How its done!
Can you place a bounty on the one that killed you [A window pops up with everyone that atleast did 10% damage to you, the list can only hold the top 10 players who damaged you], basicly when someone kills you, you have the option to placing a bounty on that target, that bounty eventually piles up and is added to a list.
Eventually he becomes worth a lot of money, after you get atleast 50 silver on a target, he is not only worth gold, but also a Laurel. He must be worth at least 2 gold and 50 silver to also be worth a Laurel.
Unfortunately if your target leaves WvWvW before you get to him, the mission greys out and your unable to do it. There is also a safe zone as well.
You also get bounties for doing things like taking camps/other things, not just players, every time you take a camp you get 15 silver placed on your character, each time you kill a guard, 5 silver. Each time you take a keep depending on how much it is, 30-1 gold.
How to catch your Prey!
You will get a magic bird that costs 10 silver and 1-3 badges each, each one will travel to your target and tell you there current location for 30 seconds. However it takes about 1-3 minutes for the bird to find your target, and then you have to go near where he is and find him on food.
These birds can also “Reveal” the target for a short duration after using it to follow your prey. However it does not destealth the player, it simply goes by where he is generally.

Other Stuff!
You can only take bounties from other servers your fighting, when the week is done, the bounties do not reset but go to the next fight so the other servers have a chance to take the bounties.
What happens when ya kill your target?
Once the bounty is done and you kill your target (You must have atleast dealt 10% damage to him.) a mail will be sent to the ones who placed the bounty on the target, telling you exactly who killed him. You will be rewarded all the gold, plus a laurel and another 20% bonus gold.
Titles!
You can get titles for doing a number of bounties. =>
You can also get titles for having the most gold on you!
Examples:
“Most Wanted.”
“Tracker.”
What happens if two people attack the same target?
The first person to either down, do more damage, or death blow him gets all the credit, sorry but them is the breaks!

I find the disparity between fighting a norn/charr/human warrior vs an asuran warrior to be significant. I have a much easier time dodging shield bash/bull rush/hammer skills from norn/charr/humans compared to asurans.
As mentioned in another thread, adding casting bars could solve this problem. Even for instant cast skills, if a small text box pops up, you would have an equal chance to avoid abilities from a class no matter their race.
I’m watching animations more-so then cast bars. I believe things like cast bars to be skill-less. I’d rather they just default enemies in tournaments. Or have an option to.

There should be an option, there isn’t really a reason not to. It’s been discussed. Be nice if we could get a dev response of “we’ll look into it” or something, but I doubt it’ll happen.

Anyways, they have a huge advantage because there animations are harder to see and they blend in with AOEs. They are the oddjob of gw2 and in competitive pvp it only takes a huh wtf is he doing? to make a mistake which costs the whole team and your game.
Its harder to see a backstab coming from an asura, its harder to see almost everything.

Signet Removal is not removal. Its burst removal. Which is worthless in the current Meta.
If it was changed to “Cures a Condition every second for 12 seconds.” it would be viable, however since it does not do thakittens not. Constant reapplying conditions are what destroys warrior.
When classes are able to wham conditions on you as quickly as they do now, there is not much you can do.

Why shouldn’t there be bunker warriors? I think Titan’s spec would be a nice direction to go for developing build diversity. The same could be said for mesmer and thief bunkering.

Warriors need a lot of help!
Here is my idea for the warrior, you must constantly be fighting and using your adrenaline, the longer you fight the stronger you get, you start off slow and get stronger!
Brawn: 2% Chance to gain a strike of adrenaline per hit. (up to 60%.)
F2: Indomitable Burn a bar of Adrenaline, convert a condition into a boon.
F3: Shield of Rage Burn two bars of Adrenaline, gain 10% damage reduction from all sources for 20 seconds, Stacks up to three times.
When you use it once it gives you 10% for 20 seconds, when you use it again it gives you 20% for 20 seconds, when you use it again it gives you 30%, then when you use it again it gives you 30%, but just refreshes the duration. If you don’t keep it up it goes back to 10% and you have to start all over again.
F4: Fearless Dash Burn all three bars of adrenaline and charge your foe, become immune to conditions for a short duration.
Damage: 409
Condition Immunity: 2 s
Combo Finisher: Leap
Range: 1,000
Adrenaline Traits:
Heightened Focus : After you use an adrenaline skill, Gain 5% critical damage for 10-15 seconds. Stacks three times. If you get another one after three, it simply refreshes the first one’s duration.
Berserker’s Power : After you use an adrenaline skill, Gain 5% base damage for 10-15 seconds. Stacks three times. If you get another one after three, it simply refreshes the first one’s duration.
Adrenal Health : After you use an adrenaline skill, Heal for 125 (0.05*HP) every second for 10-15 seconds. Stacks three times. If you get another one after three, it simply refreshes the first one’s duration.

Yes, warriors do have high burst damage, however it is easy to avoid which is why most don’t use it. However in DPS they are actually quite low.

Actually the reason thieves spam is because far to many of there abilities are situational and don’t do much damage. Headshot is an amazing ability? Why use it besides anything other then an interrupt?! it does absolutely no damage!

But … that is the same for all classes. Functionality of certain abilities often have reduced dmg in exchange for something else. Do thieves have to be the special snowflake, that just gets all the goodies?

Uhm … take a calculator like that on intothemist.com and see the normalized values of ALL the skills. Mesmers don’t have a high base-value on their skills. It comes from traits and gear. Warriors don’t either, really.
And as stated above (Manuhell), they all have cooldowns on their skills.
All thief skills have the same cool-down, its called initiative.

So, you want to give Thieve’s a Signet of Rage that’s far superior with that massive healing you gave it (at 2K power you would get 350 health per hit, with Pistol Whip thats 3500 health every time you use it, and could get 3500 X 3 = 10500 health every 3 seconds or so).
You just complained about the Warrior’s Signet of Rage giving boons for too long thus being too easy to steal and now you want a heal to do the same thing. It would be too OP.

They blend into the surroundings/AOEs better/Have harder to spot animations (Huge advantage…) and there rolls and such look like there casting or aoes. Its hard to tell if they are rolling or simply moving and using an animation.

There is a reason why its worth more then three times the amount of any other food in the game right now… can you really not see how strong this food is? Please nerf it down to 20% and or more reasonable levels.
Or make it to where it only reduces one condition’s duration to 40% every second.

I love the Asura race, however with all the advantages they get other races, why isn’t this addressed in SPVP when everything is made to be fair?
Some advantages they share:
- Less obvious animations.
- Harder to see.
- Less likely to see coming.
- Matches Minions size.
- Harder to see over walls/barriers.
- Harder to hit in a crowd, because they can hide inside bigger toons.
What is there disadvantage? I don’t really see any myself.
With such a huge advantage in SPVP, why use anything but Asura?
I believe that they should get a 20m-30m melee, 100m-150m range disadvantage just by being so short.
I don’t mind if nothing changes at all, however I would like to hear others opinions.

Ranger is actually one of the strongest classes.
You can’t complain until you see everything they have done, and honestly Pets are doing way too much damage when they hit there target.
They are probably going to reduce damage by 25-40% and allow them to move while attacking.
However you know something is wrong when they do more damage then a full zerker warrior with there greatsword autoattack by almost double.

boons, but they aren’t the only access to might, fury and swiftness and just like everyone else that uses short duration boons, which you claim are less effected, it adds up.
