Just had an idea and wanted to share – currently, a number is assigned to our account names, ie, Joe.12345.

What if we had a hidden number assigned to our toon names upon creation so that more than one person could share that name? That way, it would eliminate the need for special characters?

What I dislike in Trahearne is that he always positions himself high above everyone else. Whether it’s a tower, platform, wall, whatever. Almost like saying, ‘I"m better than all these little people’.

Sara…I understand how you feel. This is why I only do dungeon runs with guildmates.

• Mini Taimii (with or without Scruffy)
• Hair kit with long bangs and hair past waist length think Princess Bride’s Buttercup
• Beach blanket
• Violin
• Mini racial progeny/children (understand Sylvari don’t have any)
• Mini Snaff (yes, he’s dead, but still would be neat to have)

How about Princess Buttercup’s hair in ‘The Princess Bride’? Her hair was gloriously long and straight (with waves).

I know there would probably be clipping issues, but I’d love to see very long straight hair (butt-knee length) as I have very long hair in real.

How about beach blankets?

what you try is delete the crash.dmp and the gw2.tmp and then try to to start it up that might work i had that happen before and thats what i did to fix it

I’ve tried multiple times and even uninstalled and tried re-installing GW2, but every single time it crashes. Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, everywhere I go, it seems I see it constantly. Seems like Say and Map chat are owned by the trolls.
How do I set a filter for the bad words without blocking all of Say and Map?

I know I’m going to be viciously attacked for saying this – probably a few private hate mails, but saying it anyways.

GW2 is my FAVORITE game – it’s top notch above any other MMO on the planet, but I’m sick and tired of all the nasty, sexual comments, all of the constant cussing and belittling other players on every map. I shouldn’t have to mute my Say and Map chat. Why should these people who do such things rule chat? There’s no end of the constant vulger language, cruel and hateful speech, and constantly, openly talking about sex.

Am I the only one who feel this way? Guys/girls who do this are ruining a great game that ANET has, and is making it unfriendly for those who do not partake in such things.

In time, all will serve the Asura.

With the update, kicking has been applied to the chat log-for everyone.
Recently I was running AC P2 and someone in our pug group didn’t pull the boss right. Another person viciously attacked them, basically bullying them and then some. The bully then focused on the rest of us unleashing other verbal abuses.

This is why I ONLY run in dungeons with the guild I’m – people you don’t know will cuss you out and call you all sorts of horrible names if you do one thing wrong.

Anyone know why they are there?

Yes, Caithe should be on trial. Caithe has a double loyalty. She even told Faolin she’d go to Nightmare during Zhaitan. She stole the egg. She killed Wynn. She said she’s doing it for Destiny’s Edge, but really it’s all in self-interest. One cannot keep serving both sides.

I still play table-top RPG’s with an awesome RPG group. I’d LOVE to play an Asura in a in-person, paper RPG.

Man, and I was wondering why everything revolved around the salads.

It would be nice to get a precursor or even a legendary as a login reward. I know, fat chance, but one could dream.

Is so accurate though, except we don’t, most of us, throw valuables into literal toilets going to get valuables back out.

I don’t use the mystic toilet for any sort of precursor gambling, though some of my friends do so like insane addicts, spending weeks farming gold, mats and rares, then crafting as affordably at they can, buying up low ball rares of their bid orders constantly, then flushing them all down the mystic toilet, hoping the RNG will give them a precursor.

Almost all of the time, they’re left as empty handed for ask their trouble and struggle as if they’d just deleted all of it.

I laugh at them. I have no pity. Anet made a slot machine with what are clearly abysmal odds for getting anything good by gambling.

Yet, they’ve marked their audience well. Most mmo players really are too foolish to reject even monumentally horrible systems when the carrot at the end of the stick is just too shiny for them to ignore.

I laugh with neither pity nor mercy. The mystic toilet it’s perfectly named.

These sound like great ideas… I don’t want to leave the game either (I love this game). I won’t leave it for good, because of the money I spent on the game. But I do find the game stagnating and am playing it less and less.

I’d def be happy with new land expansions minus the grind, and also maybe some additional things as well that might retain players is if they:

• Drop precursors at the rate they were dropping at the start of GW2 (for EVERYONE, not just for a seemingly select few)
• Drop some of the high prices in TP
• Introduce Mounts (animals to time-specific vehicles, machinima)
• Eliminate loading screens between maps
• Ability to create your own ship/boat, and introduce ocean pve, pvp & wvw
• Ability to create your own airship / airship pve, pvp & wvw
• Introduce guild halls/castles, AND the ability for guilds to declare war on each other, hence “Guild Wars”. Battle for a choice between guild capes, tokens, karma, etc

Don’t buy the shoulder pieces if your female, until they fix this.

I bought this cute little backpiece and one of my characters is running around with it. Can anyone other than the wearer hear when it speaks?

I used to think doing a roleplay would be fun, and have done so in one group, only to find out light ERP was involved. Also found out by word of mouth a lot of rpg groups are ERP. Needless to say I don’t roleplay online any longer… just happy to explore, do dungeons, world bosses and level. To be honest, going to Rata Sum and Black Citadel sickens me from hearing suggestive content being /me ‘stated’ or ‘emoted’. I avoid those areas now. I wish there was a way to remove such activity altogether.

This is only an idea, but I think it would be helpful to include a Search feature in the world map view, to type in the name of a region, a waypoint, a poi to help players quickly find an area they would like to teleport or visit.

I’d like to see very long and straight hair as an option.

I have Snaff’s Gyre on one character, but since getting this ascended ring, I haven’t been able to buy it from any laurel merchant since then. Are there plans on bringing this awesome beserker ring back?

Went into Sparkfly 45 mins early to setup up a Teq kill. Played taxi for 20 mins filling the map. Got us all organized. Banners down. Feast of power food. Everything looking great. First phase, defense, and burn smooth as silk….then disconnected. FTW

I don’t know what it’s called, but it’s in the feature video now regarding this latest installment of the living story. There is an Asura wearing a goggle/scarf skin, and in-world, I have seen a few wear it.
