Any player can now come along and use this ballista and benifit from the venoms, it is all fine and dandy if a thief gets on the siege and has venoms active, but siege it self should not receive the venoms. it would also allow players with venoms to double up on vemons
As title says, venom sharing is applying to siege sites, causing siege to be able to stun people and apply more conditions than it should
We should be able to show off any unlocked selected finisher with a command like /finish in game very similar to /rank. What if we have dragon rank would like to show off the shark rank finisher? What if we have a finisher that can’t be obtained any more and want to show players that we were around during the time it was available? I think having a /finish or /finisher to show off selected finisher would be a nice addition to the game. Just simply don’t allow it to be used in pvp matches or in wvw and put a cooldown on it and make it share the cooldown with /rank to prevent spamming.

I am no stranger to the game with over 4k hours, but seeing as the game has been around for a while now along with the skill point scrolls from champs, i was wonder if there was a hard cap to skill points, if anyone has hit one, and if not it would be cool to see a screen shot of someone with like 6 digit skill points or more.

i understand most the maps are set in a giant layer of water, i’ve been outside all of them. i just want to know if we will ever see water above ‘sea-level’ in gw2. like i said i am familiar how there is water then land added to it.
having played the game for a long time I have noticed most of the maps in the game are set on a massive layer of water and all the water in the maps is at or below that layer. I believe some farcry games have a map maker like this. does this mean we will never see a map with water we can swim in above that level? does the map making program not support water above that level? I know southsun has cosmetic waterfalls above that level, but nothing we can swim in. I think it would neat to come across a pool in a cave high in a mountain or something like the caves in southern timberline falls.
tl;dr can we have water(swim-able) above the water level on maps?

the gold exaggeration was just an example of how something that can not be obtained anymore can increase in value over time also I still want them back because now that they are not account bound and have a gold value it is unfair that these goods were taken from anyone who had them in their locker
I see the problem here, you are complaining about solo play in a team based setting, get a group, get some aoe cleanses, stop being bad, play wvw as wvw, not 1v1 roaming stupidity, go play in obsidian sanctum if you dont want to help your server.
Why are these tradable? Why can’t I have all the ones that were in my locker? I would love to see them either removed from the trading post and put back to being account bound, have all of mine given to me, or just give anyone who did pvp before the wardrobe change like 10000g k thanks
I’d also like to point out this effects low level characters receiving any buffs to stats then scaling up such as guild buffs on a tower. A level 2 character defending a guild buffed tower will have WAY higher stats than anyone else.
i personally recommend doing as many of the dailes as you can, always try and complete every monthly and every living world achievement as you only get so long to do them, all the rest will just come from playing the game

it is that way to prevent players from left clicking and activating something they dont want to activate yet. such as the lava buckets during dredge fractal boss or miss firing a trebuchet
that would be the zone used for interacting, if say instead of pressing f to do something you could click to talk to an npc or gather a node ect.
there used to be a real nice post explaining how this happens but i dont feel like finding it. but basicly if any trait of skill activates while mining it breaks all of your resources. say u are an engineer mining a node and u get hit down to 74% hp and the automated elixir b procs from 1 point in alch, then it will kitten all the rest of the node’s resources.
I agree with Inculpatus cedo completely, the room nerfedplayer is in appears to be for the personally story mission where you work on making a ghost slaying rifle
I’m going to honest with you, just don’t. Flamethrower is really a situational weapon, mostly only for when people are behind cover, as if you are defending a door from rams in WvW. Flamethrower damage is really weak just autoing, the 2nd skill is meh, the third skill has its place in pvp for point control, the 4th skill is just a weak fire field, and the 5th skill is really only good for stomping some people in pvp. The toolbelt skill is slightly usefull in a condi build if you lack burning. And if you just love tagging things in wvw, take piercing pistol bullets with improved range. Now if you just absolutly have to use a FT the just throw traits into juggernaut and the trait for 15% damage on flamethrower and elixir gun and then just take either your favorite poweror condition damage set and spam 1 all day, because at the end of the day you should always do what you find to be the most fun
zoom hacking is no longer an issue, as i have 3 monitors i can confirm ACs now have a limited LoS that can hit, reguardless if a player has the ability to see somewhere the AC seems to be limited by a set standard LoS limitation
seeing as you get 3 weapons during working towards the final reward you get 3 two-handed weapons which are 390 tokens each if you wanted to get them from doing dungeons in pve. that would be 1170 tokens. it is 1380 tokens to get a whole armor set. so when it tells me I am going to get a set of armor, I believe it and that is what I should get
if you check out the chosen on the TP it even list the skin to unlock on it as shield of the wing, looks like working as intended
sigil of earth and torment are working fine for me
tooltips round to the nearest 1/4 a second, so if you have 1.99s of burning it is only going to hit one time even though the tool tip says 2s.

so + duration is additive and -duration is multiplicative, then the system is extremely flawed
After further testing AR is reducing conditions further but are still applying when they shouldnt
Since AR was getting changed I changed my runes and food to compensate. Taking full antitoxin set for 24% reduction and bowls of chickpea and poultry soup for another 28% and new AR for 50% I should have 102% condition duration reduction thus rendering me immune to conditions being applied to me while i am under 33% however I am still receiving conditions and they don’t even seem to be reduced from AR. Do not reply saying it is just reducing the enemies condition duration stat and if they have more than base duration they can apply conditions to me because that mean old AR would have functioned that way and that is false. Condition duration reduction reduces the duration of a condition by a % and if I have 100% or more reduction a condition should not apply to me regardless if a 2 second bleed or a 50 second bleed are attempting to be applied to me
previous with pvp locker we could change outfit all day long at no charge, now we have to pay all the time, charges better be very common if they dont change it
^ THIS ALL OF THIS! I am a lot of disapoint about this. I thought we would spend a charge on an item and be able to change to it over and over at no charge after 1st time.

adding screen shot of your issue would help, i am assuming it is because the item is still in your bank or is in an invisible bag or safe box type hold container. you can not sell item directly from your bank or a bag that hides them from merchants
this is most likely from being immobilized while jumping near a non flat area of terrain or sliding down terrain, your character will be immobilized in the falling animation and u wont be able to use skills save perhaps shouts, animationless skills, and stun breaks. now if this is happening on flat ground and you are not airborn a video would be much better info
Just had Shin with +40% condition duration food on take me below 25% and then auto me and hit me with burst skill from sword. I received 0 conditions and I had nothing but the trait reducing condition duration this was live with ~180 viewers and u’ll be able to go see it on his previous broadcast when he stops streaming. Also changing the wiki page doesn’t make you right. At 14:03, 27 February 2014 from? IP 24.139.57.108 the the “by 100%” in the following line was added: Condition durations are reduced by 100% while below the [[health]] threshold. Also at the same time they added this entire line to the wiki: " This skill does not negate conditions from being applied. It simply negates the duration. Players applying conditions with additional condition damage, will have conditions applied based on the amount of duration they have above 100%." Let’s all take note that having increased condition damage makes your conditions have a longer duration than 100%. Also the the trait reduced condition duration by 100% of the duration of the incoming condition regardless of how much longer it has been extended beyond its base duration
