’Laurels are only earned through daily and monthly achievements (starting with the feb monthly) and will not reward for previous daily/monthly achievements completed since folks didn’t know this system was coming.
We will however introduce an expanded/new reward system in the future that will reward for other types of achievements, this system will reward previous achievement points earned. (But may require bringing back into line some infinitely repeatable achievements that would bloat/break this system)’

If ArenaNet were begging us to take their surveys, then we could dictate where they would be found. As it is, it seems some of the populace are asking for surveys, so suggestions to make them more accessible or otherwise enticing would only help the cause, and perhaps show the devs what a great idea it would be.
I wonder if one bought swimwear and wore it, if it would be stripped when visiting that certain beach in SouthSun Cove. Lol.
I am not against surveys, I take them all the time as I’m just that kind of person. Just predicting the response to said surveys, having visited these forums for the last 8 months or so. Lol.
Nothing is ‘secret’ in this game for long, once occuring it is placed in the wiki almost immediately. Also, if it is ‘secret’, that sort of defeats the purpose of enticing people to take the survey.
No gems. No one needs to be rewarded for giving their opinion. Also, I could envision those who only want the gems to just click the first answer in every box, or something else totally random.
I could also see forum threads saying: Get these survey pop-ups off my UI. Too much clutter. Lol. Or, stop sending me emails…I’ve seen that one a few times in Accounts.
My Asura seems to come with a swimsuit already..lol. We have no idea what the next release from the gem shop will be, summer in the Northern Hemisphere has barely started.
On a side note, these forums can drive you crazy….No more fluff! Give us more fluff!

The devs have already posted that they will be adjusting the requirements for those achievements in the future. =)

Have you checked your spam folder? Have you gone into your support account and checked to see if any responses were made? Have you updated your ticket? If you post your ticket number, the Support Liaison may kindly look into your ticket. =)

You asked a question, I answered. If you don’t like staff(s), that is fine. Others do. We all have our opinion, none greater or lesser than the other. =)
I don’t use any greatswords, as they are not my thing. Again, it is just a matter of preference. I think the sta kitten I use are great. And I also have an Asura as my first main.
I like my staffs, so I guess it is just a matter of preference. =)
I don’t believe they respond individually to bug reports, except maybe to some threads in the Bug Report forum. But, they do appreciate your reports. =)

It would seem that ‘taunting’ could be considered purposefully offending. Thus, your statements might be considered contradictory. It really matters not, as we all agreed to the rules of the game and ToS before ever stepping foot in Tyria. You did read the rules before agreeing to them, did you not?

Well, since you use inappropriate language all the time, perhaps you accidentally spoke in /say, or /guild or /party. Not sure.
The suspension will probably be nearly over by the time there is a definitive answer.
I wonder if the ‘stupid, spineless carebears’ purposely accept the party invites just so the ‘trash-talking PvPers’ end up crying on the forums. Wouldn’t that be the ultimate ‘trash-talk’? Lol.

I just went through the game updates since January (I didn’t go back any further) and each of them has bug fixes, improvements and polish. Among many other things, so I guess they try to do something to please just about everyone. =)
I would be curious as to what Customer Support said to his friends when they asked about choosing the wrong server. Though, to be fair, I wonder about the friends, as first he said they deleted their characters a couple of times, then he said they were unwilling to delete their characters. It seems the crux of the problem is a communication error, and probably that is why Support is unable to be of assistance.
One thing to be aware of regarding race, is the smaller the race, -usually- the easier time you have with jumping puzzles and the like. The camera can be a bit wonky on the larger races like Norn and Charr. At least, some people have more problems with these races and the camera for jumping in tighter places. Personally, I love my Asura for jumping, the best. Welcome to Tyria. =)
I would assume when SAB returns. So, sometime in the next year.
Not sure which chest you are referring to, but some chests are only able to be looted once per day per character. If the chest is a repeatable chest, you can submit a ticket to Customer Support.
