Would it giving one stack of Bleeding be too much on top of the Might?

Nerfs are always the worst, so yeah. Wondering what some may expect. Only referring to PvE nerfs, not PvP.

In the past, balance for PvP has impacted PvE in a horrible way. I’m hoping with this next balance patch we get different balances for PvE and PvP.

I just hope the balance won’t affect PvE poorly

When is balance even supposed to be?

I don’t drop Sharpened Edges. I don’t get why people always say Power fills Astral Force the fastest. I mean if I’m filling it before the CD is up, then Condi is fine. I usually keep 1-2 stacks of GotL always up, then get to 5 with CA. Using staff in Fractals in either builds is silly to me as well the drop in DPS is never worth it to me. Maybe in a Raid it is.

Never had a problem with keeping people up as Condi. Maybe I just get good groups in T4.

How does Power build Astral Force faster? Playing Condition I usually fill Astra Force before the CD is up.

The hub is way darker than any other part of the game. Dyes do not show well. There is an overtone of black.

This same lighting bug is in some of the other fractals too. Especially in the Aetherblade one. It’s causing the purple lasers and floor tiles to look brighter, while the rest of the fractal is darker. This leads to strain on the eyes. I’ve had difficulty doing some of the mechanics like others in my party. The room where you have to turn off the panels is a prime example of this.

This game is beautiful, and all parts of it should look the same when it comes to lighting and detail. Right now my favorite content in the game has lighting issues and it is GREATLY affecting the way I enjoy it. Others in my party/guilds feel the same.

I am making this thread because I thought this may have been brought up in hotfixes, but it was not.

Some of the other Fractals and their lighting is fine though. It’s just Aetherblade and the Fractal hub are the main ones

I just hope the bug team is aware of this.

All of them, and the main hub. Was it a known change? Or a bug?

This class is so OP.

test of faith does waaaay too much damage. You are probably going to say “well all you have to do is hit the dodge button once and it cancels the whole effect of it” but I don’t have fast enough reflexes to do that so I just stand there getting hit. And speaking of standing there getting hit. Guards have waaaay to many symbols that do too much damage. What do I even do against that? Oh, move a few feet over? Well I don’t have to brain power to think of that. And Guards have basically infinite blocks and invulnerable. Having 3 seconds of invulnerable every 90 seconds is OP. And shield of courage last 5 whole seconds. Like WTF! That’s too long. They basically do more damage than every class and are invincible. I’m stuck in Amber because guards are OP. They just won’t let me win. it’s all their fault I never do well in pvp. Even when there aren’t guards in my match I still blame them for my loss. Why hasn’t Anet nerfed them already?!?!

So what you are saying is that because you aren’t very good at this game, have bad reflexes, ect… that guards are OP. Idk what to tell you

Condi ranger should be perfectly fine in fractals, it’s solid respectable damage. People who want healing in fractals need to stop. It’s a crutch and it wasn’t there pre-HoT when fractals were more challenging, you don’t need it now.

The Meta ruins this though, and ruins classes. I hate being expected to heal.

You are always expected to run Druid but, if you like core ranger, you should check out the Zerker LB Druid on metabattle. It completely outclasses core LB Ranger. Has much higher DPS for yourself and the team. The celestial avatar rotation in that build is very fast and is just to give quick 15% boost to party DPS.

It is just: CA, rejuvenating tides, seed or auto attack, drop out and go back to slashing or shooting. I love the build so much I use it, and slight variations, for just about everything.

I play Condition mainly.

I love core Ranger, and dislike how Druids are.

Is core Ranger ok in T4 Fractals, or would I be kicked?

Is Honor/Radiance/Dragonhunter just for Sword, or is it better for Scepter too?

I love the new map so far. I didn’t even know they were adding one.

The Guardian changes have made me so happy. We have a much higher DPS build thanks to Sword and Scepter buffs now.

I always dreamed of using the Sword again.

After months of feeling sad as a Guardian, this patch really, really, really made me happy.

To add some PvE stuff, guardians are utterly screwed in 81+ fractals.

This caused me to start playing a Revenant.

Adding Spear as a land weapon, like Paragons. It would make sense.

Making the Spear abilities centered around piercing holy light through targets, and burning. It could be Condition focused, which is needed for a Guardian. It being a Mainhand would be ideal.

I personally think an axe is too savage of a weapon for a Guardian.

Rifles and Pistols aren’t really holy weapons.

I could see Warhorn MAYBE working. It could be a group support weapon, and have skills centered around the wrath of holy spirits.

An Offhand Mace could work like the Warhorn instead.

Is this about PvE or PvP?

For PvE I’d love for it to be viable because I love Swords.

I honestly think this should be the go to offensive DPS Mainhand weapon.

Having it build Might on the Auto Attack would be cool, similar to the Greatsword. Fixing the Projectiles is needed. I think the second skill doing more than Blind would be a good change. Multiple skills do multiple conditions for other classes. Mixing something like Blind with Vulnerability, or Blind With Cripple would be a good change.

I loathe rooting skills, and think the 3rd ability should be a free to move skill. This would help with making more of the hits strike the target, or players in PvP, also make the ability not ground focused.

I’ve not really suggested many things for this weapon, but these are just some random thoughts of mine.

Anything famous from GW1 to be honest. There are many great armor sets they could pick and chose from.

I just did Koptev’s path(path 3) and I still did not get credit for dungeon completion. This is the second dungeon I can’t complete because of these bugs. I do not understand how recognition of completion bugs continue to persist. I have seen this bug mentioned in many postings that trace back for at least 3 years.

I also don’t understand how there isn’t a dungeon/fractal category for the in game bug report feature. How is this not recognized as part of the game?

There are way too many bugs to fix. Sadly they probably fired the ones that could fix the bugs, and the new employees don’t know how to. These things annoy me greatly too. Armor bugs get me the most, and terrain.

Currently my right eye seems to have a reflection bug. It appears to always be darker than my left eye. I’ve had several Asura friends confirm this. They have it for their eyes too. I know there are more important things for you all to fix right now, but just letting you guys know.

If you aren’t using Balthazar runes, you should slot a full set of that, along with Smoldering and Malice sigils imo. It will greatly increase your burn duration, allowing you to get more stacks on the enemy.

That’s pretty good otherwise.

I already get to 98.80% Burning Duration, and 33.80% Condition Duration. Following Obal’s build. I use Balhazar too.

Forgot to say I had Geomancy and Earth on GS, and Air and Earth on Scepter and Torch.

Nice knowing I do ok damage then. I know some professions do way higher burns though. I hover around 16k-22k Burns, and 1,800-3k bleeds on average during a boss like Bloomhunger

I only use this build up to scale 40 Fractals, then use the Meta Builds on scale 56+. I can use it in any dungeon though. I switch to Sword and Torch, then GS For big trash pulls. I switch to Scepter and Torch, then GS for bosses

Looking for another build if any though… I don’t think there are many other builds to run. I hear Tank builds are sort of lousy except in raids. Same for Healing builds I think.
