and skins mean more when they’re not available anymore.
The living story is a concept. A dynamic world where things change over time. The Lich King is dead. You can’t go fight him anymore. The Molten Alliance has been defeated. The dungeon is gone. You may say “But why?” Because that’s the way they’ve designed it, and judging by some of the responses in this thread, it seems fairly popular. I know I prefer that over leaving in ancient content that no one does anymore. It makes the world more immersive. I think it’s a great idea. Flame and Frost was a proof on concept for Arenanet. Not the player. It was sold as a trial of the whole living story concept. And judging by the fact that they’re rolling out more of it they proved to themselves what they were trying to prove. It wasn’t supposed to blow you away.
So by your own idea, they should remove just about every zone from Guild Wars 2. Because there is just about nobody in them. There’s people at the boss events for their daily chests, and that’s just about it. Nobody uses these zones anymore, so we should take them out, too, right? Oh, and get those dumb repeating “dynamic events” out of the game. How is it dynamic when I’ve seen and done the same thing six times in the past two hours? Oh, and while we’re at it, remove those dungeons in the game. All of them. It doesn’t make sense that I’ve killed Ghost Eater eighty times, or that I destroyed the Nightmare tree again and again.
It wasn’t supposed to blow me away? Don’t market it out as an expansion’s worth of content. And you still have yet to explain what the concept is behind the living story. It’s no different than their one-time events exception of the fact that it stayed in for more time, which is what people suggested for their one-time events in the first place.
Well said, +1

Well he/she holds the record so many would argue that makes he/she famous. He /she made NBC news after all so some must consider it something including Mike O’Brien who commented in the article. I think it is kind of pointless myself, especially to blast through the game. None the less, no one else can claim to be the first to cap.
The OP didn’t necessarily ask for the best players in GW2.
Oh he made the NBC news?
I guess thats the difference between a Casual and a Gamer.Casuals will go “Oooh this guy actually level capped and is on television!
It must be so cool to Level Cap huh? By the way, whats level cap?”Gamers will go “Meh~”
I’m not going to argue with you because the OP simply asked for names and said he liked reading articles about it. I provided both. Sorry I’m not some elite gamer like you because I play casually and don’t bash my head against my monitor because I didn’t get the armor I wanted on a certain day.. I didn’t say, “Wow I’m mind blown by it.” I did say doing so in a short amount of time seems pretty amazing to me.
Personally I think you are just feeling picked on from your bug fix thread so you have decided to take it out on me in this thread. Go for it I’m good at selective reading.
Do you want to borrow my tin foil hat for all the paranoia running around?

Say they introduce new permanent content. People then grind it into the ground in short order, get what they want from it, and then ignore it.
So the alternative is to make content that is depressingly boring and half the people won’t even see? I mean, MF was a sweet dungeon, but the rest of the event was a lesson in pressing F. Not to mention all the people I have seen asking why they can’t do MF anymore, why is it gone, etc.
Oh well, maybe they will let the rest of the people playing experience the content later on. I’d rather have stale content than no content personally.

Well I’d actually be interested to know if any play GW2. I mean, WoW has Chuck Norris. And not that it’s a competition….but it’s a competition.
I heard a rumor that Carrot Top played on DB, but I have yet to find proof!
…lol

Just had a new join in our tier (NA T2) two weeks ago, and they are incredibly proud of it (and rightly so). It’s a big deal.
I just can’t help myself here, but… A big deal? They got bandwagon transfers and moved up, it’s not something we haven’t seen a dozen times before.
The jealousy is strong.

Kaineng is apparently working, as I just guested and got the 4 I was missing. I was able to find the chalice on DB in Wayfarer if anyone is still having trouble with it. DB has been pretty awful about bugging on this event, but I did find that chalice like I said.

I was casual looking the map looking for every possible location, but now im searching for 1 goblet and I read now its random per server? I mean where does it say that? Im wasting hours of my time stressfully looking for that last item.
Worst content I ever seen in a game so far, the person who thought of this doesn’t deserve a raise
5/6 ill try again tomorrow, yes I also guested other servers, looked up guides but nothing rofl.
Stress Stress Stress.. no fun, have enough stress in my life. Remove this rofl
EDIT: Today I checked again and found 3 locations
1. All the way north ( nothing)
2. At Dolyaks (nothing)
3. Close to the curly road (nothing)Still stuck on 5/6 no idea what to do now
I don’t know either, I have been trying to get this one done all week and have not had much luck at all. This is really infuriating.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
They said already that it will start on May 12th at 21:00 (time in Spain) and it will be available for several days.
“Here’s a rough schedule:
The Molten Facility dungeon will be available until Sunday, May 12^^at 12:00pm Pacific, when the entire Flame and Frost saga will progress to an epilogue. At this point, players will no longer be able to earn achievements associated with the previous chapters of Flame and Frost, nor will they be able to earn the achievement Rage against the War Machine.
The Flame and Frost epilogue will be active from Sunday, May 12 at 12:00pm Pacific until Thursday May 16 at 12:00am Pacific. The epilogue will mostly consist of conversations and story elements; there are no exclusive rewards to be given at this time."You need to read more.
So wait, we won’t be able to do lost and found even though it’s been bugged on pretty much every server after tomorrow? I have been trying to finish it all week, but good luck finding all the pieces at the moment…
I mean this is seriously starting to get ridiculous with the removal of content when it was bugged the whole time it was there.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Not sure what is worst. This thread, or the troll post I never saw. Why don’t you guys just go outside. Is this your life? sad.
It’s raining outside. I think. And there might be sunlight and pollen /hiss

No, this game needs balance, bug fixes, and more content to be a sub based game.

All good brother, EMP aka RE is having the same success you are having and a lot of people are hating on JQ. The only difference between you and rawbrah is you moved to a #2 T1 server and got it to #1. Rawbrah he brought a T3 server all way up to T2 and dominating T2 soon enough he will be in T1 and there will be lots of drama especially if RE owns our JQ NA guilds.

Your drama will be forgotten in a week or two.
I’m pretty excited, because the only reason that I can think of why Rawbrah left JQ and brought a lot of EMP BEST commanders/ and players with him is because he got tired of living in FOO’s shadow.
All I have to say is SoR needs to goto T2 because they cant win anything anymore, they cant even place 2nd either, Dragonband needs to come to T1 because they are clearly DOMINATING T2, none of those servers even COMPARE to Dragonbrand because its a T1 fighting type server now.
We need to start this all out war FOO vs RISE vs RE, see whose guild carries the server to victory. WE need to settle this whose the best once and for all, just screw the wvw rankings, Dragonband should be moved to T1 and SoR moved to T2.
SoR has been consecutively been placing 3rd 60-70k away, while Dragonbrand is consecutively beating up servers by 60-110k. You tell me who moves up and who moves down.
Thank you for invalidating months of work by our server by saying a transfer is the only reason we moved up as a server. We were already well on our way to T2 before anyone transferred. Not saying anything negative about RE, love those guys, and Raw is a great commander, but really? REALLY?
I will say these guys are a major part of our being able to top T2 and push into T1 however, because I don’t think we had the manpower before.
Just wanted to get that off my chest, we were a strong server before, make no mistake.
