Guild Wars 2

This will be a great idea to highlight the current guilds that are searching for members to form SPvP groups and of course are active. Hope the community helps me with this one.

Note1: Please spread the word to other forums/blogs/sites so we can have a massive collective effort. Please make an effort to keep it as high as possible in order to track down all the guilds with precise information.

Note2: Please do not derail this thread regarding guild’s reputation. If you have got concerns regarding the activity of the guild either ask in here or drop me a message. If a guild after a couple of weeks or months becomes inactive please inform me (that applies to broken links or name changes of that guild).

Note3: If a guild only seeks for core players or specific classes please state it. If a guild no long requires players try to inform me.

Note4: Activity level is based on the amount of players SPvPing so if most then it is high, if half of your members then it is medium, ect.

SC2 has lost a lot of players. Most jumped to League of Legends. Blizzard are trying to make a comeback with Titanic which might be Warcraft 4 or the new “WoW”.

As for me, I am still sticking because I am not a quitter, I have seen worse situations but today when I saw I had rank 1 and rank 2 members on my team I completely flipped.

MMR is flawed as hell. It is not the fact of losing but being aware that there is something at least that is shared rightfully and equally within your pug (rank/position/ladder/w.e so the loss explanation is focused else where.

I have been written quite a lot regarding applying some aspects of LoL to GW2. These parts come from my blog and I look at it regarding the whole rank progression and group experience.

“Elo does not exist for role playing purposes – It is not just another number where anyone can get whenever he wishes just by playing casually or on the regular basis.It defies your commitment, loyalty, dedication, team play and individual hardship.

Pugs want to win – That is right. In ranked matches individuals do not stop typing. Everyone wants to win because it means progression, getting away from the low rank table and reaching higher. If individuals start kittening around report is guaranteed not only from your team mates but also from the enemies (blew you away that one right?) because both parties do not want to have to randomly be sided by a major kitten up such as your self. Plus reaching higher tables means being matched with less awayers, trolls and mainly bad or new players and being put with players that actually know the basics and can perform easily on the average standard of skill output. Everyone though has the chance to reach that.

Therefore until we see ranked matches to separate who belongs where, which division and league, pugs in MMOrpgs will be just that. An inconvenient way of grouping up".

We dont need to seperate anything. The Q’s are fine the way they are.
I’ve played like 50-75 games on the new map as a solo Q’er in the 2-Team Tourny
and i’ve won most of my games.

If you get good enough to play against a pre-made, deal with it.
Or if your to bad to ever face a pre-made, deal with it.

I’m tired of reading useless threads like this, when the devs time could be better spent on kitten like…….MORE GAME MODES AND MAPS>

The queues are fine because

In every match you get to see the real ranks of everybody which has a range from 1 to 30 and sometimes to 40.

In every match people roam and no one talks.

I can type you over9000 flaws but if you have a trouble thinking what is the fundamental difference between pugs and premades then really you are off better doing some yoga for enlightenment.

Also I love the way of your other argument;

“If you get good enough you will beat premades”. So since we don’t have divisions and leagues but rather a cluster of randomness, I am sure YOU as ONE person can carry with ranks varying from 1-40 vs premades.

Oh and remind me how exactly you get good enough vs premades when you are Soloqueing with no ts? Do you activate your sixth sense? Or do you actually think that random teams get better vs premades? Or do you manage to give them pvp lessons in 2.30ms and transform them to successful goodenoughs vs premades?

And so what about winning most of your games? On Sunday I had 85percent win ration. Which means what? That I am turning pro and can carry?

You have no basis for your argument yet somehow you actually find some which is impressive.
