I do hope the leads of the two parties mentioned above were both notified and provided with proper proof of these alleged transgressions. I can tell you, having personally made it my charge whenever I was in EBG during our thirteen week tryst with BP formerly, Klovan has all the defensive capabilty of a fort made of balsa wood reinforced with tin foil. Sitting right along enemy borders, it’s also easy grab n’ go pickings. BP flipped Klovan every other ten minutes.

I admit, I have been mildly impressed with Borliss this time around. Your defense is as sturdy as it ever was, but it seems the earlier boasts of vast improvements within the server are not completely without merit. I hope this trend continues.

As the guild leader of Good Fights I am glad you brought this to my attention, we do not chase people halfway across the map. I will speak with the offending members and find out why the kitten they did not kill you sooner (1/6th of the map is considered the maximim chasing distance for any GF member) will consider a gkick if they didn’t have a good enough reason.

Actually, I won’t be camping the jumping puzzle. I was under the impression that we had a truce in the JP because of the event. If so, that’s cool too. However, a truce is a truce and once it’s broken it’s broken.

I just want everyone to know that it was broken and therefore the JP should be considered open season again.

I went there today peacefully and was attacked. Not QQing, it’s part of the game, BUT nobody should be allowed to attack when they have the advantage and cry truce when they don’t.

Will I get infracted by this? Probably… Just a note to Anet, putting an event requirement in an enclosed PvP area, a massive jump puzzle even, is NOT a good idea. It does nothing but draw out and feed griefers.

Funny, I see a lot of “whining” out of everyone really, not just us. As you apparently attempted to imply. We got nothing to whine about personally. Yeah so we’re fighting two T2’s this week… And? It’s a new, largely probability-based ranking system that governs the matches now. Meaning so long as we do reasonably well and don’t actually leak too many points, we’re golden.

A good portion of our server thrives on open field and face to face combat, and not PPT. We’re fight mongers, plain and simple. So when you guys aren’t zergballing in droves, what do we have here, hmm? Answer: Lots and lots of potential opponents, that’s what! But wait… there’s more! I know it’s like the bread and butter of WvW and all… but if you see me I’ll be alone of typically with a group of three or less.

Why three or less? Why not Solo? lol

I do both, ofcourse two seperate builds/traits/gear.

Sometimes I roam solo or with a few other PvP’ers in my guild with my TPvP build, but sometimes I put on my WvW build and make our guild zerg stronger with heals, stability, CC, etc.

Its fun being able to switch back n forth, only costs 3 silver ;p

I have been solo roaming and everytime i would see a small group they all would engage and gank me :*( Hopefully you will allow 1v1’s later in the week. that is the only way I like to play WvW. Ebay’s population is too high if you can waste 3-10 peoples time on this little solo roamer. Hopefully it will get better later on in the week.

Wishful thinking is wishful… I’ve found that the higher in tier we’ve gone, the less people roll alone or even in groups of less than four. I too am a solo roamer and I’ve adjusted as well as can be expected. I’ve won fights up to 1v3’s (though such fights have admittedly been against opponents of questionable skill). Not much you can do as you climb the ladder except do your best to sharpen your skills.

Another rather interesting phenomena I’ve discovered is how many high ranking players refrain from 1v1’s at all possible costs. Everything from WP’ing out immediately when caught alone, to straight hightailing it back to their zergs with all needed haste. If you’re that scared and afraid to get embarrassed, you don’t need to be scouting in the first place, lol.

I don’t think of rB as a good guild. I saw the video of your last GvG with EB. The cheating (you had pugs hopping in and out, more than 20, and you started the skill point) was terrible. EB clearly won that one… Mainly because of the cheating and GvG is usually bout of 3 or out of 5. And they won those even with the cheating…

To the [ROAM] solo ranger I ganked at our SW camp and stole the win from, I do apologize. I know how that feels. At least you had a 1v1 fight to decide the camps fate though. Usually it’s a zerg that finds you instead when solo-capping.

To the current three Yaks currently camp capping our BL right now. I understand the whole thief/mes dynamic duo is the in thing right now, but is it really necessary to add not only an additional glass thief, but usage of snares against a solo opponent when already running such a meta group? As if at that point my attempts at defense were really of any consequence. Just saps any smidgen of fun I might possibly have in the attempt out of it on my end. Complaining? Maybe… Just saying, not very sporting at all.

I use brown bear and quite honestly feel naked without at least packing my longbow along on the fields of WvW. It’s really our only source of consistent large-scale AoE and knockback. Unless I’m in a legit dueling session, in which case I swap to sword/dagger. So everyone can talk all the kitten they want. Chased a cowardly Norn guardian half across our Borderlands map. After he nearly died miserably several times, my health never once dropping below 90%, he hightailed it outta there. A fight HE STARTED while I was happily farming nodes I might add. As I seldom ever attack first.

So by all means, underestimate me… Lmao!

That couldn’t have just been someone hiding in your Bay after we lost it? Pic looks a little too coincidental to me, and it’s a thief, easily capable of hiding. We did just have it. Was there for that, and have video of it actually. If all this is because ya’ll are mad you lost your Bay, in a ridiculously long fight to take it in the first place I might add (forty-five mins to an hour at least, mostly without even rams), that would be rather sad. You had plenty of time to rally up and defend that.

@ the Kain havoc group and the yaks raiding party last night in EBay BL who ran into the pk guild meeting at birth camp: funny stuff. Probably stacking up and trying to run through a group of nearly 40 people exchanging tips and refining each others ZvZ builds is not the best idea, but you had no way of knowing that.

I can picture the conversation though. ‘OMG EBay loves north cam so much they have a guild guard it 24/7!’ hehe

I’m going to put this out there because the crap needs to stop.

I’ve run across 4 people from the same guild using the teleport hack. I’m not going to bust them out here but let it be known that i have started recording this crap. So far i’ve caught 1 warrior, 1 Guardian and 2 Thieves doing it.

Once I get enough evidence I’ll post it here hopefully before server change cause there’s no need for it. If your going to lose in a 1v1 or 1v2 you should just except it and get downed.

Also, to all the people that I’ve 1v1 who like to hang around the towers just so you can walk in to regain health then come back out to duel me again. Thats just plain weak. Again, except your loss and move along. I can understand up-lvl’s doing it but when there is a 1v2 (2against me), no point in running back in the tower.

Sorry about the ramblings but when you have guilds like (GF) standing there ground and representing, it makes the rest of ya’ll look like crap for not.

I have alot of respect for Ebay for the individual skill level that I’ve come across with the exception of the hackers and would like to keep it that way.

I ran into a ph guy that was doing this kitten. After whipping his kitten I invited em to party and told em knock that kitten off.

He didn’t even deny just stopped. We dueled a few more times and he was a pleasant enough fellow actually.

So moral of the story is all servers have em and all servers will always have them.

What about the guy(s) trying to “phase” through the gate and wall during Kaineng’s morning Lowlands raid yesterday? Haven’t reviewed my livestream footage to see if it was clear enough to catch the guild tag, but it is on film.

Speaking of film, to that Yaks Colonel ranked Asuran thief from [misT], got our fight too. Hard to believe it was only a little over a minute, but you were really fun. I had a definite edge on you damage-wise, but you healed a lot lol. I find my favorite fights are often those that don’t end in victory or defeat at all. <3

North camp is probably the worst place to try to defend or drop siege when on enemy territory. Right literally on top of the one spawn point that can’t be contested. It’s a virtual hornets nest, and usually also the final stop for solo-cappers for a reason (as in usually where they eat dirt). If I roll up onto north camp (actually manage to take the 3 mins or so it takes to solo-cap it) and am still standing when it’s all over, I know at that point it’s time to spread the word to my superiors on your lax defenses.

As for the enemy charging towers in animal form, we’ve ran zergs of plush griffons and sometimes no clothes at all on several occasions I can recall. So we’re not really ones to talk, lol. Inciting laughs was probably the entire point. They be trollin’.
