i opened a chest 2 days ago with a key i received by doing 100% kessex hills with an Alt

in the chest , one scraps and one BL ticket !

i disagree , Current system is perfect. I own 4 and soon a fifth legendary. All those whining about the current system are lazy persons who want all for free with minimal efforts. If one day they make it easier to make legendaries this will be a major insult to anyone like me who really crafted them. Killing teq or Zhaiten for a piece ?? no way .. press 1 to gain a piece .. pffff come on. Actually i want them to make it harder Actually it’s a bit harder because of the Karma nerf but it’s not enough. Just remove them from the Trading post and it will fix a lot of problems.

2 minutes later you receive an in game Divorce e-mail to let you know that you have lost half of your Gold and collectible tabs.

I opened my 11 K AP chest this week and received Glory Boosters …. not cool. They should have been disabled the moment they announced Glory removal … and replaced the Glory booster from BL chest and AP chest by something else.

Not Bolt … Bolt produce a white/blue ‘’ electricity ’’ aura. When you own several legendary weapons you can stack the auras by swapping the weapons … I can get the Bolt aura at the same time as my Sunrise aura.

The pistol Quip give an intense purple aura .. but if you saw a Warrior .. it’s probably from the underwater weapon Kamohoali’i Kotaki

This is a review based on several players many we really believe this and we will like to see this game on its full potential.
Just for the record many included my self we have years of experience on this kind of games 30 years old + players we arent kids.

Pros:

-Really nice game engine well optimized (1 of the best game engines i saw so far)

Are Joking ??? its a Dx9 engine and unable to take advantage of multi thread , The shadows and reflections are done on the CPU !! just this is a major flaw. come on.

My cpu never gets above 50% usage while playing. Keep in mind you just linked an i5 – 2500k. I have a liquid cooled i7-4930k 6-core running at 4.2ghzs.

My i5 is overclocked similarly. This game is singled threaded afaik so the fact you have i7 doesn’t matter. I don’t think the IPC improvement was very much from sandy to ivybridge. Make sure you have the vysnc/frame limiter turned off in game.

you can have a 4 , 6 or a 8 Cores CPU overclocked to hell .. GW2 will never use more than 3.

ROFL… you want a conversion tokens system because BoH rain from achievement chest. If BoH was not given in the achievements chest , what would you do ?? If you can’t do Arah its because you don’t like dungeons … if you don’t like dungeons your probably don’t do WvW either … so rub your hands and start to work for real instead of spamming skill #1 in killing stuff with very bad AI and crying to have every fancy skin for free. Do you want map completion removed from WvW lol ??

Yes , but to obtain the Gift of Quaggan Watchwork sprockets you must stomp 250 times each class.

i hope the precursor crafting to be account bound , or it will hurt badly the economy. Both can co-exist ( forged precursor and precursor crafting ) And A.net don’t make ’’money’’ with the TP fees ….not real money if if that’s what you mean.

Also , if there are new legendaries , i think its not going to be weapons.

Now that current legendaries have the swap-stats ability on the go and all weapons type are covered there is no point to create new ones .. So Armor and Back piece with the same swap-stats ability is logically the next step in the legendaries.

1- They need to fix current Legendaries , i have Sunrise , Flameseeker and Rodgort. im still waiting for the advertised revamped Rodgort footfall . Eternity is broken .. some legendary don’t get the arm effect if equipped in off hand.

2- Where is the scavenger hunt ?

well i crated 3 legendary weapon and i have 3 Toons with 100 % world … im working currently on 100% on toon #4.

I crafted my first legendary in December 2012 .. at that time Badge of honors was harder to get … today at each 500 AP you get hundreds of badges in the achievement chest …

Its so much easier today to craft a legendary weapon .. so swallow the pill. WvW map completion need to stay …. can’t do it ? you don’t deserve it . that’s it !

My main is a Norn , i choosed the Priory order and i helped the Hylek in my personal story.

If i go with my Norn in the human home instance .. there is a bunch of frog where my Krait obelisk appear .. you can go in any home instance of any race with any toon … Things will appear at different place but it will always match your story of the current toon you use.

why not moving your current account on a NA world ?

If you want Gems with your CA credit card, make a Paypal account and link your CA credit card with Paypal .. If Paypal add and accept the card then use Paypal to pay your Gem in the Gems store .. it should work.

I bet that you a want world completion reset but not a reset of WvW maps right ? ….hehe

If you want a world completion reset , WvW maps must be included too.

The Bard, Rodgort, etc

Eye of Rodgort is not a Legendary it is an Exotic, Mystic Forge skin.

That said it looks amazing- much better than many of the Legendary’s- but that is just my opinion. ( my presciousssss, you will be mine

i was so sick to re-train and the non stop traits clicking that i made a second Guadian.

One Guardian hammer/Greatsword and another Guardian Sword/torch – Mace/Focus with a different build … so today instead of redoing my traits i swap toon to whatever i need …

they probably use the leaderboard to whisper the spam at us ­.. very annoying.

- For the Achievement points – to get achievements chests
- For the Skin .. but only if it worth it
- Taking advantage of the LS to farm mats ( aka:Reef Skelk farm in south sun LS events )

I have all the tower achievements and the skin. Im not going inside again because you have absolutely no reason to do it again. The reward a the top is not big enough to push me to farm keys … you get crap greens and blues anyway.

Minis and Evelasting tonics are two think that i really don’t care this game. The end boss is fun … i killed it about 7- 9 times solo and with party .. but that’s it. im back to my normal schedule ( world boss , dungeon runs )

certainly not both. I believe when you wield two .. you get the footprint and aura of the main hand only. Not 100 % sure.

1- It should be 25 Ap per legendary YOU crafted on your account(not purchased directly from the TP ) and the toon who equip it need to have 100% world.

2- ‘’ Legendary Collector ’’ title available to display if you meet 5 times the condition of #1

I have 3 toons with 100% world completion and 3 legendary. If i craft two more , it is certain that I would appreciate the title

There’s a lot of micromanaging of your pet, just to get lackluster DPS. However, if you want a more laid back playstyle, it might be for you.

It depend on how you build it … i have 6 lvl 80 and one of them is a Ranger. My Ranger is super fun to play and not a ‘’ laid back playstyle’‘.. i dont use bows. So i use Sword/Torch ( legendary Rodgort) and dual axes. 71% crit chance and 101% Crit damage. i can slice everything into pepperoni. Zephyr’s Speed is a amazing trait for a Sword Ranger.

it work pretty much like the necromancer Consume Conditions … the more conditions you have on you the more it heal …. however this skill is useless if you are hit by physical damage … it won’t heal enough if you don’t have conditions on you.

Can be useful to certain build , but on a Guardian with trait and shout that remove conditions + purging flame .. this skill is useless.

please take this ‘’ finisher ’’ thing out of pve .. waste our time .. and waste A.net time to put this in the game in PVE…. and the game don’t need more clutter on the screen with fancy finisher moves from every players in a zerg …

ahhh .. so there is another way to get this skill .. then for 25 Skill pts you get it too

I’m not sure if I ever did reach my goal of wealthiest player on Yaks Bend, but I did transfer to SoR about 3 months ago and I got nothing on the guy with +11 legendaries, but I think I was at least in top 5 on Yaks.

How can you measure or even tell that you are in the top 5 or even top 100 on a specific server ?

well , i have two legendary Weapons .. in a week or 2 it will be 3.

I have 6 lvl 80 ( 2 Guard , Engie , Ranger , Necro , Mesmer )

I have done map completion 3 times , im also Dungeon Master.

I have started a Thief and i still have to learn Warrior and Ele…

after that i have no idea what im going to do ….. i hope for new maps

since halloween patch this game suffer from skill lag , if you play build that require you to use and swap weapons very often you will get killed very fast because the skills are not responsive at all … kitten … the delay is random .. can work or it can have a delay of 1 or 2 second before something. happen

even when you want to mine or chop a node you literally smashing the key before something happen …Even when i jump out of the water it take a while before i can get my land weapon switched , its not my internet .. my ping is less than 9Ms and my speed it 31/10Mbps .. everything is fine except Gw2 ..

please fix this , its unacceptable. Im unable to solo hard enemies like before because the skill don’t trigger when i want.

The most notable culprit is the Sigil of Fire.

Exemple : At Dwayna temple each time a player with sigil of fire crit there is a chance for a fire AOE and getting this perma continuous fire blast ….it don’t take a huge amount of players using this sigil to produce this issue.

Good for you if you had fun but this is old news … You can find Claw of jormag under frostgorge map ..

All over Orr there is Zhaitan champions flying in the sky and use this dragon model( TEQ ) i guess they all there for pre-rendering purpose ….

but i agree kinda creepy when you dont know anything of this and fell out of the map.

well i have found why( for me ) , if you own a legendary the stats was reset to the default weapon stats after the patch . My Sunrise and my Rodgort was reset to default : Soldiers P/T/V

i switched them back to berserker … im good to go.

i have no answer if you don’t own a legendary….

you know , you can throw grenades backward … in PVE the AI is so dumb .. all you need is to run into a bunch of monsters and agro them .. when you have them on you .. simply run forward and in circle .. then click the grenades skills or #keys and click on the screen just above the endurance bar while holding the W.. you will throw your grenades backward and hit them while they pursue you … lol

I have 2 Toon with 100% and working on a third .. im currently at 74 % and WvW maps are done .. I also need gift of exploration to create legendaries and also because i like to have different class toon able to move everywhere in the world for the guild bounties…
