Interesting night on JQ BL tonight.

JQ makes some good pushes, definitely seems like some good scouting work.

FA seems to not want to push JQ at all, tries to bite at TC’s heels, and gets their natural tower taken away from them.

But I don’t think i could possibly be mad about last night. Repairs were free and wiping groups over and over was my pleasure. The amount of loot at that tower was absolutely awesome and I managed to go from 12,777 kills to 13,306 very quickly.

You sure talk/brag a lot about getting loot bags and clearly you’re active in WvW and on the forums. But why are your kills so low if you’re so OP? Seems like something isn’t adding up here… just saying

Since I work and have a family, I can’t spend thousands of hours playing. My game time over the last year was spent with a small roaming 5 man group so I haven’t enjoyed the same level of zerg farming as others. I’m never in EB and usually roaming a BL with a few others.

Neither can I, I have only played since mid December. I have a family too. I just had to poke fun at you for being a braggart. When I started out in WvW I did the roaming thing myself, it’s a good way to learn your class. I’ve only been heavily active in WvW since February/March.

I wasn’t bragging to be the big man in here, I just find iCryptik’s comments funny since we farmed DIS last night and he tried to act like taking a tower from an outmanned FA group was impressive. To each their own i suppose.

FABL is such a juicy target for the TC/JQ zergs, I don’t possibly see a truce being anything but one sided. The temptation to hit the weakest server is too strong.

When rangers and warriors duel, the ranger should win 90% of the time.

The two play styles are very different and have different roles to play in pvp and pve.

That used to be true, but like someone else said, not anymore. Maybe a 70/30 split in favor of Ranger now ? Maybe even as low as 65%. Whatever the final number is, Warriors are much improved and way tougher to fight. The skilled warriors can absolutely wreck people now.

I’ve seen some rangers move to a hybrid with more condition damage. They can be extremely difficult to down unless you are built for duels.

In open wvw, they are a challenge.

WvW with a solid group can be very rewarding on a warrior.

It also a great COF runner :p

My experience with FA is that individual skill of players and guilds are quite lacking. Once they face opponents with similar coverage they perform very poorly.

FA coverage is less than DB and TC, but greater than SOS and MAG. This is why we’ve been in 6th spot for 7 months.

Skill =/= coverage, so it doesn’t make sense to compare them.

I think both groups got to do some farming, especially when mags formed its 40+ man zerg to start killing the remainder of the FA groups from earlier that had been wiping them for quite some time.

It was a fair exchange and I’m betting a lot of people enjoyed themselves.

The highlight reel for both servers is quite impressive I’m sure.
