Basically what everyone else said. Cosmetic only, and race specific. Exotic (orange) is currently the best you can get for armor and weapons. You can get ascended (pink) for all trinkets with laurels, fractals, and guild commendations.

I forgot to add, running with full PTV gear and trinkets, have an extra GS to swap to for 25 stacks on accuracy sigil. Either force or 5% crit on my main GS, same with hammer. Runes not to sure, leaning towards Lyssa for precision and more boons for AH. Maybe putting knights gems in trinkets if my crit still isn’t high enough

Warrior in zero gear with a GS hands down

I had the same problem as all if you. I started playing in November. I came from WoW and just couldn’t get into it. But once you get to 40 up the game starts to really shine. At 80 this game is just amazing. My advice is to just stick with a char to 50. Find a big active guild. Run with them in WvW. I thought i would hate wvw. I cant tell you how wrong i was. Try out the other races zones. You’ll get the same karma and xp no matter your level. If you start to feel bored, do some of the living story content. New content every 2 weeks makes it feel fresh and exciting. Run a dungeon with your guild. You don’t have to be 80. AC story only requires lvl 30. My advice is to just stick with it. This game is a blast! Its a completely different vibe from WoW which was why i couldn’t get into it and may be what is happening to all of you. But this game is great. I need help with my build. Going 0 15 30 20 5 AH build with SY JI and SyG with signet for heal. Using GS/hammer. Mostly for solo roaming in wvw. What crit rate should i get to to use empowering might over two handed mastery? Also, any other suggestions would be great! Thanks
