I dont really like the mounts(Mainly cause i cant use my broom on all my characters!!!), but you know what ill go ahead and support this idea

They need to introduce all the skins that arent available, studded leather shoulders anyone? any skin that was previously available should still be available. So yea i agree with this so much

I hate this new system in PVE. ive wasted so many of my guardians blinding flash(I think) thinking i could teleport to a monsters and then get told one of two things. “No valid path” or my favorite “Target is to close”

Not the point. most people dont even want pets in this game, so i dont see how us getting new pets affects you anyways when they are basically just skins to most.

Nope! Im weird though, i dont even like the fact spiders are tame able but at the same time im used to it from other games, the old neverwinter nights for example! Maybe the will be, who knows! Only time will tell though!

The problem are the rewards, look at fractals they need to make harder content give better rewards. It will take a while but if they gradually makes easier content less rewarding it should be fine. Not sure if GW1 followed the same steps but it had more expansions than the sequel so hopefully they decide to go that way.

No GW1 did not(At least they didnt make the easier stuff less rewarding over time). The harder content was just more rewarding in general, you could get rarer skins, rarer items(Hero armor) from them! UW(Ecto farm), Urzogs Warren(Some really neat skins) The Deep(Again Really neat skins). Cant speak for Mallyxs dungeon, i just farmed gold and bought what i wanted from there.

I do agree the rewards are the biggest problem with hard content. Look at the new Tequatl, ive done him just about every single day since he was revamped and have not gotten a ascended chest(I just got a mini Tequatl the other day). But yet i talked to someone with the Sunless Greatsword, they got it after their third run. Really?! If harder content didnt rely on RNG so much it would be more worth while, and until they change their RNG system i really hope they dont put anything in thats actually difficult(See Liadra the Dark, i did her over and over again because i wanted that title(Content like her would be awesome, if the rewards where proper)).

Then this might not be the game for you. Legendarys wont get any stronger unless they add a new stat tier, which they’ve said they wont do. So yes, you make one for the looks and the fact it can change stats on the fly.

They did not look tameable to me at all, Honestly ive never looked at Beatles as pets in any game really. I have more hope now for more rangers getting new pets because they removed the pet family traits and got rid of any limitations.

We got a new pet when they added Southsun, and that wasn’t even an expansion.

And the other two new zones lack any thing even close to being tameable by a Ranger that i can see.

Selling paths isnt supported by Arena net, so you are out of luck. its a risk you take selling paths.

Ive had this happen on any class with a ranged weapon, hell recently ive started to have this happen on my guardians number 2 sword skill. Not just in PVP or WVW either, but in dungeons and PVE where it wasnt happening before hand.

I understand not separating solo and group queue, GW2 don’t have enough players in pvp, separating solo and group queue would result in extremely long queue times.

Your post is titled “Top Questionable Decisions Anet have made”. those are going to vary.

Mine would be
1. Changing the Trait system.
2. Not having the ele be like the GW1 ele.
3. Not bringing back SAB.
4. Not having Scythe and Throwing spears in game from launch.
5. Their very poor communication.
6. The poor treatment of Charr and Asura when it comes to armor design.

Thank you for saying something i actually agree with. I could care less about info on the Revenant despite the fact im going to make one on release day. Specializations are something i do want to hear about though. Guild halls are blah, i can guess how they are going to work already. I want to know more about what we will be encountering. The monsters, the background of them, the background of the area, will there be mursaat, will they be friendly, Stuff like that. I play this game for the lore, call me weird if you want, but i am here for the lore, i played GW1 for the lore too, I love the story, i loved reading everything i could about it, hell i even bought the little story mission pack they added just so i could find out more.

Oh,im the odd one, here i was actually loving this article because of the snippets of lore it gave us.

I figure there isn’t much point to speculating on “when” until we start getting some more solid info (the specializations, the guild halls, closed beta dates, etc). Then we can do some valid theorizing on ‘when.’ Then we should have a better “feel” for how far along they might actually be.

I was wandering around lions arch exploring it on my latest level 80 and someone in map chat mentioned some new NPCs, these are two of them, and i dont remember them being there, does anyone else?~ They have some interesting dialogue thats for sure! well at least the asura does.

We dont need mounts. We outrun centaurs for crying out loud. The maps are small. You can run from one side of the world to the other in about 2 hours. Mounts arent needed. These topics have popped up for 3 years. Google first. this is going to be merged like the rest and then forgotten.

No, just no. Our characters can already out run centaurs.

Its not really that urgent…report it. I have so far seen one player fall for it, and really they where dead tired and werent thinking straight. But yea, they know. Just report and delete.

He had 100 skillpoints. Now he has 2 skillpoints and one 25 skillpoint unlock left.

Not quite. None of the new black lion weapon sets have under water parts. They removed the only PVP map with water and theyve also said that HOT wont have anything to do with any underwater combat. It does seem to be that way.

This whole thread is an opinion thread, they are already planning on adding them or they arent. We very few people saying the same things arent going to change their minds.

We arent getting new weapons. Colin warned the art team what would happen if they showed spears being used in the video, and they didnt listen. They confirmed no new weapons. To the disappointment of a great many, we wont be getting spears, on land, yet.
