There is no Jade Fragment issue, other than disabling them due to the exploit. You would not find such things in the Known Issue Tracker, which only lists a few bugs.

Often, it is because the account was compromised, so the CS Team shuts it down to prevent further damage.
The CS Team allows 72 hours to respond (after the almost immediate automated reply). If, after 72 hours, you have received no further response, you can post in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’, above.

Okay. Still, 1 Spirit Shard per level-up isn’t a lot. Hardly worth the effort, at least for me. I get plenty of Spirit Shards from every other source. One more a week or so means little. /shrug

Have you tried working with the Tech CS Team?
Unfortunately (or fortunately – depends on the perspective), not everything in the game is explained. We do, however, have a superlative Wiki.
If you just joined this Guild, it should not be too difficult to join another in your Region. You can still chat with the first Guild’s members, if you so desire; and do PvP missions, and other PvP, I believe.
You could also transfer to an EU server (at no cost if you delete all your characters) or with Gems from Gold-to-Gems exchange, or cash for Gems.

I looked on Reddit, and could not find any statement about T6 Leather, specifically; at least not by Mike O’Brien.
I did find a statement about the Leather Farm here on the forums, but it only mentions leather; nothing about tiers.
Because NA players have their data stored in the NA data center, and EU players have their data stored in the EU data center. Moving data between the two takes up to half an hour. Players would likely be unhappy having to wait so long to join others, join instances, play together, etc.
@Multigun: Really, you’ve leveled up 3000+ times in this year and change? Impressive!
I’m not sure I’ve leveled up that many times since I started playing on all my characters.
Warning or no, it would make little difference to the people that would lament about being able to change the race.
Just like the warnings we already have in-game, such as upgrading equipment makes it soul-bound, or deleting a character is permanent (or used to be, anyway), etc.
No UI screenhots are, indeed, accomplished that way. Does your UI disappear when using Ctrl/Shift/H? Do you get a screenshot using only PrtSc? Have you tried Control + Shift + PrintScreen? Have you assigned any other functions to those keys?

Depends on the Racial Home Instance. Have you visited them all?
In the Grove, it’s showing up on the Mini-map (as a mining node). Towards the right from the entrance, if I remember. Can’t check right now, because it’s already been mined today.

It’s usually an issue with Tier 3 providers. You can always try a VPN to possibly get a different route to the servers.

I got Jade Shards in my Home Instance. Of course, the Jade Shards dropping in Lake Doric have been disabled for several days per the Official announcement.
^And, except for Festivals, there was only 1, or perhaps 2, Districts to choose from. Of course, those were only Cities, Towns, Outposts; nothing to do with playable content (again, except during Festivals).

But screenshots will cause the flame color to look different depending on where in the game the screenshot is taken, not to mention the difference between monitors, and display set-ups. Not really any more accurate than preview.
I like the new pink flame in the Devoted Torch. I kind of collect torches, and none have had a pink flame, so far, that I am familiar with. I may acquire it…not sure, yet.

I saw a couple of the Minis did not show up in preview when I visited the NPC. I had thought I read they were fixed in a hotfix patch, but after perusing the patch notes again, I see the Devs fixed something else with Minis.
A bit off-topic: I really would love to have the Eye of Janthir Mini; it looked very cool in preview. =)

The Devs (Gaile, I believe) posted about this in News and Announcements? or the updated patch notes.
Only the 2 southernmost Renown Hearts were wacky (bugged), and fixed in the subsequent hotfix.
It’s not required to send the Serial Key. The CS Team uses many different kinds of data to determine the account owner. You can always offer the other Serial Keys in a follow-up response.

In the Grove (my personal favorite), the Soup Cats are next to the Cloth Node (room to left of entrance), and the Ghost Cat is high up next to an NPC from the Personal Story (at least, I think that NPC is from the Personal Story…it’s been a loooong time since I did that story).

Now that you mention it, I was in battle and accidentally stowed my pet. It did not automatically come back out, if it is supposed to. I had to bring it out manually.
Oh! And I wasn’t using a Drake.
As for the one-way portal to Hirathi, it’s actually two-way. You merely need to talk to the NPC on the boat there. You can even use the NPC to enter Lake Doric for the first time ever, if that character has finished the first part of the Story and spoken to the NPC at the ‘gate’ in Divinity’s Reach.
