I love Rox’s eyes – I’ve always found them fascinating, and would like to put them on my charr. I made my character’s eyes as big as I could on the slider, but doesn’t look no where as big as Rox’s.
Also looked back at the faces on the makeover kits and did not see where this was offered. Anyone know if there is a way to make a charr’s eyes as big as Rox’s?

You’re right on the spot, Dantert, by saying the Durmand Priory is evil. Unfortunately 2 of my characters joined the priory before finding out about the Abaddon statue during a LS event. I wish I could go back and change orders for those characters.

I’d love take a break from the salads and company to re-visit the Aetherblade events. There were some loose-ends and speculation over Ellen being a de-facto Aetherblade high commander, alongside with Mai Trin, even though Ellen hunted her down. The idea of Queen Jennah’s throne being the stage and the usurping of it by a maniacal Aetherblade sounds awesome!

I have to admit – not playing as much either, and it’s because I as a player don’t feel valued. Seems like the offerings aren’t really about what the player-base is asking for, but rather what the devs would like to see for themselves.
Still want the bunny ears, cat ears, would like the wizard hat, festive golem, but especially the bunny ears.

Yes I would buy them.

Just curious… why can’t some of the old materials be re-released? Seems to be what a lot of people are asking for. You can always do a test in the gemtore and see how well they sell. I guarantee if you put the Bunny Ears in the gemstore or even the greatsword chainsaw skin, it’ll “fly off the shelf”.

Here’s my take..

I think they should have came out with a rifle-toting ranger/sniper with the following skills:

#1: normal shot, but apply torment.
#2: standard rapid shot – applies 5 shots
#3: chill shot which also applies weakness
#4: mow ’em down shot – shoot up do 10 targets using bleeds, almost a cone-shaped aoe. Also give it a machinegun sound effect.
#5: long-range deathblow (sniper shot) which would do massive damage as well apply bleeds and weakness.
or #5: “Cloak of Death” would cloak you and your pet for 6-7 seconds which allows you to fight while cloaked.

Healing – healing salve that applies might or a condition remover to you and your pet
Another skill could be “Tracking your quarry” which would allow you to stealth to your target.
“Hunter’s Blind” would be another skill, which would be like a shadow/refuge that could grant healing/condition removal.

Just wondering if the legendary sword Magdear (sister sword to Sohothin) will ever been seen again. Eir brought the shattered sword out of the Ascalonian Catacombs and gave it to a norn weaponsmith to have it reforged for Logan. Ever since then no one else have seen the sword.

Same here – kinda hard to cough up that amount of money.

I also agree we need new blood for game continuance. Seems like the current devs are always stuck on the salads. I mean… we’ve gone 3 years with the Sylvari. Cannach with Southsun Cove, then all of the Scarlet Briar stuff. Lots of Scarlet Briar. I do have to admit she was my fav villian… “Later Tater”. She even kept the Claw of Jormag from landing until her events over in Frostgorge Sound were complete. Even now, there’s going to have to be a final battle between the Pale Tree and leftover Mordremoth minions and sympaths. Maybe an uprising.

But getting back to the topic, I think need new blood is also needed for the gem store – seems the current employees don’t want to give the people what they’ve been requesting most:

• Bunny Ears
• Festive golem

Here’s some things I’d like to see:

An expansion of any of the Far Shiverpeaks, the timberlands, flame legion homelands, or Crystal Desert regions (so we can go after Kralkatorrik)
An underseas expansion with the Largos as a playable race… with explorable underwater cities, combat, dungeons, ect.
An expansion that will have a dark Victorian industrial look that also includes airship battles, etc……

It’s up to you, really, but if you don’t enjoy playing them, and if you don’t see yourself playing those characters in the future, then yes, make up another class. Be sure you put all your legendary/ascended items and permanent mining tools on those characters in the bank first.

I was really hoping they’d sell the mini festive golem.

Yeah, I have a job and can’t spend all day grinding to get the 10K drinks, much less do jump puzzles where things dissolve below your feet before you get confident about jumping to the next snowflake. I’d love to have the skin, but find it unattainable for me at this time.

Part of the advertisement for the Wintersday Event reads "… Show him (Grawnk) what the holidays are all about and bring smiles to the children’s faces to earn a Wintersday Tree for your home instance.

I looked on the wiki and it stated we could make the Wintersday tree and “..Deposit this decoration in the guild’s decoration storage.”

So, is the Wintersday tree only for guild decoration only, or can you get one for your home instance (or both)?

Unfortunately trolling is a way a lot of people get their jollies online. Right click and block. Even if a troll isn’t directing their comments at you.

Griffin mini that flies around your character

A griffin mini that flies around your character.

As the title goes… just a suggestion to the devs. If we can be attacked while using our gliders, why can’t we use long range weapons like bows, longbows, hammers (revs) while in mid-flight?

Another suggestion would be to actually arm our gliders with ballistic capabilities?

I know we have stealth gliding, but it would BE COOL!!

Why? So everyone will just play males? I don’t think so. Besides, you’re not even taking into consideration the skills of the weapon user.

It’s beautiful and a totally new, refreshing and extremely challenging experience from GW2.

I’ve seen a ‘bot’ in Metrica Province named Wïre X, a necro asura, in the small back cave beside the lab at Jeztar Falls. He’s not always there, but when he is, he just stands there. He belongs to a group called Inner Circle (IC). I often wondered if he’s a maintenance bot, but not sure.

Hear me out.. Although Scarlet wasn’t exactly the best villain, she definitely put a sense of excitement in the game. Whether it was the Aetherblades, or the Twisted Marionette, Scarlet constantly kept the game interesting. It was so much fun logging on and seeing Scarlet’s new plan and overall insanity. It was kind of like seeing Harley Quinn take control for once. I also think she is the example of a good final boss fight. The Prime Hologram wasn’t incredibly difficult but it did require team coordination and was a overall good way to end Scarlet’s story. I miss the updates and all the exciting stuff she brought to the game. I’m hoping HoT brings the same taste with Mordremoth.

Oh wow, thought I was the only one who felt this way. Scarlet was the BEST villain in GW2! Hope they bring her back in the future. I also miss her aetherblades.

Yeah, I understand what you mean, OP. I’ve talked about it in the forum as well, and reported, but nothing seems to be done about it. Only players that say they’ve never experienced such behavior towards them. But it is really out there – I’ve heard them say some really horrible, horrible things about women, especially, and also used tons of vulgar language I can’t stand. I’ve turned off say and map chat now, and am finding the game a lot more peaceful. I also have my profanity filter maxed out.
No sense in the belligerent behavior, but what else can you do except for giving up the game entirely.
