Remember, that only the character that achieved the chest can open it. Not sure why one would need to ‘stack’ them, but if the five chests were earned by the same character, good to know.

That article is quite old (over 3 months) , and the devs have stated since then, that no expansion is being worked on at this time. But it’s always nice to wish for things, and let the devs know. =)

What you may find is that you are banned from the forums, if not the game, for breaking the ToS. You are not allowed to dispute actions taken by staff. Just a friendly tip. If I were you, I would play the game instead of spending my time arguing. But, each to his own.

You know perfectly well it does work, after the seven-day cooldown. We are all sorry your friends did not tell you the server they were transferring to, and thus you were left on the wrong server. There is nothing to be done, but wait until each of you has exhausted the cooldown. I am sure you can all work something out next week. Good luck. =)

I enjoy the Living Story content very much. I am not much for PvP or WvW. I have participated in WvW and dungeons a bit, but they are not my priority. I say, keep the Living Story content coming! =)

If you want a story, you can always watch a movie or read a book.

I am not sure what this has to do with what I said, but thanks for the tip, anyway. =)

Since permanent content is coming, beginning with the SouthSun Living Story arc, it seems ArenaNet is looking to please both sides of the fence. It isn’t an either/or proposition, there will be something for everyone.

If I understand correctly, you still have access to your account, albeit sans your previous characters. You have some free time whilst recovering, so perhaps you can start a new character or two, and adventure about Tyria. I know this is not the optimal solution, but at least you can still have fun! Speedy recovery. =)

If the notices look like these emails, they are attempts to steal your account. Never click on links in those emails.

Actually, Customer Support does work weekends and holidays. They are available 24/7. You may hear back sooner than expected, though it does take time to go through records and determine what actually happened. Good luck. =)

If I understand correctly: In January, while you were out shopping, your cousin and his friend broke the large locks to your door, and since you left your computer on, were able to erase all the information contained within. You want to sue said cousin and friend, but their parents (and yours?) are going to reconcile this amongst themselves.

Now, months later, you have been in a car accident, and will be recovering for the next four months and would like to play Guild Wars 2 to forget your pain, but it has been closed for suspected botting or hacking?

Not sure what your question is, but if you are trying to access your account, you would need to speak to Customer Service, so they can assist you.

The item in question was on sale for a limited time. Then it wasn’t on sale, or for sale. Now it is on sale for a limited time, again. Not sure where it said ‘exclusive, never to be sold again’. Remember, to assume is to make a fool of …well, you know how the saying goes.

Kind of offtopic – it is funny how some complain when things are temporary, and some complain when they are not. So hard to please everyone, impossible, really.

This is how server transfer works:

1) You may transfer once every 7 days, no exceptions.

2) You may transfer by paying for gems, server population determines the price.

3) You may use in-game gold to exchange for gems, if you so desire. Gold-to-gems prices fluctuate.

4) You may delete all your characters and transfer your account for free (once every 7 days). You may put anything that is not soulbound in the bank to transfer with you.

There is no need to contact Customer Support. Good luck. =)

Remember, anyone can guest to another server as long as both servers are in the same region (NA or EU). You and your friends can play together whilst you wait for any server transfer cooldowns.

Your friend can update his ticket at any time by emailing Customer Service, as well as going through the Support site. support@guildwars2.com

There is little you can do but post one time in the sticky (3 Days and Older) thread after 72 hours have passed with no response to his ticket. If he already has created a ticket, it looks like he has already appealed it, or is in the process of doing so. If that is a ticket you created on his behalf, he will need to create his own ticket, as they will only interact with the account owner. Good luck. =)

Mine is still broken, unless I turn off pop-up blocker. Still get no messages about it having blocked or no redirection. In Firefox, didn’t check Chrome as I rarely use it.

You can update your ticket and ask them if they have a restore point that is before the date your account was compromised. Perhaps, they misunderstood, or mistakenly chose that date. Best of luck. =)

You can transfer to any server that is not Full free of charge, if you delete all your characters. Be sure to put all non-soulbound items in the bank, as the bank will transfer with you. Best of luck on your new server. =)

Trolling and/or offensive language are against the ToS. You were warned when you read them, and then agreed to accept these rules. The message about your suspension is displayed whenever you try to log in. I am sure, after a short vacation, you will be more circumspect in your behavior. =)
