Hmm…if Microsoft has admitted it is a flaw in their 32-bit OS and that it is not compatible with the more powerful GPUs, then maybe you should take it up with Microsoft. I just don’t see how you can hold ArenaNet responsible for something they have no control over. Maybe there is documentation for your GPU and 32-bit systems. I don’t know, I usually check what’s compatible and what’s not when I upgrade my system. At least I have for years, ever since having a computer built around an expensive GPU, and then finding out that the motherboard wasn’t compatible, even though they were both from the same manufacturer. Lol. I am truly sorry it didn’t work out for you, as I know how frustrating it can be.
My SO got a chest from a mob drop today during an event. Not that that answers your question, but it seems they can drop from even lowly mobs. =)

I am sorry you are having difficulties. I am not sure why you decided to upgrade your OS before perusing the Tech Support forum or contacting Technical Support. Perhaps, if you had done so, there would have been a more satisfactory outcome. Maybe you could contact Microsoft and find out if you could exchange your new 32-bit system for a 64-bit system for a nominal fee. Just another suggestion. =)

Does your daughter have a Master NCSoft account? It is possible to change GW1 passwords on that site.
If you want the Liaison to look into your daughter’s account, you need to post her support ticket number in the sticky for tickets older than 3 days.

They blocked your transaction in error, but they didn’t charge you anything. That is the best they can do. You are now free to set up another account if you so desire. Mistakes happen sometimes, especially when working with millions of accounts. Hopefully, you will try again…if not, we will be sorry to see you go. Best of luck, either way. =)

They have mentioned many times that GW2 does not take kindly to the 32-bit version, going all the way back to launch. Maybe you can change whatever is different between the computer that does work with 32-bit, and the one that doesn’t. Is one of the computers a laptop? If not, maybe just play on the one that works. Sorry to not have other ideas. Maybe posting in the Tech Support forum would be helpful. =)
As flags are reviewed by actual GMs, and being limited in their resources, perhaps it wasn’t your 20 minutes in said zone that caused the flag to appear. Cause and effect are not always immediate. I am sorry, though, to hear about your difficulties. Best of luck in the future. =)

Even though you are ‘done with this thread’, just in case you happen to read it, I suggest you post in the Players Helping Players subforum, and ask for company while you level up. I am sure you will get many responses from others offering to accompany you. I have seen this very thing happen many times. Good luck. =)
It would be prudent to remove any personal information about your family or yourself from your posts. Those of a nefarious character can use such information to more easily compromise your account, and since sharing (or gifting in such a manner) is against the ToS, you might encounter difficulties in trying to secure control of said account again, in the future.
And, welcome to the game. =)
Guild Wars (1) was much different than what you experienced prior to late 2008. Once Guild Wars 2 has been operational for three years, people may have a much different outlook on what the game offers. The great thing about Guild Wars games is ArenaNet will never terminate your account for being idle, so you can take a vacation from them, and always come back to see how the games have progressed. =)

I have read over all your posts since joining the game in January, and I sense a pattern here. It might be helpful to your cause to not respond so negatively to everyone trying to be ‘social’ and interact with you. I don’t know about your previous server, but mine always has a lot of people in the starter zones, and when I do turn map chat on, there is often chatter about this, that and the other thing. During the trial weekend recently, anyone that asked for help received many responses. Ultimately, to make friends, you must be a friend. Best of luck to you wherever you end up. =)

You know, I have decent luck on drops, but terrible luck on chests from the store. Which side of the RNG curse am I on, then? Lol. I personally believe there isn’t a curse, but that is just me.
Well, if the practices in GW1 are any indicator, then no. Running people for pay was quite common in GW1, and ArenaNet was aware of it, and had no problem with it.

Customer Support works 24/7. If you are trying to get help with your girlfriend’s account, it may be slower because she needs to contact support. If it is under your name, that also is a problem, as gifting in that manner is against the ToS, only because it makes it so much harder for Customer Support to do their job and ascertain who is the true owner of the account. Remember, patience is a virtue. Support will assist you in a timely manner. =)

The servers were back up at least an hour before reset. I was able to complete 4 tasks for my daily. Sorry to hear you were not able to.
I have to wonder why you chose the title: Suspended, again! What were you suspended for previously? Could it be the same reason this time? You do admit to trolling others in your opening statement, so that could be the reason for the suspension. Either way, until 72 hours have passed, it is well within reason to give Customer Support time to address this situation. Good luck.
I’m not sure where you are located, but I was able to log back on after the server issue with an hour to spare and use that time to finish the 4 more tasks I needed to complete the daily. And then start on today’s daily. Sorry to hear you were unable to log in for much longer than I. Still, it’s just a laurel and some karma in a video game, and as you said, the game is working fine now. =)
My less-than computer has heat issues, suddenly. Sigh.
When you read the other thread regarding this topic, you will find that the devs have stated a couple of times that permanent content will be introduced through the living story. So, nothing to worry about there. =)

To log into the game you must not use your display name, but the email address associated with your account, just as you do to log into the forums. Hopefully doing so will alleviate your problem. Good luck. =)
They actually announced it several places, including a big red banner on the front page. It’s always good to find information in many places. Dev posts are always helpful. =)
You claim to have ‘certain experience’ with what you term the ‘lower class’. It seems you find those of a lower economic standing incapable of rational thought, little moral fortitude (no restraint), addicts (gambling references), liars (keeping up acts), and incapable of managing finances (no doubt in debt). As such, I hope I never am in need of your kind of ‘help’.
I get rares from the dragon chest 99% of the time. I haven’t done one in the last couple of days, though, so if it has changed, I’ve not encountered it yet. And, of course, I always get the ‘guaranteed’ rare. I think I have gotten one exotic, maybe two, since they made the change to the chests. I only do one or two, at the most three, dragon chests per day, though.
If it was your first offense, you may find you are able to log back in soon with the option to change your character name. You were warned before playing the game when you clicked the ‘I agree’ button after reading the rules of the ToS. If this isn’t the first time you have been required to change a character name, then you will need to sit out the entire 72-hour suspension. Good luck. =)

If there are many servers with an absence of people playing on them, why do none of them show up on the server list as low, or in the case of NA, even medium?
I think right now almost every server has lots of people on Southsun. =) I know there are on mine, even overflows.

They did add a new waypoint in Diessa, I think that is where, or maybe it was Ashford. I have no idea if that would make any difference to your title issue.

If you wait, you eventually will receive more gold than you initially traded in for gems. Way back when, I traded in 70s for 100 gems, now I can get back, gee, about 2 and half? gold for 100 gems.

You can take the chance that no one else ever uses the application for an advantage in any part of the game, but if others do, and a decision is made to ban all users of said application, you might find yourself taking an unexpected vacation from the game. You do not have to do any sPvP or tPvP to obtain a legendary weapon. You do need Badges of Honor which you can obtain in WvW. The wiki can explain exactly what you need to create a legendary weapon. Guesting is exactly the same as your home server, except that you can not enter and play in WvW. All other aspects are viable. You can play, see everyone and everything else (as long as culling isn’t an issue), while guesting. You can guest to any server in your region, that is not Full.

There are many fun and friendly servers, besides those that are Full at the moment. You could always try one, and if it wasn’t to your liking, wait there for TC to change status, or just delete again, and move to another. You can guest to try servers out, as well. =)
The problem with Champions giving guaranteed rares (‘least we should get from that is a Rare’) is that like dragon events, Champions will be over-run with people there to get their daily rare, the market becomes even more flooded and prices drop, even the ectos you might get from salvaging become commonplace and cost little, and overall we see Rares and ectos as just another near-junk item that is easily obtained and worth little. I already miss that little ‘Oooo, I got a Rare’, that I used to say to myself. Now, it’s ‘Cool, a Rare, more fodder for the Mystic Forge, or something…nothing exciting’.

You will not be able to create a character on a full server, sadly. You will have to wait until the server of your choice is not full. ArenaNet has increased server capacity in the past, it is possible they may do so again some time in the future. Best of luck wherever you end up. =)
