You might look through this thread, perhaps someone has posted with a solution to your problem. Good luck. =)

Your county mental health program can assist you at little or no charge. If your situation is as bad as you describe, you should run, don’t walk, to your nearest shelter. Shelters are not for abused women only. Things sound dire, and as there is little forum-users can do but offer some written support, I would encourage you to seek the professional help you desperately need. Best of luck to you. =)
You could try posting your question in the Players Helping Players forum. Someone there might know what the keyboard command is. Or, have you checked in options in-game? Where you assign each letter of the keyboard? Best of luck to you. =)
Here you go: =)
Hi everyone,
We understand the frustration about not having enough notice to claim the achievement. The original date given for the Epilogue was incorrect, and while we corrected date in forum posts and on the website, some did not see the updated information or have the time to collect that achievement.
We will put the bonfires back in the game tomorrow, sometime during ArenaNet office hours, so players who missed out can get the Rallying Flame achievement. The bonfires will not give any buffs, however.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
EDIT: The bonfires will remain in-game until May 28.

You may have more luck in the Players Helping Players forum. =)
I downloaded the patch with no problems. It took about 4 minutes? Though, sometimes, there are issues with too many people downloading at the same time, and waiting a bit resolves the problem. =)
As a friendly tip, and before you find yourself in a situation you might regret, you may want to read over these forum rules:
Do not debate Customer Support decisions or actions. Threads or posts designed to announce, appeal, or contest your own or another player’s suspension or account termination—be it forum or game account—will be removed without notice.
Do not engage in personal attacks against forum moderators or ArenaNet staff. You may contact staff directly at forums@arena.net if you wish to discuss a staff member’s decision. Please note that abuse of staff members or moderators in forum posts or private messages may result in forum account termination.
Do not post petitions, “I demand an answer” threads, conspiracy threads, or comments about circumventing the rules.
All forum content is permitted or removed at the discretion of ArenaNet.
Being cognizant of forum and/or game rules may or may not have a bearing on your further posts. Much luck in the future with your adventures in Tyria. =)
Many people quote Colin’s original statement regarding ‘an expansion’s worth of content’, as he said they would, but few quote his expanded explanation about what he meant:
’I’ll throw out feature wise, many of the things we’ll be doing feature wise across the first half of 2013 are typically the type of features you’d likely only see in a paid expansion traditionally. We’re really excited about the opportunity to be able to do that for Guild Wars 2, and think there is something really compelling in that experience, which is really the only message we wanted folks to take from all of this. March will of course continue this tradition of free releases, major features, and of course the growth of living story as we expand its role in Gw2.
All of that being said, this is exactly why we try and avoid talking about stuff until it’s ready, if we say something early and it ends up not ending up exactly what people expect, it doesn’t work out for anyone. Saying something like “expansions worth of content” means different things to everyone, and is nearly an impossible goal to meet expectation wise since everything expects something different, which is a big part of why marketing stepped away from that plan very quickly after asking us to use it when speaking to the press/fans.
I imagine it’ll still get quoted until the end of time, but hope that helps explain where it came from, and what to expect. Just to re-iterate the post I made back in January:
“To set expectations accordingly, the January release will be a relatively small release that sets the table for the stories and features we plan to roll out with the Feb/March releases and beyond. Also, there will be no new race, profession, or new region with these larger Feb/March releases. One of our major goals with these releases is making our existing world as strong as possible, ensuring there are reasons to go to all the locations in the world we’ve already built, and strengthening the core game we’ve provided. In saying this will be an expansions worth of stuff in these releases, we’re talking about the number of new features that will be rolled out across PvE, WvW, and PvP in early 2013, which usually you’d only find in an expansion for a traditional MMORPG.” ’
Would only be fair and accurate to do so. https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/members/ColinJohanson-2394/showposts
Your ‘other character’ may have been reported for botting, scamming, exploiting, hacking, etc. At any time, you could find your account banned for such offenses. You should definitely contact Customer Support. And immediately change all your passwords.

Just a friendly tip, and so you are aware, if you continue to dispute the finding of Customer Support, there is a possibility that you could lose access to ALL accounts. I am neither suggesting you do cease, or do not, but you should be aware of what could occur.
Something went wrong, and you have been given a generous consideration. Do be thoughtful of all consequences should you decide to pursue this matter. Best of luck.
If Vayne was part of the ArenaNet team, I would think the forum-users would be thrilled to death! Are not the forum-users always asking for more communication with those on the ArenaNet team? If Vayne was part of the team, then there is all the communication you could wish for, and then some! ; )
Colin Johanson address this very topic in this thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/gw2/Official-explanation-for-temporary-content/first#post1949860
I’ve noticed several post marked as liked, when I haven’t given them a ‘thumbs up’, as well. And how can you check a post you have never viewed without viewing it? (To see if the auto-upvote is present.)
You are welcome! Always happy to be of service. =)

It may be just luck, as I do not get a gemstone from every ‘Dragon’ chest. The guaranteed chest has 1 item, the number varies from the other, and I rarely get gemstones, if ever.
Rejoice! The devs have stated there will be permanent content added with the next Living Story arc.

I am afraid I don’t know if trial accounts can receive in-game mail. If Customer Support doesn’t know, I am not sure who would. Maybe if you post their answer, we could ascertain what they are saying. If you do post their reply, make sure to edit out any personal information. =)
edit: Did your girlfriend update her trial account when she purchased a new account?

I think I have only gotten one exotic from an event chest; so, yes, I agree, you do seem luckier than many. =)
I have issues with the ‘search’ function, as well. Besides not be able to access the results past the first page, I would like to suggest a search feature in Dev posts. Often users come on the forums with questions that Devs have answered in the various sub-forums. But in order to paste their reply, I need to look back through pages and pages of Dev posts to find the relevant post, IF I don’t give up, entirely. Please add more search functions to the forum. Thank you.
It seems there are some new weapon models coming, those ‘eye’ ones. I have no idea how they will be obtained, though, but some people are looking forward to the new ‘skins’. =)
I think you misunderstood what was ‘promised’. We got exactly what they spoke about for years. I have heard nothing about an update concerning the HoM, but who knows what the future may bring. =)
’Heroes are born in the crucible of conflict and tempered in the flames of battle. Their deeds shine throughout history as a beacon of hope to those who must rise to defend the world in ages to come, becoming part of the legend of the land. The legends forged within Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall, and the Eye of the North will not be forgotten in the future world of Guild Wars 2.
Your deeds from the original Guild Wars campaigns will be commemorated in the Eye of the North expansion in your Hall of Monuments. The Hall of Monuments will reflect the achievements you earn in Eye of the North as well as those earned in Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall. You will even be able to show off your hall to friends. Then, when Guild Wars 2 arrives, each of these monuments will correspond to special features your Guild Wars 2 characters can “inherit” from your own legendary past, giving you access to exclusive titles, companions , weapons, attire, and miniatures. These inherited items are unique: there is no other way within Guild Wars 2 to acquire them. ’

It seems obvious that the two names are the problem. Both names can offer up proof that they own the accounts, and that is what is causing all the mix-up. Support really can not tell if it is two people, or one person using two names. Hackers probably use that story all the time, trying to steal accounts. Also, if I am not wrong, we are talking about two different Support teams. The ArenaNet one, and the NCSoft one. No idea if they share information.
As said before, perhaps when Gaile returns from vacation, she will look into it for you.
Good luck.
If none of the workarounds worked for you, then, yes, contacting support is your best bet.
Good luck. =)

You should remove the name, before a Mod drops by and does so. Just a tip. =)
It should not be 4 days, but a few hours. Nothing else to do other than changing passwords on both game account and email associated with the game. I am sure Customer Support will respond soon. Good luck. =)

Well done. =)
I, too, enjoyed Frost and Flame, and the story it begins. For me, it is sort of like experiencing a book, that I get to take part in, instead of just read. This is just the beginning of a long adventure that will, hopefully, take us through many parts of Tyria.
A side-effect that I like, is I have come to know the areas where the story has takes place so far very well, and that makes it easier (for me) to notice changes. Also, it is easier to find specific things I might need. Now, I am not saying that is a bonus for everyone, but it is something I enjoy. I have always enjoyed Holiday content, and I feel Living Story content is no different, other than the label. The Devs have said that some of the content may make an appearance, again, just as the Holiday content may.
Just my two cents. =)

I change mine quite often, it depends on my mood. The one I display most often, though, is Chosen…for personal reasons.

Yes, I wondered that, as well. If somehow Support thought they were dealing with two different people, as one asked for a password change, then the password was changed before they did it. So, perhaps they thought someone other than the original owner asked for the change…or something like that.
Or, we are missing some of the story………

Maybe because they allow different languages in-game, and the filter can not handle that? Just a guess. Still, you did agree not to curse in-game, and if that is what you were suspended for, you broke the rule. The message they give you for a suspension is found when you try to log-in, there should be a reason stated for your inability to do so.
I meant contact Customer Support, either through the interface on the webpage, or by email.
This wouldn’t be the forum for that. Usually, that’s in tech support. They did recently do a patch for crashes, so I am not sure.
I must be old…I haven’t understood the point of either of these last two threads. =(

It’s funny to me, put a Holiday-themed label on temporary content, and it’s acceptable. Take that label off, and the content is more than unacceptable, it’s downright inane! What difference does a label make, or the time of year it’s available? Seems to be the same thing to me, just with a different wrapping. Also, before it’s brought up, the Devs have said that Living Story content may make a return, just as the Holiday content we have had so far may return. It just doesn’t make sense to me that a name should make so much difference.

Unfortunately, you will probably have to wait until the Guild members are available. You can submit a ticket to Customer Support, but they usually do not get involved with Guild issues, nor correct user errors. It is possible your circumstance will be treated differently.

I think it would depend on how many patches are released in the month, as well. Those do use bandwidth, don’t they? This month will have quite a few. I have unlimited internet usage, as well, so I can’t really say. Though, I have used 3g when I travel, and actually playing uses very little.
If you post in Tech Support, they might have more answers for you. =)
Aww, well, you had to have already picked up the decoder. Sorry to hear you missed out, but during the next arc, I am sure you will get everything accomplished! =)
It seems, to me, anyway, that many people complain about the difficulties in getting a group together for the dungeons we have now. (Not to mention Guild Missions.) I am not sure that trying to get 40 people together for a raid would not have even more people unsatisfied with getting groups together to do content. Maybe after there are more tools in the game, and a large percentage of the playerbase asks for raids, we will see them. Always something to look forward to. =)
That is odd. Have you tried leaving and returning? Closing the client, and starting back up? If you continue to have issues, I can only suggest you submit a bug report, and post in the bug forum and/or the crafting forum. Good luck. =)
