And the argument “its so easy to level!” doesn’t hold. WoW has the easiest leveling and yet they are the first ones to introduce buying a max level(to my knowledge).
You can already do that now.
- Buy gems.
- Convert to Gold
- Go gw2crafts.net, from the TP, buy everything on the shopping list.
- Use appropriate XP boosters (also on the TP).
It’s not “insta-80” (which is easy for veterans, with excess tomes of knowledge), but it gets the job done.
Not to mention how many tomes of knowledge you get from black lion chests if you just spent all of that money on keys.
I have stacks of them from spvp dailies and tracks. Used to use them for keyfarm spam till they capped it to weekly. Now they’re 95% useless to me, personally. So many of them.

Disappointing to have all my effort trivialized but oh well. There’s a lot of things in life to be disappointed by I guess. Maybe it coulda been prevented if they focused more on SAB from the beginning instead of weird things like raids~ unless they’re planning a SAB raid wing. Probably easier to find 10 players for that than the actual raids.
It’s supposed to be hard. ;/ Why would anyone even do the harder way if there was an easy way? Having one proves that you can survive one of GW2’s hardest challenges. If you’re not good then practice more or just stick to using the blue colored weapons.
There’s already a spiderman costume so why not?

That would be because winter’s presence is actually a skin for the shoulder slot, not an aura like the sab infusion, so the interaction is different.
Ah, I thought they changed it to an infusion at some point. That explains it then.
Welp… would be a nice fix in the future for Auras. Or a better way to apply them overall would be appreciated.
I don’t have the blue mace yet and only have green currently so I can’t see it in action but it looks neat in preview. XD So I’d say fix it so my greens wiggly too.

My only problem with the Aura infusions is they don’t work in Spvp Lobby.
They are noticeable enough to me imo. I don’t want something crazy flashy.
I just did 33 Tribulation mode runs to finish collection and enjoyed all of it. Wonder if they made it permanent, expanded it and added a speedrunner mode if it’d be on twitch all the time.
I remember Assassin armor w/o buttcapes, the ability to use any weapon.
He’s not very good at adapting. Losing mid doesn’t mean you immediately lose the game like that group on ESL stream or whatever. He’s probably a sheep that clung to that mentality cuz a “pro” player did it once. That awful immortal bunker era ended last season so it’s even more possible than before no matter where the scores at.

We’ll get world three next year, I’m sure of it. Now that SAB is an annual “filler” content, they can schedule it.
The problem with the New Legendary Journeys is they wanted to make every one of them a memorable adventure. Sadly I think too many players simply don’t care about that. It’s a purely mechanical process to get the item at the end. That’s the conflict. ANet could spend a ton of time making each of these great but if a fair portion of those going for it simply don’t care, then is it worth the devs time.
A lot of the anger I’m seeing are from players who want “Push Button, Recieve Bacon” rewards where story doesn’t matter. They actual content might as well be the stark white room/low poly models of SuperHot. At the very least, the reward is more important than the story behind why you get the reward.
I like lore stuff, even if it’s simple flavor text, but the Legendary Collection didn’t even have that so it didn’t seem very in depth anyways. It’s like the “book” (collection grid) told you to go here and get this item by doing this, but what really even is the item and why do I need it? Just shows an image and says “trophy” for the majority of it and some are pretty strange items. I guess they’re just all tossed into a bucket though off screen and fused into a weapon, idk.
Not afraid, just don’t like wasting several hours of my day finding a full group and several more hours waiting for them to play correctly if ever. I also don’t feel like downloading an app or giving somekinda 3rd party site any of my information for whatever that gear site is.
Takes too much time and dedication and just becomes an unfun situation.
Neat thing is that’s how Caithe’s stealth works. She’s strongest Teef.
Create an Alt specifically for SAB and name him Super Coppermind.
Doesn’t matter what lvl alt is for exciting adventures.
That was me who did that, but the damage wasn’t actually from the Backstab I did; it was from my poison tick from the Dagger Training trait after recent Teef condi fixes.

I have most of the SAB weapons from previous times including nearly all the King Toad weapons and a few Storm Wizard ones and none show for the rare collection.
Mesmer imo. Most of its powerful abilities arent unlocked early, and it does low solo damage. Plus you can’t facetank damage.
That and it’s super slow mobility. I kept getting bored lvling my Mesmer and just fed him tomes.

It did payoff by being annoying with it’s sustain from skillspam and poking you for hours while it tryharded desperately for might combos to gain enough damage to kill something. I always just found them a nuisance and never actually a threat, personally. Especially in WvW where they’d just pester you till it was ready for them to run to a gate door to camp for their downed skill. I felt like I could just use less effort on a more fun class and get the same payoff back then so I just didn’t play Ele much.
Tempest lets me use Staff without feeling like a free kill target from lack of low CD defensive skills so I found it a lot more fun now.
You need to cross 10 divisions I think~ which will be the most important achievement to complete before looking into other ones. Reaching Diamond twice and then cross Amber once for example would be fastest + easiest imo. 3 wins daily took me the entire first season, missing maybe 2-3? and then first week of season 2 from what I recall.
You’ll probably be at win 60 ranked games and 10 games on 3 different classes after that in the final part. Then just make gift of Fortune and complete the Glorious track a few times at some point for the 4 Mist Core thingys.
I reached Diamond both seasons and currently looking at 1 more division, 10 wins on a 3rd profession, 12 ranked match wins and 3k rank points earned to finish the back piece.

D/D was boring to me and one of the reasons I never liked Ele till Tempest. And that’s coming from someone who loves dagger mages/rogue mages in any game that does it. Just wasn’t interesting the way GW2 designed it. It was very silly with tryhard combos without much payoff other than being annoying. The skills also didn’t really do anything with the daggers themselves. The only skill I really liked was Vapor Blade but it was pretty useless unlike the GW1 variant where water actually killed things better.
Although I can agree on one thing and that’s all weapon sets for every class should be viable. Too many useless ones like Thief P/P and Sword.

Back when they gave up on their town clothing system because they couldn’t incorporate it into the wardrobe system I got a ton of gems refunded. Was pretty nice damage control, lol. Still miss those skins though as they were. If only it worked out. :< Maybe HoT deserves a price cut/partial refund or something, I dunno. Already needed it, actually, considering the core game bundle nonsense.
Once Friday hits there’ll be an update in GW2 where everyones’ shoes will become permanently hidden for a day or somekinda silly shenanigans.
Also, Jojo is updated with a new season. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
How does this bubble compared with overloading water as a Tempest?
Overload seems to make more mini bubbles and have tiny sparkles. (and also has the pop effect which I wish the Glider had.)
Glider has a moving streak trail instead of overload’s swirly effect around it.
The sound effects are different.
overload > glide > overload > glide in case you cant tell.

Dude… heavy armor is meant to be bulky. Do you seriously want everyone going full norn?
I agree with your other points though – I’d like to see light armor pants and a good medium armor top that isn’t a trenchcoat.
Heavy actually has the least bulky pieces of armor currently though. Still need least bulky everything for everything though.
I always have low expectations. Sucks having to pay money towards one though. At least the patch will be free.

GW2 isn’t 99% hentai like that game so it’s safer for the younglingz.
At least it can’t be used as a weapon. Bubbles are very strong and floaty.
I guess it’s too much to design art for hundreds of random trophy icons? They have a basic outline of materials/cost from the ones already finished and can just base the rest off of that. They have to brainstorm all these trophy names and figure out where/how to randomly place them throughout the world. They already skip flavor text so that saves brain time… maybe there’s too much writer’s block if the collection is the main issue, idk. Hard to imagine just that being very long to complete.
Precursor crafting came about from a legitimate desire in the fanbase.
Getting rid of it is not a solution at all. Not supporting it for the 12 remaining HoT legendarys is a stop gap measure(also not a solution) at best.
Well tbh it’d be the same as the first legendaries~ they were RNG/Tradable till the collections for them were complete. These ones would be RNG/Tradable till the collections for them were complete. They’d have to go back on their account bound deal though. People like me would literally never obtain the precursor we wanted by luck alone. Or they can just hire more people. Maybe they need a kickstarter or start twitch streaming for donations if they’re that hung up. o.O
