Sorry Jerus I disagree. A “fine job” is catching problems such as these before releasing it. This is a “Mediocre job” at best.

Funny thing is. I have a feeling they probably knew of more than a few of these bugs before it was released. Some QA/Tester is locked in his dungeon screaming “I bloody told you and No you didnt listen” in his head.

Generally hang back and range then not so complex. Get in melee range (unless being carried hard) you will notice things

so i basically sold everything of value to guy a char slot. made a ranger but I only had about 7gold to gear him out so I could go into dungeons. Technically 2 but I sold most of the food I had collected over the years.

Had to grab Rare sin gear because even Zerk was still to much Runed it with Runes of rage.

Did a lowbie dungeon. Someone failed a run then I realised everyone still had 2 mins of Fury. Im enjoying ranger. The sword auto attack isnt as bad as I recall. overall i like the ranger :P

The state of dungeons/fractals is quite frankly not good. I am not trying to dissuade him from the game merely giving a realist view.

Dungeons fractals are quite possibly the last thing on arenanets minds.

Coming from wow where iirc there are Numerous dungeons/raids, hard and normal modes for them. The difference is massive.

We know you gotta say this bull and nothing’s actually gonna change, but thanks anyhow.” Going through a bit of a storm now, but hope sure is a nice change.

I dont really care about the price. I dont really care about the char slot (revenant meta? doubt it), I dont care about the open world. I dont care about guild halls. I care about this “challenging content” and the silence around the words “fractals and dungeons”.

I have almost literally been told by arenanet to go to hell. I have played the same 8 dungeons for the past x years I cant remember. I love the bloody game. But kitten me. They consistently treat me like a redheaded stepchild.

One dungeon. Literally I am so desperate I would preorder right bloody now if they said we have one new dungeon.

yes. Players invest time/money into game to gain virtual goods/ entertainment.

e.g.
I invest time into learning to play the violin for personal gratification.
I invest time into learning russian for personal grat/ed*ification/potential monetary gains.

Time invested. Those with long times invested are less likely to leave the game. Just because of time invested. Veterans are more likely to speak about the game. I still tell people GW2 is practically thee Best MMO out there.

Heck for the past 6ish month all I really do is log in do 2-6 dungeons and log off.

Also free? I cant speak for others but I know I paid for the hours spent ingame. I know my ex did. I know quite a few people have.

Now ofcourse that doesnt mean that new players are not important but as anyone who has studied accounting should know. Customer loyalty is very important to long term profit.

You know that sorta thing they used to do in GW1 by sending Christmas cards out and the like.

I dont know how people can manage more than 10+ hours in silverwastes/dry top. My eyes bleed. I literally switch the game to windowed and play crusader kings 2. Alt tabbing whenever the noise dies down.

4am Im having more fun on the forums than Ive had ingame for months. Why pay $50 for Zerg Wars 2 Heart of the Swarm: Power Creep Edition when PvF content is free?
