I was running p1 speed clear yesterday and at the end of the bridge where you fight the Elementalist boss, there were many golems that aggrod us that usually aren’t there.
It was impossible to separate the three golem bosses
It took an unusual amount of time to pull the final boss out of her hole.
I thought it may have been an off/buggy run but it happened again this morning. Anyone else notice changes?

Yes I don’t think they will give players this condition, at least not yet. It’s too bad because I bet it will work like GW1 ‘Disease’ which was my favorite DoT in any game I’ve played.

If they aren’t going to do any major overhauling critical bleeds will at least make the few bleeds you do land more significant. Especially in smaller groups. I know this problem is tailored more to large content but I’m just throwing ideas out

Why would you assume it’s the same team in the first place? We learned earlier that a lot if the members working on dungeon content were reallocated to LS. It wouldn’t be implausible to put good resources to work, in terms of lore reconstruction, personal story progression, and Elder Dragon preparations. I wouldn’t mind a two month break in living story to have the teams define and address quality of life issues but the problem comes down to simply, whose job is it?
Would you suggest having the living story members do nothing? I suggested some things they could address in this post but I’m also making pretty strong assumptions, admittedly.
I think the problem with LS is that it hasn’t found its stride yet. We have seemingly random connections and I imagine developers are trying to adapt mid-stride with what the players are requesting or rejecting. I dare say that once Scarlet is over with we will see a much more cohesive and immersive story to follow.
If they split healing power coefficients between PvE and PvP/WvW some more builds might actually be useful. Imagine that.

I do tons of dungeons so Emp isn’t a personal problem, but before I got heavily into dungeon running it was. Dragonite is the problem, I don’t like participating in zerg fests for it but what ya gonna do.
There are no new legendary weapons coming any time soon. The nect legendary slot will be filled with a single accessory, be it a legendary ring, amulet, back piece, or earring. Colin himself confirmed this at PAX in an interview with Matt Visual. It’s on YouTube.
Personally, I would not be bothered to craft a legendary underwater weapon and would use the money I have accumulated in anticipation for Ascended armor crafting. Good luck!

Repair your client – I was having this issue until I did so myself. If you don’t know how, email support@arena.net and they will give you a very detailed instruction.

To be more precise, the question was whether or not there will be a way to reuse skins (specifically back skins) without the use of the Crystals/Stones. This prompted Colin to say something along the lines of; “The problem is not that skins aren’t reusable, it’s the fact that there is no where to store all of the skins you accumulate. If we were to address the first question, we would be more inclined to work on a wardrobe/closet to keep all your skins for use whenever you’d like”
Again, that isn’t a direct quote but it is essentially what he was talking about- addressing the problem at its origin.
There was a thread about this recently, and someone suggested it was due to skill priority/something to do with the cleanses (so not working as intended). I’m not sure of the details of the thread so I won’t attempt to explain, but if you’re really interested I’d search within the last 10 pages.

Elementalists have Attunements (your F1-F4 skills). These attunements give you 5 different skills per attunement, effectively giving you 20 skills at a time. This is balanced by the inability for Elementalists to have a weapon swap.
