You can use one heart.
The armor set from envoy 1 is just a free asc set. Whatever you pick there has no impact on your options for legendary armor(envoy 2 will)
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
It’s partly delayed because it requires the next round of raids to patch into the game. That was my understanding anyway.
If anything is getting delayed it’s the actual raid because of legendary armor. They are horrendously slow at creating armors for some reason.
This. It wouldn’t surprise me if the next raid is ready to ship, but is held back because they said the precursor would be released with it.

As mentioned in the original post, we ask for 80% rep – i.e. that we are your main guild.
When it comes to professions, we ask for applicants to have advanced knowledge of at least two(with all relevant gear sets, e.g. both power and condi for war) including builds/rotations and use in raids. Additionally, these two must have 150ar.
I hope that answers your questions
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Assuming that Chronos run the inspiration trait line, they have a minor trait that cleanses conditions in a 240 radius when they use a healing skill. This trait synergises nicely with their healing mantra, which then can be used to cleanse fear. Might help a little bit
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
There are far more mastery points available than what you can spend. No reason to force yourself to do one of the harded JPs uness you really want to. The puzzle is tricky, finding the way being the major challenge, but it does have checkpoints which makes it slightly less painful than what it could have been.
Just do something else for the mastery point, there are plenty of easy ones.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
My prediction is somewhere in Q1. About 8-9 weeks from now people will hit 450 insights, enough for all three sets, and it would be ridiculously dumb if it hasn’t been released by then
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Also the DPS that shows is your DPS for the whole fight up to that reading.
Exactly this.
In addition to that you also have some rng in how hard your attacks hit as weapon strength is an intervall, but in general the explanation is in what Antinomy wrote
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Fat clubs are the meta groups that don’t want to play(raid) with people that are new to the content(yet feel they are entitled to join any group they want). By default such people are toxic elitists by valuing their own time, or as fred think: fat basement dwellers.

I don’t get how it can be so hard to understand that when YOU lie and stalk people, others don’t appreciate it. Especially so, when you each week write a wall of text about how the people you stalk and lie to are toxic for not liking you or wanting you in their group.

Condi gets better dps on sloth by a little bit. Thats predicated on Power using Dumplings. If Power is able to go back to using Dragons Breath Buns without Might suffering Power would be slightly better.
Despite the cleanse? And just be sure, I assume this is with full dps condi ps with extra might from other sources and not the smoldering/dumpling variants?

Because 90% of the game is “press 1 to win” already.
Raids are meant to be hard and should remain that way. It is therefore up to players to practice(can always make own group), wipe a bunch of times, and eventually conquer the content. The question about different said difficulties have been dealt with 3647485635 times on this forum already(more specifically the raid sub forum) and there is no point of discussing it more.
PS, none of the raid bosses require strict meta as long as people have a clue what they are doing

Power necro is pretty bad dps in general and most will probably prefer a condi one, although i dont think youll get kicked for running power unless you play really bad.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
There are lots of places, especially if you don’t raid with exclusive teams that can’t do anything but mirror comps.
It’s not a matter of “can’t”, but rather one of “want”.
Any decent raid team can do a full clear with a power necro, but most teams prefer having good dps and utility rather than mediocre(yes, even the dps after 50% is mediocre) and barely any utility.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.

you can:
*create your own group with any requirements you likeFail and will end up is poop-storm
*join a guild(spamming map will not net you anything, check the recruitment of this forum or Reddit)
And get lucky enough to get picked for raid group
*expand your role pool to easier fit pug requirements
And fail.
You shouldn’t:
*Assume you carry your own weight unless proven so. Quite a bit has changed in the year you were gone.In group content like raid you carry weight of your whole group – 2 dead people = fail
*call the community cancer for wanting experienced raiders or a certain profession
Calling community kitten is always bad, even those who don’t want to let into their fat-club newbies should not deserve calling names, they are simply too stupid to realize that more people having experience with raids the largel pool of potential groups – so yeah, just call them morons.
*Assume you have a spot in any party you like, you aren’t a special snowflake
This simply means buddies before newbies – as always, so good luck with that.
Apart from LI as an experience meter, the community requirements aren’t really much tougher than old f50 pugs with even used to have gear check.
Please… fractals… raids… it’s like comparing Rocket to glider…
Fractals were always easy compared to raids and they didn’t generate so much poopstorm and toxicity.Raids are about the only reason many of us still continue to play this game. They are a good start into providing more challenging group content. I dearly wish for them remain this way without ArenaNet giving in to the constant complaining by lowering the difficulty or outright abandoning further work.
.Then i want to thank those many (maybe 2-4% of players, okay best case scenario 10%) people whom added their two cents to that huge content drought which made probably more people quit then those amazing majority -> 4%-10%.
Also more challenging content ?
Only two things can fit into this:
one-lame timers which in reality have nothing to do with challenge, it’s as challenging as riding a bike without wheels – artificial annoyance instead of difficulty.
two-being picked to a raiding group if guild have more people willing to go.In case no2 it’s a real challenging content.
*Fractals were always easy compared to raids indeed, but you completely miss the point that the special requirements and “toxicity” was in the game long before HoT and raids.
*Every raider has failed multiple times. It is a part of learning, and a part of raiding. Doing raids and expecting to never fail while being inexperienced is being carried, and if you prefer that you can always buy a kill.
*Plenty, and I do mean plenty, of players create their own groups (be it groups for training or experienced players) and succeed with their goals. Will it work first time every time? certainly not, but plenty of people pug all their kills each week.
*It is not the task of the pug group wanting kills to spend hours teaching someone because “it will increase the amount of raiders” and it is silly and entitled to suggest that so should be the case.
I would recommend you to put some effort into raiding if you actually wish to learn it, but given your post i think you may have an attitude many pugs/guilds will find difficult to deal with.

As to the OP:
Yes, clear all wings multiple times per week, 340 something LI.
Best content in the game imo, but with some things that could be better(rewards on additional clears, ability to spawn bosses). Major downside so far is events like Trio and escort, which are boring and not really worth a placement in raids

You get one of them through the challenge mode of the fractal
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Wow, amazing arguments riki xD.
The solution to the problem is players putting effort into learning and adapting rather than competing to write the longest posts on the forum about how raids should be easier or how they somehow are completely inaccessible(they aren’t but will take dedication) or full of toxicity.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
When getting poison:
*You get a large green skull above your character
*A sound plays to notify you
*You get a message in your chat box
*You get a special action key
While one can argue that the skull can be made more visible, there are so many signs indicating you got poison that it is mainly an experience issue

The legend/not so legend of legendary armour
in Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns
Posted by: Chris McSwag.4683
I see it as raids are the most fun content in the game, and the armor is just something on the side. Sure, it takes long to obtain, but for anyone that has been raiding actively it isn’t much of an issue (currently at 307 insights)
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Or t1, which has the ‘press 1 and win’ difficulty you are after. Daily t4 takes a total of 20-30 min depending on the maps you get and are hardly difficult for any team where the players have a clue of what they are doing and are decently geared.
Tldr: git gud or do lower levels
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Mesmer in general(and chrono in particular) have unsurpassed team utility, but i really miss a viable dps spec for it. It doesnt need to be top dps in the game, but it would be nice to be able to some damage without having to spam mantras.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Mesmer is usually regarded as one of the harder professions. Not because it has complicated dps rotation, but rather because the damage output is low and you therefore need to maximise utility for the team. In order to maximise utility you need both high profession knowledge and encounter knowledge, which takes time to learn
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Wanze.8410 , i’ve never speak about event reward or containers , i just look drop about mob.
Amaimon.7823 , if an item drop 1% chance (with 0%MF) , with 802% it does 9,02%.But gold and T6 is not about 1% ; its just gold or t6 its not a very good drop btw. but also this can’t be drop. so there are a problem with mf.
Assuming that drop rate would increase in a linear fashion with magic find, which i am very confident in that it doesnt.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Well toughness scaling was changed, which makes power builds more efficient than they were previously. That doesnt mean that fractals will be faceroll with any player playing any profession or that necromancers will be bad going forward.
Power builds are fine in fracs, but not everyone can pull it off
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.

I am pretty sure that wvw rank up chests have 0 possiblity of dropping viper stat gear as it its HoT exclusive.
The price differences you see are often a result of;
1. Price differences in materials required to craft it
2. How high the demand is
3. Both of the above
Gear with meta stats (typically berserker or assassin) have higher demand and therefore a higher price.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
as a side note, its pretty pointless to bring staff when you have a truckload of soft cc without it. wh5 is lots of cripple, suffer gives chill, and using shroud 4 in the field from shroud 5 both adds bleeding and long duration chill. all these options give you higher dps than using staff, with a minor exception of suffer instead of cpc with rune of thorns.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
So your suggestion to improve raids is simply “give them less requirements”. Yeah, great suggestion dude.
The raid masteries need an abyssmal amount of xp and for anyone that had hot for a while should have no issues whatsoever to get the needed masteries.
8/9 raid encounters can be done with jumping mushrooms and updrafts, which essentially isnt any grind at all. Stop complaining over nothing

Kicking at the end of the fight is indeed a bit of a kitten move, however assuming that the additional info about YOUR behaviour is correct then I can at least see why it happened. Unless you organise the raid yourself, you simply do not yolo away on your own as that may screw everyone else over
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Hey Raven,
Our primary focus is on fractals and raids, and seek to recruit talented and experienced players within those fields. You are more than welcome to apply if you are appropriately geared and have the requested knowledge, else it will become very difficult to participate in guild activities(which in turn would limit the amount of fun you could have in the guild).
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
I’d say rev is pretty useful in most groups. Easy source of buffs and nice boons, cc and decent dps.

I think the issue is that you are so sure that your ideas are superior that you immediately ignore any criticism and demand ideas on solving an issue some of us does not consider to be neither minor or particularly important. Same goes for actually reading what people say, which you have confirmed not to as you immediately seem to label it as triggering hate speech/irrelevant/inferior opinions.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
I really don’t know what’s so hard to understand, but here we go.
*Finding people to raid with is easier in a guild that raids than with pugs, especially if you are inexperienced.
*few guilds, especially if we talk about those that do training runs, have static groups that never let anyone else in.
*how you join a raidguild varies a lot on the guild. Some are open for all, some have requirements and trials on different levels.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
sigh, do I really need to explain this?
Joining a guild makes you a guild member. Guild members typically help eachother, and do stuff with a bunch of members of the guild rather than a select few who never speak to anyone else. While it takes time to get to know people, I doubt that had any real relevance in this case. Clear enough?
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
*Fractals, even on higher levels, are generally very easy, low pressure content. While that would make a decent environment for inexperienced players to learn, it also means that you will experience very little of the mechanics of a raid boss simply because it will be dead shortly after the fight begins.
*fractals can be cleared with any comp, something that won’t be the case for most raid pugs. Unless it will be balanced around specific roles, people will learn very little about what challenges the raid actually offers.
*in the event you balance it around the same roles and mechanics, the lfg will still only ask for experienced players of certain class/build/gear unless mechanics are toned down so much you won’t care about them anyway.
*five man comp and strategies are, in general, very different to 10 man and as raids are about synergy, it won’t accomplish much.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
“your argument is hinged on guilds actually running later in the week and taking players they don’t know.”
No. I said join a guild, meaning that you will be someone they know. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of guilds that raid on different levels and frequencies and with 5 guild slots you should be able to find at least one.
Do remember raids were not balanced around pugging to begin with, and hopefully won’t be either.
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
Out of the many different suggestions to make raids “accessible”, I consider this to be one of the worse, as it won’t accomplish anything
DPS Benchmarks, Raids, Low-mans etc.
“Others play when I don’t, please change reset”
If there aren’t any pugs later in the week, you may want to consider joining a guild that raids
when guilds mostly run earlier in the week, with static groups? myself included most weeks. Simply telling people to join a guild does not help those with busy work-lives.
A lot of guilds clear the raids multiple times a week. Either to help those not present earlier in the week, or simply for the enjoyment it brings. I work full time myself, and so does a lot of people I play with both in the guild and outside of it. Regardless of how you put reset, there will be people getting the less of it because their life situation is different.

Yeah, I totally understand that pugging makes this an extremely long process, especially if you’re stuck in a catch 22 where you can’t get experience because groups demand you to already have it. Raids(and legendary armor) weren’t balanced around pugging tho.
Finding a group isn’t always the easiest, but guild like rti and dkb(both eu) seem to have pretty good communities going and without the same experience requirement as many of the hardcore guilds. If you’re on na I can probably give you some contact details as well, feel free to pm if you wish.
