I would say that the Shurikens ninja are reference to Ryu by the cloths no for the wood, and the Sword ones are for Goemon who is a old school game saga, that blue hair with red clothes are too similar.

Thinking the difficulty of this achievement is a shame that is not fixed yet.
Yes, i did Z2 and Z3 in the same run, and I did Z1 yesterday and i had 1/3 achievements.
Yep, i was in the cart bonus game and i complete it.
I just pass the W1-Z3 in tribulation, i have the Toad Kinz Z3 but the achievement dont give me like complete, i still have 2/3 zones.

I have the same issue, i put a ticket yesterday in the spanish support but 24 hours past and i still havent any answer and is 19:00pm here so im not expecting a answer today.
The last time that buy gems was the 25 agust, and always work fine, same card too and with other shops like steam works fine.
edit: Tested in my laptot to see if is a issue of my computer or Windows and still fail.

Im in “negative feedback”team, im trying contact with the spanish support team but about denial payments issues trying buy until now i never had an issue and the card work fine in other shops.
24 hours pass and i no have a any answer, i dont bet for repay my issue in 1 day but at least and replay would be good with a payment issues, i dont know if it would be better contact with the english support team and forget the spanish one but i dont want 2 tickets for the same issue. :S

First all i know that the game was in maintenace at 12:00 UTC but the 3-4 hours alredy pass and the gem store now works fine until i try purchas the gems no maintenace message in game right now.
The message is the same, they cancell my payment and i bought more gems with this same card.
My question is somebody could buy some gems right now, if is because the maintaenance or is it over and is only my issue ?

You don’t need to get to the Open World to do events.
Dungeons/fractals rewards karma too. See for example the Events existing in Dungeons,

You know that they deleted the karma in dungeons chest right? So do a dungeon for 300 of karma if that dungeon had a event seem more pain in the kitten that do open world event.
Event failure no longer rewards karma in order to encourage players to succeed at events.
Liquid Karma dropped from dungeon end chests have been replaced with Empyreal Fragments.
So events is the only way in pve.
They change this 2 or 3 months after the launch of the game because get karma was pain and you have to farm events no stop ( Plinx chain ).
And now after almost a year they come back to the previus karma state ? Bad decision to me.
I had more karma reward doing a daily before that doing a monthly now, seen that arena.net only 2 terms, empty and full, half-full is a legend.

Agree, i almost had all achievements of LW until now, but i have to agree, the update rates is too fast.
They have too many achievements and if you want to get them you have to fast rush the update to get them all before they put the next update, now i almost play for get achievements in the LS updates i dont have time to play “the real game” anymore.
I dont know i like more the 1 month updates better or 2-3 months update with REAL content, more maps, more personal story etc… like a mini expansions, now are mini events and celebrations pushed every 2 weeks to get achievements and buy the new gem store items to give arena.net real money.
And of course the updates every 2 weeks seems more bugged/less tested, the World 2 of SAB is a frustating joke full of issues( and im not a noob in retro or plataform games ) and each update there always something that is bug or have issues and have to wait to be repaired but the tick tack ending of tempory content never stop.
I have some friends that are quiting the game for the updates, they cant simple play the game anymore if they want do the achievements, each 2 weeks is a never ending rush.
I cant enter in the game right now but you check your WvWbonus ? Is the HP in hero panel the same or just the life pool in the red orb ?

I suppose you never played Factions then?
They had “raids” there as well, in the only two end-game things in that campaign.
I have 7000 hours in GW1, yeah i play factions, Urgoth and Kanaxai was not raids, only because you need 12 players and other dungeons need 8 dont mean that is a raid, is 10 players de difference between a raid and a dungeon ?.
If you play WoW raids, the princippal difference with a instance is that generally Raids are long dungeons with a time limit reset( a week in WoW vanilla if i dont remember bad ) and a save feature after each boss to continue the next day, and you need comple it before the reset and if you are not the member of the raid you are screwed if you want to play.
Thats the principal issue, to many people raiding is like a job, you enter in a raid Guild and a serius guild have “raid time” to play all days same time to complete it before the reset, if you cant play one day in the “raid time” you are screwing your raid team so you forgot go next time, the Guild leaders want players who play all days the same time to have more chance to complete the raid, and now you have a job and if you cant do it every day you are fired.
And thats why many people are tired from WoWish raids, is not only a dungeon with many people like a event or Kanaxi and Urgoth, they are only dungeons called elite zones with 12 members and can be completed in the same time like UW or FOW, is the raid system who work like a job, and many people play GW1 to “escape” from the wow system.
If arena.net go for the same way sorry but dont count with me.

Temporary story dungeon -> Easy-medium difficulty that all players should be complete.
I like hard content and hard dungeons but this would be PERMANET, so all players should have time to learn it and complete it.
They put all story missions in arch lion and begginers zones to all new players that are still leveling can enjoy the story mode, but the end mission is a hard temporary dungeon is like they slap to them, i know that that the dungeon scale players to 80, but if reals 80 have hard time…
I want hard dungeons but they need to know when they have to put it, they shouldnt be temporary content, and i wish that they stop for a while temprary content, the game need so much core improvement like a lfg, fast change build like gw1, scavenger hunt, high end reward, pvp modes etc… and put 2 weeks of temprary content is a lost of resources, furthemore they are putting this content so fast that almost always is a bug fest like the new dungeon.
To me they failed in this update, this game need harder content but not like this.
I dont dislike being a hard dungeon but i see a bad design being temporary content.
If you put a STORY dungeon only 2 weeks it should be easy-medium content that all players should complete to enjoy the end of a story where all missions were 1 player based.
If you want a hard dungeon content like arah or high level fractals it should be permanent at least, so the people have time to learn it to complete it.
I want hard content but i undestand people who made throught the Dragon bash story only doing 1 player quest based feel frustatred when they reach the end of the story because is a hard 5 players dungeon, they simple cant complete a story that until this moment was only 1 player.
I read many people post " if you want to know the end of the story watch a livestram or youtube video " but seriusly, when some average player have to do this is only mean how bad is this.

Well, second all, i show you numbers to show you my build, dont worry i alredy tested my guardian very well if you think that i only build a character in gw2skills and i stop play in the the image attachmnet you can see that i have a “few hours”, and no only 1 armor /weapon set and a legendary, im not a 1 man build dont worry
Second, the reason why TO ME, and repeat TO ME mix is better is a simple thought, with my mix i have 3K armor, a sweet spot to a guardian, following the thougthness formule we have:
3K armor with my mix is 40%
3.5K armor wearing full knight like your character is 47.74% damage reduction
With a 40% reduction damage i can do pretty easy high lvl fractal, arah, WvWvW and dont be a soft berseker character, if a boss hit for 15K for example i take damage for 9K and you for 7.95K, only 1 k damage difference with a pretty hard hit, i think im pretty sturdy too.
Then when i reach a 3K armor with 40% damage reduction i thought, why i should add more thougtness only to go “Full Knight” ? Why not mix and stay with a good 3K armor and add other stats that will improve my build better ?
You have 2600 Attack, i have 3000
You have 44% Critic, i have 45%
You have 30% Critic damage, i have 90%
You have 15,800 health, i have 15.015
Why lost all this offensive power to reduce 1K in a 15K hit for example ? only to go “Full knight” and add stats that i dont need ?
I was full knight once with cavalier trinkets and after this berseker trinkets, and after change for 2 months my new gear i can survive the same, i have similar HP and the difference betwen 3K armor and 3,5K is the same in a real fight, and i have a lot of more offensive power now with 3K attack and 90%CD and hit a lot of more ( GS 1 combo with 0 might stacks by traits or skills is 1500-1600->1500-1600->2400-2600 of critic damage for example ).
This is why To ME to me a good mix when you feel comfortable playing is better, i dont like adds stats only to wear a “full knight”, “full berseker” or “full weathever”, i adapt my character to my practical game, and is why i prefer mix gear until find my sweet spot playing.
And this is the image of my sets and time playing to show that my character is not only made only buildcraft/gw2skill.net but with real gameplay time.

4 Knights, 2 soldiers and i can reach 3K attack, 3K armor, 15K HP.
Without soldiers i lost almost 1K of health and about 80 power, and i alredy have 3K armor with my mix to win about 100 armor that i dont need and lose other stats more important.
I dont like the idea of using a full set in guardian when you can mix gear and reach better overal stats, i used full knight already time a go but after use a good mix of gear now i had much better stats.
Now i have 3K armor and 15KHP wich is pretty tought for a guardian with AH without lost much offense, 3K attack, 45% critic and 90% damage.
I recommend people spent sometime in buildcraft or gw2skills to test mix gear, you spent much more time getting your gear and pick “full knight” is more comfortable but the overall stats are better to me.

I have mix of knight and soldier in my armor, and Berseker/Valkyrie and Cavalier in my trinkets with berseker weapons and im pretty happy with my stats, i do a pretty kittenage and never feel squish.
So +1 to mix, i dont like full berseker in my Guardian
This is my stats with mix gear, no food buffs, the build is a 15/30/20/5 AH.
If this is true i want to try a Caster Guardian+SW build, using scepter/torch, the damage buff of the SW is good but need a imprevemnt in defence altought, they die too easily.
The zeal GS improve is good to a farm build or full DPS to COF but to Hight level Fractals or harder dungeons like Arah i think that i still use my old AH build 15/30/20/5.
I lost too many things to reach a 20/0/30/20/0 , i win 5% GS damage, 200 power and 20HP por hit….
but i lost 8% Critic, 20% CD in seals wich means more buffs to party using judgement and worst healing to me, a lot of party buffs using Virtues wich means less AH regeneration.
I see zeal now to a good solo build to farm, or easy things like COF wichi is good, but to play seriusly i still like my AH build.
Now we need see new builds with spirit weapons and full caster scepter builds.

I always used full cleric and the healing power works better with a great defence than vitality.
My traits are 0/0/20/30/20 and i have 50% buff duration using 2 Monk, Dwayna and Water runes.
If this is true i think that i will still use my 15/30/20/5 to dungeons/fractal in my GS build, but a full Zeal to farm or to try Spirit weapon build is not bad.
My major dissapoint is the lack of imprve to 1H Sword in PVE at least.

Make a base Asecended ring a Ascended Jewel exact the same Exotic trinket system, ascended with fixed stats was a stepback in a great system.
I dont know why arena.net dont do this in the first place ? What is the issue ? They are just focusing in most useless infusions ( wow +5 to a stat, 1% damage to wvw npc, only +5 AR worth if you do fractal ) but the principal issue is still here after 6 months.
I have 112 laurels, 16 guild tokens and 12 fractal tokens and i still use Exotic trinckets, because i cant get a ascended amulet and earrings with the same stat combination of my exotic ones( Knight with Valkyrie jewel ).

And yes, noll is nasty and boring, if he pushed you to a trap you are bouncing until death.
After the great Boss of F&F fundation this was meh.
Im expect some new nerfs, and im not joking, sad but true, maybe HgH or condition damage without improve kits or rifle damage in PVE.

I love GW2 i played for 1500 hours and 7 years in GW1, but still dont like the new direction design that the game is taken, not all is black or white.

Yeah, they just annunced the new Frost and Flame patch, and answer some post about guesting and expansions, it seem that we dont deserve a answer here.
I just feel so ignored like other players in this post, im just tired waiting for eternal answer that never come ( Transmutation in Legendary Weapons too), i dont have energy to play, if arena.net dont show that they care for the community and the playerbase and still ingoring us i give up here.
I played GW1 about 7 years more of 7XXX hours, here in GW2 since BW1 with almost 1500 hours and never felt like this, the GW1 arena.net and this just feel like the north and the south, they show us a filosphy in GW1 and while they were developing GW2, and now after 7 months it seem that they just simple throw to the garbage with Ascended grind items, new guild mission, and a great lack of communication with the player base and their needs.
It seem that the live in another differnt world giving us things that we dont need and never beg for it( ascended items and vertical progression) and punish the most important thing in this games, the community friends and guild just punish us because we had small friendly guilds, until now i just can do anything that i want in GW1 or GW2 with my guild..no anymore.
You had a great base game in GW2 launch, yeah need improve balance classes, bugs etc.. but is all normal for new game, fixing and improving tweaks, but it seem when they need add or change some design content are taking all things that GW2 really shine ( horizontal progresion, dont punish players but numbers but reward with skills with events and dungeongs etc..) grab it and punch them in the face.
I dont know how arena.net change this much in sort small interval of time, i dont know if they change their design team, they feell preasured by NCsoft big fishs, or they simple rush each update to launch 1 each month…i dont know but for me GW2 in the first 2 months, until Last Shore updates , was10 better times that GW2 now.
This is not a quit post, or a rage/flame one, i just what write my feelings about the game, and that arena.net read it and they understand our feelings why are we kitten about Lost Shore and this update, we bought this game because GW1 was different and they promised that GW2 would be a different MMO like GW1 was….i remember Mike O`Brian manifesto words ( We take the things that you loved in GW1 and put it in a persistent world ), but each month, each new design content feel more and more how the game is morphing to a real GW game to one more “WoW/Everquest2 clone” and is simple sad.
You want a WoW like game with the new vertical progression, the Guild missions like Raid to big guilds….ok, but dont lie us more, dont pretend that GW2 is like was GW1….i just give a week to see if arena.net have the guts to give us a answer and find a good solution to this mess, i would like that the just rollback the guild missions until they work great for all players, but after still continue with the Ascended Update in November i have zero hopes… i will wait just for a answer, but if this continue and after 2 weeks since the update they just simple continue with their “mute mode” like in other major post i just simple give up and move …. i will continue talking in TS with my Guild Mates and friends that i met for 8 years but i dont want to see morph a saga what i loved so much in another WoW clone.

I had hope that the new “north enemies” were Vapor Creatures maked by Stone Summit Dwarf survivors, remember that they dont morph into Stone Dwarfs and i doubt that we kill every SS Dwarf after Duncan.

We dont know, but there 1 thing that we know sure, without a Test server they didnt caught this for sure.
No, because the Hall of Monumens is in the Eye of the North and is good to have all the expansion to get most of achivements.
To OP, all items are the old ones, they dont put “new” items, simple now the mask and the gloves could wear in heavy, medium or light armor, but there are the old ones.
The Hall Monuments are a reward for people who get X achivements in GW1, is known sice 2007 when they launch Eye of The North, the Fiery Dragon Sword was a skin in GW1 and is not new in this update , is in GW2 since beta.
The same with the players who unlkitten Title “God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals” to people who get 30 Max titles in GW1, they still have it in GW2.
Is a reward for all veteran GW players who work hard for their characters for 7-8 years, maybe if someday launch GW3 they will do the same thing.

Another possibility here is that ANET is trying to formulate an answer after such a negative reaction to the new content. After they were sounding so excited with what they were releasing they may be wondering what happened.
What happened(Top three in my own opinion):
1. Rift in the community – Especially between big and small guilds.
2. We feel like we were lied to in the run up to the release.
3. They created a near impossible to reach unlock for small guilds. Or at least it will take many many months to reach.The devs made a classic mistake in their creation of the Guild Mission release. The took the engineer path to creation. This means they created a “device” that had flaws that could only be found by the users. If you only have your testers, who are GIVEN access to the content and have the numbers to accomplish the tasks, you will ultimately come up with what has occurred here.
It can be fixed, but they may be thinking of that right now.
Ok i understand this, but at least said it, “Sorry we are looking the issues…..” , “We need redesign the system, we will post a blog in XXX date with more details ….” etc….
I dont want a fast solution, i want a good one but at least know what if they are planning do something or simple ingore us and left the missions like are now.

The lack of a good design to the mission are obvius and the small guilds are suffered a lot to buy the upgrades or to do the mission ( AKA Time Limit ), the commuinty feedback is clear.
But to me the worst is the mutism of arena.net, they are doing the same thing that they did in the ascend items.
Put all negative feedback in 1 post→No answer anything the post at least or comment the community feedback→Lets day pass until the post die deep in the forum alone
It doestn matter that the topic be a major thema bout the stats in the game, whenever are negative feedback or is a bad thing for them they simple dont answer anything ( look the transmutation legendary post too months waiting for a solution ), but they answer funny topics in other post and make jokes…seriusly?

To you a guild is simple a big group of people ? Then my server is a guild.
Im in a small guild, and we are a small guild of people who meet and play four 7-8 years togheter, shared fun, met each other and speaking almost every day and not only while we are playing GW2 means more be a “Guild” than a guild of 100-500 Players who are there to use the “guild chat” like a LFG chat to do dungeons etc…but what dont give a poo for other players if they dont win anything.
But arena.net think that is not, and is curius after reapat repeat and repeat in the story mode with a 5 Member guilds ( ex.6 ), share bounds, be friends , trust in each other. etc…. SLAP in the face, go a big guild nobody cares about this, pick recomendations now !!!

To me the major issues are the crazy requeriments to small guilds and the time limit to bounty missiones, at least in T1. If at least you could begind with other easier missions to small guild like Races or Search Points who yes give less point but at least you can do missions…but no, vertical progression and you begin with awful design mission.
I just really love the old daily bounty hunter mission in GW1. you could go with your guild, plannifing with calm no rush, only fun, but now is run run run, you search the boss——>time limit——>fail.
Is really need camp all the bosses before the start ? Is the intended plan that arena.net have to do this missions ?
I would delete the Time limit, and if you want to big guild, add it in the high tiers.
T1 – 5-10 Players No Time Limit
T2- 10-20 Players 15 Minutes Limit
T3 – 20-30 Players 10 Minute Limit
So, we just tried our hand at our very first Guild bounty, armed with the little knowledge we had from the wiki page.
As a small to medium sized guild, needless to say we came up short because of a number of reasons.There is far too little information on the wiki page.
The time period is far too short, especially when you’re not sure of what you need to do, specifically not knowing where to look and who or what to look for and even more so when you don’t have enough people to look with.Everything indicates this has been designed with the same idea as world events but afaik relatively few guilds have the man power to successfully complete these Guild bounty hunts.
Yeah, is “funny” pick a mission, we are 10 people ( i remember a post of arena.net saying that 10 people are a good number ) and the time limit is a killer.
I mean you active the mission give you a bounty , we search many enemies knowinght the zone and the route, and if the enemy is in a big route, you spend allmost all the time, or 10 minutes only searching in a imaginary “line”, when you found it ( if you do ) at least you fight some 3-4 minuts and you lost no because you dont do the mission or know where the enemy is, only because you are not enough people or spend the most of time run for a imaginary line searching the boss.
Yeah super “funny” spent 10 minute running for a boss and when you at least could begin….MEEEEEC..TIME LIMIT.
I alredy have time limit in “search mission”, why put a limit timer in a kill mission ? And the funny thing is a developer post that are thinking in make more random the Bosses routes, seriusly ?
A 33 page post of people with negative feedback for the guild mission and how punish the small guilds, and arenanet is thinking in make it more difficult to them ? They play other game and read other forums or something?

First all sorry for my english
The lack of communication of arena.net and us is awful, first the legendary transmutation bug waiting months for a decent answer and now this.
I still remember the GW1 launch, without official forums they care a lot for the playerbase, answer many post in Guru to improve the game and tak a lot of feedback and with less people.
Now with official forums, many GM etc.. when this job should be easier they simple tak the " big company path"… they introduce change to the game, they dont reveal the details until 2-3 days before the patch doing the reversal that playerbase need ( Ascend items, Guild missions ), there recive a lot of negative feedback with many open post or big post like this.
They enter in “mute mode” but they answer other minor topics and make joke in some humour post, and now are 2 possible solution, ignoring the feedback ( ascend items ) and think “it will be fine” while players left the game.
Another path rush a update without talk with the community, only giving us a big post where the rage is grewing a lot because we feel ignored, but not taking real time talking with the community to find a good solution.
I was happy at first with the months update, and they are great, Halloween, Christmas etc.. were goood update, but when they have to add “gameplay mode” content like ascend items or guild missions are awful.
To me it seem that they have to rush the update to put 1 each month, if they cant put a big update would be fire or something, im serius, the ascend item and the guild mission seem to be a super big rush and give the players more troubles and headhache that fun, they need a lot of more testing.
To me the months update should be easir things like new zone, dungeon, etc…no new gameplay content more easier to test and design without rush, and if you are going to do this test it properlly , each path we have more bugs and “rushed feel updates”.
I know that arena.net need recover players, but in my case with friends and guild, this 2 updates cause more lost of guild mates and friend and no recover a 1 single player.
One friend my left in ascend items, he play gw2 about 5 years and he love “horizontal gameplay”, he left because ascend items and how is becoming more wow than Gw1 and how arena.net ignore the forum feedback. 3 months later he was curious about the Guild Mission and he was thinking in comeback, but again he check the forum to see the update the story repeat, a lot of negative feedback and arena.net ignoring us , he dont comeback with this words " not again i dont buy this game to raid with big guilds, they are changing the game too much and they dont care about their gw1 players ".
If you want make new gameplay mechanic , put it in expansion with a lot of testing and feedback of the players, and if you are doit in month updates tell the details weeks before to gathering feedback and talk with they communitiy, but the strategy of Blog post 2 days befor ethe upgrade-> patch note in the same minute->Forum suprise about the bad news in the patch->Negative feedback->Ignore the community. is dont working very well.
And i know the answer, we are not ignoring you, we dont post but we are reading carefully….. yes ok, but talk with a wall that dont answer dont feel very well too.

i just really love how this post is almost always in the firest page and they still continue ignoring us.
We only want to know if our Legendaries are trully “legendaries” in all the aspetcs? And what is gonna happen to us in the Ascend upgrade ?
We made our legendaries with a great effort and the lack of answers of updates about this is awful.
