How to kill a warrior?

Well lets say Im not a bad Elementalist (I still have a one on one quote >50%, though only in random channels with a lot of pugs)
but, when I fight a warrior that is at least a little capable i run and i know why.

I fought one some days ago, dd full berserker 30/30/10/0/0
Used Rtl to get to him, used lightning 5 to throw him down, attuned to earth used earthquake then rooted him with earth 3, then started churning earth, got it through.

U could say until there i completely outplayed the warrior.

But the root wore of and he started attacking me.
I attuned to fire, hit the impact of burning speed, ring of fire, arance wave (for combo) and fire grab.
Healing and sustain of the warrior was sufficient to survive all that.
I hit all disables all spells in full zerker 30/30/10/0/0.
He was at 20% life at that und started his permastun 100% crit combo on me, killed me in 5 seconds.

That are the moments when u just rage quit a match….

Sorry what can u do better than hitting all my disables and burst skills, if he just stands up after all my bursts and giving me a facecheck. …. just ridicolous

Goes into the right direction, making the arcane tree less mandatory for some builds.
Keeping the 2% per invested point would have been nice though.
So the Attunement Rechargetime would vary from 13 to 8.0xx

Still a step into the right direction going from 16-10 to 13-10.

Global CD as well.

Thats nice.

But seeing how DRASTICALLY A-Net lowers the CDs on a lot of those traits, shows how ridicolous high they are right now.

The changing of Diamond Skin looks nice, though the Threshold of 90% seems a bit high cause thats only one autoattack most of the time.

Maybe still worth being looked into, having some 0/0/30/30/10 build in my mind with conjuring earth shield.
Could be worth being looked into against conditions.

Although people say 0/10/0/30/30 isn’t viable, they’re completely wrong and imho it’s the best setup.

Against Condition Builds in fact it is not, and especially not against condition necros that are at least average, if you not just try to avoid encounters with them.

Till u stacked your might you already got every condition he has on you with several stacks, if you have to start removing conditions you know your fight is already lost.

Against a condition spec a survivability spec almost always loses, cause the longer the duration of the fight the stronger the condition spec gets.
If the fight lasts >5s the condition build usually wins

Not to mention condition builds are lazy builds often you can see this in the playstyle of necros, some dont even bother to dodge (okay against a full bunker elementalist i wouldnt bother dodging as well, cause his attacks dont even itch)

Best way to deal with condition builds and thieves (stealth thieves) is to kill them before they realize what just happened, or at least burst em zu 10 or 20% percent.

Well it nerfes condition builds a lot (in PvP they needed a nerf, dont think this is the right one though).
Good thing for the Elementalist …. Elementalist is a class without any rly damaging condition build.
So for Elementalist this is a bit of a buff (in PvP).

10k , thats if you manage to get cleansing wave 6 times and afaik the evasive arcana version is weaker than the one in you skill interface, okay you get healing rain as well.

But in Order to Archieve that i chose Healing Power as Main Stat, precission as secondary stat even using the Lightning trait to convert 5% to healing power.

So this numbers are in fact not impressive considering how much armor/hp/dmg you sacrifize to obtain them.

I personally like to go 10 or 15 in water, for cleansing wave and attunementswap-heal.

Well in PvP i swapped to plain stupid 30/30/10/0/0 again, cause till Condition Dmg is nerfed(will probably happen oct. 15., reduced to 5 stacks at max) youre just laughed at with any Bunker Build, meaning conditions melt you faster than you can heal / cleanse against, and your not even doing dmg to your opponents.

Clockwork Boss -- Why is it so hard...

The Boss is not that hard:
a) Stick close, so he doesnt throw the gears
b) do as much dmg as you can
c) try to dodge his attacks
d) nominate one person to pull the holograms
e) invulnerability state begins with a big aoe root (huge red circle around him), meaning you can already prepare to fetch the holo

What can help you (my main is Elementalist, its a little centered to that class):
a) Frostbow from the Elementalist + Meteorshower (cause clockheart has a huge hitbox), mesmer with time warp,
Reminder:
the FASTER you take him down the easier the fight is
(less invulnerability phases he gets into, where you can fail)

b) Invulnerabilities or damage reduce e.g. Mist Form (if he gets 30 stacks, so you dont die, or against his gears if your way is blocked by them…..)

c) Guardians can take Stability, and/or their healing tome, this can be really useful, if you are close combat as elementalist you can also do your aoe heals

What makes him hard are the bugs:
a) if you fail while he is in invulnerable state he will stack his buff (even out of combat)
meaning the next time he starts with full buffs on

b) rubber walls at the hologenerators,porting you on the little platforms when downed (especially if there are gears on the platform)
e.g. you try to escape in mistform while downed with elementalist doesnt help cause … well you are portet to the gear, and other room issues.

c) Holograms Reset:
The Distance Holograms Reset can be very annoying sometimes they dont even follow you through half the room before the reset, which can cause wipes cause you cant reset clockhearts buff

Its okay if you play a tankier build,
but everything above 300 healing power is useless
you cant avoid 300 healing power if you have a 0/10/0/30/30 build though.
The increase from 0 to 1500 healing power increases your heals by an average amount of lets say 50% (and that would Require you to spec in Healing Power as main stat + 30 water attunement)
Considering the high coulddowns of you heals I consider healing power rather useless (they want to buff the influence on some spells a little, though)

Full Healing Power Build:

Now decide if its really worth sacrificing all other stats …
And if you go PvP healing wont help you that much right now, cause you get molten away by conditions, so condition remove would be more effective (still you get so much that you have no chance at all to remove them, all players playing condition builds right now made me moving to plain stupid zerker burst build again, hence if you bunker you still die to conditions)

Reading the “Lava Tomb best traid” or something like that thread here,

I tried something I did about one year ago when I had no Idea about the Elementalist again:

I call it the: " I die, so what , I’m gonna take you with me!!!" – build :
30/30/10/0/0 D/D Zerker Gear ,
Traits:
1)Fire: Lava Tomb, Internal Fire, Persisting Flames
2) Bolt to the heart, arcane lightning , …. take what ever you want their maybe fresh air
3)Stone Splitters

Most of the Elementalists use a bunker spec right now, cause else you die very fast, but the problem is, that with bunker spec the conditions often melt them harder than they can do dmg in return resulting in death anyway.

So I thought give it a try, cause right now A LOT OF PPL are running condition builds, in fact that many that bunker ele is a pain in the kitten to play.

In terms of DPS a full launched Elementalist still outdamages conditions, especially if you manage to kill your opponent before he can fill your condition stacks.

So the basic idea is use burning speed => ring of fire => arcane wave => whateva does DMG,
if youre enemy is downed but you’ll get downed do it directly next to your downed oppnenent cause u have lava front and +33% dmg in downed state
=> rally

I used play now, and believe me I was amazed how outrageous ridicolously well that plain stupid build works right now that over 50% of the ppl run heavy condition based builds.

Havent used it in tpvp so far(dont dare to ruin my stats ;-) )

I just saw something, if the clockheart is in invulnerable state, the very time you wipe, the buff continues stacking even if the Clockheart is out of combat.
Making it only combat-active would solve the problem, i suppose there are enough examples of similar buffs in existance.

Someone already mentioned this but:
The Problem was that the Elementalist had INSANE mobility back in time with old RTL and bugged lightning flash (were you could stand under a b ridge and blink yourself ON the bridge by moving the circle there^^)

In a PvP System that can sometimes be a downright mobility-fight rather than a real PvP the X/D Elementalist was a god. (personally I’d like some modes where team annihilation is the only objective^^, but wouldnt play that with ele)

In 1on1 fights Elementalist was maybe a little stronger maybe a little weaker than other Classes.

So first they ripped him of from his mobility, then they buffed other Classes and nerfed his dmg.

So now he has the mobility of other classes and other classes have builds that just stomp the elementalist.

When other classes outdps you by hitting the 1 button, unless you are in full zerker, while you are the Squishiest thing there is (especially in zerker) somethings just going terribly wrong.

clockheart doesnt reset properly

I just went to the Aetherblade part with a party that, lets say, wasnt that good and we wiped several times at the end boss.

The Problem is, that the Boss doesnt reset properly, sometimes he starts with 30 full stacks with immunity, sometimes even the entire floor remains charged.

When you get near the spots where the holo-generators were sometimes your camera totally freaks out, if you dont want ppl to walk there just make an invisible wall there pls

Healing centered ele build?

Forget it,
scaling healing power from 0 to 2000 (all out on healing power), increases your staff healings by something like fountain from 2900 to 3900, healing rain from 3xxx to 6xxx and glyph of elemental harmony by only 25%-50% as well.
So Basically sacrifizing an entire Main-Stat for healing power gives you somewhat of 30-60% increased healing power.
Considering the long CDs the Staff Ele suffers, the sacrifices to archieve that outnumber the benefits of the lets say 45% increased healing by far.

I personally like the idea of speccing 15 (or more depends on how bunkerish you wanna be) to Water, for the vitality and the heal on attuning to water with cleansing wave, offhand Dagger X/D and evasive arcana, having 3 or 4 cleansing waves.

You’re doing the math wrong….

So are you.

Its 16 Sec Base Rechargement time, so if you interpret it like you do its 16* 1/1.6 = 10 and not 15/1.6 which is 9.375.

Just misinterpreted the sentence^^

Rounding times first but then giving a not rounded time suggests a precission you cant hold.

Still, for the elementalist to require a full skilled trait line in order to archieve the same swap time that other classes have as base CD.
So if the Trait works correctly reducing base CD to something between 12 and 14, would be a good buff then.

Did some research on the arcane tree,
probably my time is in vain because someone probably already did this already,
the time attunement recharge rate is reduced should be 60%. at 30 Arcane.

If that was true you had 6.4

But if you skill 30 Arcane you get around 8.5 to 9.5 seconds (cant exactly judge that timer)

Which leads me to the following assumption:

Attunements Rechargement is NOT calculated like This:

Rechargetime = BaseRecharge * (1 – n*2%)

With n=30 => 6.4 Seconds

But RATHER:

Rechargetime = BaseRecharge * (0.98)^n

With n=30 => 8.7 or 8.8 Seconds (depends on how the game handles 8.7277……), you are at kitten percent instead of 60.

Where n is the number of spent points into the arcane tree.

Fixing this to the way the Game tells you how your arcane tree works, would for example be a good buff for attunement-swapping based builds.

Well in PvP Conditions really need a nerf, but in PvE they would need a buff, the stack size at least.

But according to the leaked patch notes for Oct 1st all stackable boons and conditions get limited to 5 Stacks, so basically rendering them completely useless in PvE

Attunement Recharge:
Well other classes have 10 sec of CD when changing weapons ingame.
Basically Attunements are the counterpart on Elementalists, yet watch what they are.
They have a 16 sec Standard-Time.
In order to get the 10s every other class has you need to go 30 Arcane (which I currently do, cause i like the extra cleansing water from evasive arcana etc)
Right now we HAVE to invest 30 points in one traitline just to match the other classes.

So I would suggest, either reduce base-recharge-rate to 13s or maybe even 12s and keep the current 1s per 5 in arcance rate so you can get to 6s or 7s with full arcane.
Or maybe giving fresh air a 7s CD and let it apply on all attunements not only air.

OR let Arcane do what it says, -2% per point, resulting in -60% CD
=> 0.4*16s=6.4s which is obviously unequal 10s.

Stunbreaks:
What I’d like to see buffed again is Mist Form:
My Suggestions:
-Reduce Base CD by 15s, from 75s to 60s
-give immunity to conditions as well / or nerf overall conditions builds
-make it Rootbreak as well (at least in PvE), there are almost no mobs anymore that only stun, most of them root

OR: give us back slots 6-10 during Mist Form

Mobility:
Give back some mobility, I’m not asking for our old RTL to come back, but it needs to be buffed a little again.
I mean afaik you doubled the CD from 20s to 40s, and reduced the range by half, thats quatering the Mobility of that Spell.

In terms of mobility Elementalist is not really bad, but considering him to be the squishiest class (unless you completely bunker) he could at least have the possibility to flee when he has full life.
Well its a flaw in my eyes as well that this PvP system basically relies that kitten mobility as it does as well but thats not the topic here.

Just to some things recently happened to me in PvP:
1) A warrior caught me after capturing a point when I had full life, as Arcana Waterbunker i usually dont stand a chance against most warriors when it comes to 1on1 so I decided to make a run for it.
So the Warrior was on my back, I was in earth attunement (D/D), so i knocked him down, went to air attunement used RTL, used lightning flash, attuned to water doing frost field for the slow.
guess what the very moment I made the frost field the Warrior already caught up to me (and I ran all the time, i didnt stop to cast the skills), smashed me down and stomped me, dont ask me how he caught up but he did.

2.) On the PvP map with the Orb
I want to fast capture the point on our side of the map, so I used the shortcut through the bases Sidedoor using everything granting me swiftness shortly before the door opened, using RTL and using lightning flash the best way i could in that moment in order to make me faster.
So I start taking the Point and at 80% an enemy Warrior already was with me on the Point and guess what … right he stomped me, so basically going almost across the entire map hes not even 10s slower than an elementalist having only half the way pulling out every last inch of mobility his class has to offer?
There is something terribly wrong, but there it maybe just the map design.

3) I take a point, a Condition Necro comes and a VERY BAD one.
So we fight I use attuning to water for removing conditions Dagger 5 skill same as well as well as evasive arcana for cleansing wave, the Necro didnt even bother using dodge roll or even leaving my “strong attacks”, so i downed him (yes I downed a necro, once in a lifetime….) applying some dmg to him in his downed state, but then due to the conditions I was downed as well (couldnt remove em anymore) , finishing him in my downed state rallying again.
But that was ALMOST a DRAW, with the difference that I used a lot of the Elementalists capabilites while the Necro used almost nothing.

Problem there is almost every Condition Damage Build is stomping an Elementalist right now in PvP if your not 30/30/0/0/10 or something with full zerker and can outdamage their conditions, but if you do that you get stomped by every burst build,
having at least 20 in Arcane being mandatory doesnt make that better.

Well im trying 0/25/0/15/30 for D/D PvE right now,

maybe Im just misunderstanding “Fresh Air”
but if it just refreshes your AIR-Attunement, meaning you can re-attune to air 9 sec faster (in best case if you do a crit the moment attune to sth else),
while every air spell besides auto-attack has a higher CD than that, I regard it as not that usefull (with D/D that is)
Explain me, if theres something else to it, which I dont comprehend pls.

Tempest Defence might me nice though

As to Gear:
In PvE most of the time Full Zerker, sometimes Soldier, depends on Situation.

So they designed it with the INTEND , that it wouldnt be beaten in a weeks or 2 weeks time.
I mean…. its hard for any normal ppl.
I beat it several times now with TKS/TSS/THS and I was there at the 7:42 run…………… , and it always takes a lot of preparation time as in already filling the map before it appears just to kill it 1 1/2 hours later when it appears again.
With that amount of organization its not that hard.
Normal Servers usually still dont make it in time.

And yet it drops Greens and Blues…..

So, here i doubt the developers sanity and let me explain why:

Imagine it really would have taken 2 weeks to do it, for even organized groups.
And Imagine the first groups would have only gotten Greens and Blues AFTER 2 WEEKS TRYING AND GETTING NOTHING.

If i was in such a group, you know what i would do?
I would close the game, press the uninstall button, and never install it again, and in the future I would boycott everything from that developer till all eternity.

Srsly the reward for its current version is already a slap in the face, and I’m NOT saying its too hard,

Sorry but if it really was intended to be not beaten for 2 weeks, with that loot its like the developers slap us in the face and cry dont play our game. dont buy our products.

the thing you just arent getting, because you werent there for the beginning of gw1…

gw2 launched with more pvp than most mmos do. sure, i’ll give you that, but that’s not the standard to which they were held. they were held to gw1 launch, and you just dont know how far under that mark they hit.

this game is kitten, the pvp is utter kitten. its not fun, and it isnt even inspired by guild wars 1.

If all it takes to get an ascended would be to kill him a few times, I’d choose that over spending a ton of time making the gold to get my crafting all the way maxed and then more time/gold to get the materials for crafting it. I don’t think they should give you a stat choice of your choosing unless you’re crafting it or it’s a legendary. I do think they should make the rewards better, like more dragonite, maybe 3 gold daily on kill, or something along those lines. Making the gold/mats reward higher but keeping the chances of ascended/mini at the same rate would calm some people clamoring for more.

I dont have a Weaponsmith and I dont want to create one, cause crafting is crap like it is in almost every MMORPG.
Its always like the developers think, oh we make an mmo, dont have most mmorpgs crafting systems? Oh, right, so lets include a crafting system, because every mmorpg has one … lalalalala.
And crafting feels exactly like that, not just in GW2.
You know what? GW1 had no real crafting System at all and I dont know anyone that missed it.

That being said, for a Tequatl Kill you need to organize 100+ ppl. And then its not a guaranteed kill.
Tequatl is without a doubt the hardest World Boss Encounter there is right now and I dont see why to not give ppl a guaranteed loot after doing it several times.
More Dragonite? More of that crap … no thx, got 1200 of it.

What really annoys me is that Anet makes a lot of things just RNG-dependant.

TEQ rewards?

Well the idea of tokens would be great, limit them to once per day, but therefore make the other loot not restricted to once a day.
Tokens be only granted on Kill.
Considering the numbers id say:

3-5 tokens = one ascended with random stats
10 tokens = one ascended with stats you chose

So it takes at least 10 days to get an ascended with Tequatl, but if you killed him 10 times you know for sure you have it.
RNG is a beast with claws and teeth sharp as razor blades that always glares at you with its vicious eyes, making you rant and wanna quit the game.

…………………………………….now a little ranting: ………………………………..

And then there is the problem with overflows and disconnects….
So you organize a special overflow dedicated to specially to bring him down, making an hour or more preperation and then you get a disconnect when Tequatl is at 20% or even less and you get NOTHING!!!! , i mean NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! because you dont get where you were before.
I mean you put a lot of effort, and Tequatl is not thaaaat hard to kill if you made a lot of preperation effort, but then because this GAMES CRASHES more frequently than a lot of other programms YOU GET PUNISHED and THATS the DOWNRIGHT FRUSTRATING PART of Tequatl right now.

Yesterday i was in TS, I did him but 3 of 5 of my Guild Mates had a disconnect that try.

And another thing thats really annoying, that the games asks you wheter you want to join the main server during the event, pop up windows during a fight are annoying

Well basically agree with all of your points Black Beard.

The things i would like to see being buffed a little again are RTL and Mist Form.

Today I saw a Vid of a Warrior soloing Lupicus and that really made me cry, because despite the fact that this guy really did a formidable job in blocking dodging and so on.
(doing it in 5 min) that was really overpowered.
I dont want to solo Lupicus, but that Warrior dealt way over30k dmg in 5-10 seconds, which might be even possible but i would guess I do around 20-25k in really full zerker gear(armor trinkets, power runes, ruby..) with double dagger, maybe 20-25 is even exaggerated, cause that is the dmg i would do on a not boss mob.

But here is my point:
The Same Time this Warrior does these insane amounts of dmg, he has heavy armor and with the same gear at least around 7500 life more.

I usually play double dagger, so when im on full dmg, I expect the elementalist to be a glass cannon.
Well okay I admit I didnt play full glass cannon cause i did 30/0/0/10/30.
Could do 30/30/0/0/10 as well, but well evasive arcana is the most usefull (or at least one of the most useful) traits there is.
By then i would maybe match that warrior dmg, while having no defensive.

But basically as soon as u spec a little on surviveability, you loose imense amounts of dmg, being light armor and the class with the lowest life by then u are probably still glass, but rather a GLASS WATERPISTOL than a GLASS CANNON.

In a group:
Well so your DMG-Output doesnt match other classes as well as your survivability doesnt….
So how about you go Support or even Heal (I know Anet wanted to get rid of the holy trinity)

Support … well boons and auras got nerfed, but there you might be still helpful

Heal … hrmm…. so yeah your Water Skills dont heal that much anymore, so I thought maybe give it a try and I calculated it with Maximum Healing power.
Compared to my really zerker gear, with full Healing Power Gear:
Glyph of Elemental Harmony: 5000 → 6000
Fountain: 3000 → 5000
Rain: 3100→6000
Well i think that is a stat problem of HP than that of the Elementalist,
if MF was still on gear id consider HP even more useless than MF in a dungeon.

Sorry if I sound a little offensive , but i loved GW1 and can only cry when i see things that were done right in GW1 and have proven over the years are thrown away and replaced by worse systems.

That being said another thing I would pledge for would be different Skill Versions in PVE and PVP/WVW (as done in GW1)
Cause like that you can nerf skills that are overpowered in PvP without taking them away from PVEers, where they are needed.

Poison Fields, Reflection and Visibility

As the title suggests,
there is a Problem with the Poison fields, in some cases the fields are really hard to see, especially under water, sometimes you only see a very small part of the border (where it is not underwater), so basically u see almost nothing of the poison-circle.
Once u realize u are in a poison field, its too late sometimes.
It would be nice to fix this by making the borders bigger or something like that.

And then there is a “problem” with the graphics option “reflection”.
Having a rather middle-class PC (4GB Memory, Phenom II 9600, geforce 460 gtx cyclone), I need to turn everything to low at Tequatl.
2 Options that give you a Huge Performance Boost are turning off shadows and reflections.
Now the problem of Tequatl is when i turn of reflections, the water starts glowing so bright that i cant focus anything else due to the pure brightness, so i have to stick to using “terrain and sky”.
So is there a way turning it off, and getting performance, without the water starting to glow like this?

Like others have said: 15 minutes is about as long as any fight should be, unless it has 4+ phases that are very different.

IF anything needs to change it should be his HP by ~40%. So far I’ve only heard of one server getting to 50% so it would still be a challenge for that server but would feel much better for the rest who would be getting him to the <50% range.

I think something like that would be the best.

The Problem with Tequatl right now is, if the entire group consisted of Pro Players and everyone knew what exactly to do, the 15 Min Timer wouldnt be the Problem.

But World Bosses are not – and yes im saying a bad word now – Raids.
If you have around 10 ppl coordination is doable, once you have around 20 it starts getting hard, but 200 ppl and more? Forget it.

I would really appreciate if the WP was not contested during the fight, once Tequatl has won: OKAY
But during the fight it just encourages ppl to just stay dead like it is with other events where the waypoints are too far away, e.g. Grenth

Thats something I already criticized …
The Complete PvP-Rewarding System has just that fundamental Problem.

It encourages PPL to FARM GLORY instead of winning the game and thats a huge misconception.

If you fire the cannon and help your team okay, if someone reloads the cannon for you okay, but he, being just as helpful as you, gets nothing.
If you defend a spot, you only get the reward for it if you kill the attacker, so its not rentable to defend a spot, either your chase the attacker and kill him, getting the spot overtaken but getting the reward.

Other problem is that arranged team queue and solo queue arent clearly seperated, but thats yet another story

exclusive Professions

Well Crafting is a pain in the …

But well I cant blame Anet for that one.
Crafting su*** in almost every MMO.

Simple Reason,
everyone can learn every profession, so a lot ppl want to lvl their profession
=> in the leveling process (almost) all educts are cheaper as their products, even on max lvl (despite maybe jeweller, in most MMOs jewellers are the only professions being profitable in lategame^^)
=> lvling the crafting professions consumes a lot of money you never get back
=> crafting is nothing but a huge gold sink

The only MMO i played so far, where crafting really was something (and believe me i played ALOT MMOs and MMORPGs), was Ultima Online on a freeshard.

There everyone had only one profession, and warrior, mage, etc counted as profession.
So you were either Crafter OR Adventurer.
Most ppl being Adventurers made being a Crafter rly something.
And you lvled your Skills by actually doing them, e.g. you mined with a mining pick, getting improvements in mining etc.

But i dont know if that would even work in a big mmo, especially you cant include something like that afterwards.

Map Completion Suggestion

I have some friends as well hating WvW, and hating doing WvW for map completition.

Best way would be moving WvW entirely to PvP or creating something special for WvW, so it counts neither to PvP nor to PvE.

That includes getting map completition out of there.

There are in fact other reasons as well, why WvW shouldnt be in PvE, e.g. Skill-Balance: skills that got nerfed into oblivion thx to WvW being useless in PvE now.

Well recently I started playing again and realized some skills, that used to be good in PVE got drastically nerfed due to PvP making them basically worthless.
So I read u want to do changes to PvP and WvW.

Here are some Problems:

WvW:
1) WvW is basically PvP in a huge Scale and its in the Mists, but in Game its basically treated as PVE. Why?
I know a lot of ppl that either are PVEers that dont like doing PVP just for map completition (well not my problem since I can arrange myself with that)
And it gets even worse if you are on a bad ranken WvW Server causing you to almost never get 100% map.
2) PVE Skills get Adjusted to WvW, making them sometimes useless in PVE because they get nerfed into oblivion to fit in WvW
3) From the start you couldnt watch your Servers WvW stats as long as you are in Overflow.

PVP:
1.) The Rewarding-System is a joke, most of the time you get more personal points for not contributing to victory and being more useful to your team gives you less personal points.
2.) Only spot seizing maps … okay sometimes its seizing with an asura laser in the background, then seizing with a ghost hero on your side then it is…… seizing
Long Story Short: Downright Boring
3.) Pretty Much the same Problem as in WvW number 2.)
4.) The Queueing System is a huge letdown.

Suggestions:
WvW:
1-2) Add WvW to PvP where it belongs.
3) The System does know which Server you are from doesnt it?
Or another possibility at least for the big cities, make districts on the same Server like in GW1.

PvP:
1.) Rethink, the Rewarding System, or make a huge win boost, so that ppl think twice if its really worth it to just watch for their own points.
i.e. force them to play for victory not for their own PvP-Glory
2.) Add more maps, and especially different maps (Well at least i think you announced something like that already)
3.) Do it like it was later included in GW1, different Versions of Skills, one for PvP one for PvE.
4.) … well basically summarizes all other points, but honestly GW1 had a good system, why did you build up a basically whole new system from the scratch and ignoring all the things that were done well in the old system.
So at least how about strictly seperating solo and group queue.

Its really funny but right now if i wanted to play PvP i think Id rather Play GW1…

And at the same time a buy x button, for example on karma food etc would be nice, my computer mouse will be grateful for it^^

The new Item-Deleting System

While I really appreciate the fact, that you are hindered from accidently deleting expensive it can be somewhat a pain in the ….

For example the Clockwork Chaos Shoulder Skin
(being blunt I dont like it, but thats not the problem here)
Despite the fact I already have one, im getting this over and and over again in the Living World events right now, but then again I dont need it and I cant sell it.
Like that there are alot of crappy items out there with rare or exotic “quality” that cant be sold to no one and some of them have really long names.

So yesterday i had to spend 2 minutes just to delete 5 items I dont want to block my inventory and thats downright annoying, a simple button would suffice in my eyes.

Where Chickens Drop Better Loot Than Dragons

How about this changes to Dragons:
- give them one Big Lootchest with one guaranteed Exotic once a week/month and maybe some other stuff
- to prevent ppl getting spread too much (resulting in too few ppl to slay it at the event time) try to do one of the following:
i) make them more seldom, maybe once a day and then at a fixxed time
ii) give em minor chests, like the ones now that have the chance for rares or even a guaranteed rare, so especially that Claw of Jormag is WORTH ITS TIME
iii) or a mixture of i) and ii)

That would be a huge step against this ridicolously-RNG-b(i)ased system !!

And the Problem is NOT that chicken (to be in the authors context, but with chicken I mean every normal mob) have too much and good loot.
Well in fact right now I realize why I didnt play GW2 for 2 months now …. its extremly depressing just to get enough money for a cultural armor let alone a legendary ( in fact if I sacrificed my complete free time just to farm, like I tried last week in Orr, it would take me 2 years or something to get one at current droprate but thats quite another story).

The funny thing is, like in real world, the riches get richer and poor ones poorer at least in comparison.

Awww and farm chickens now as long as you still can!
I wish Anet would have been as fast with banning China Farmers in 2012 as they are with nerfing loot. I know at that time I reported some bots two or three times a day for one week and they were still there, obviously behaving like bots. Even making Bug Reports about remote Bot-O-Rados cause there were too many to report them all.
Nothing happened then for quite some weeks….
