The state of game people are turning WvW into is a bad joke and they are too blinded by the WXP to see it yet. When the novelty runs off you will be left with a lesser version of WvW that we use to play.

So many people have changed their gamestyle in such a short space for “progression” and kitten I am XX rank (who cares) and forgotten how to fight.

Where have the Gandaran guilds gone? where is Dius, Int, XxX, MM, Yak, WvW, TDA, GF, and plenty of other stand alone guilds?

Enemy borderlands also. We only run 10ish ourselves these days. if TDA and Dius coordinate.. we might just break the 15 man total 8-)

Can you take my post anymore out of context? I wrote ‘where are your guilds hiding?’ just after reset. Even people on your own server agreed that you had a quiet reset. I’m not quite sure how that relates to today.

Regarding your second point, call us a blob, zerg whatever makes you feel better about yourself. FURY had a 30 man raid on Gandara tonight and the only time we can be seen running with other AG guilds is when co-ordinating ambushes/traps. E.g. Faithleap Supply Camp tonight by the worm.

Personally, I welcome the blobs and enjoy the challenge of taking them on.

Yea and then what about Hills on your borderlands when you stood in Hills outnumbering us with your ‘30 man guild raid’ (Maybe smaller by then in fairness, but we were 11) and didn’t run out til Rddt hit us? What about reset specifically when all we saw was FURY + Kiss together? Im sure many other people who don’t post here could bring up many many more accounts.

We know very well what Piken are like, we met them before. Some of the guilds that left FSP are now playing there. When I remember some of the guilds that left us: Nugos, Green Fire, Za Drots, Velocity, Team Sweden, Balkan Legion to name just a few

No Wicked Im saying that we as all three servers should be promoting a less than 60 person blob. The one you had earlier was literally ridiculous. Again I never said we didn’t blob only that you started it on this specific evening. I suppose what I’m trying to highlight is that so long as one server blobs the others will too. Which makes me sad panda as the small scale combat is the best. But it takes the guilds of all the servers to promote this. Kale for instance had plenty by themselves to siege elsewhere while say the Pugs lay siege Bay for example and that’s what I really didn’t understand. Why all attack the same place like that with ALL the people on the map and have a cruddy experience due to the massive lag and such?

Now don’t get me wrong, sometimes it’s an unavoidable escalation but this time specifically, it wasn’t.

I might sound QQ’y but actually I’m happy, I caught up with my guildies in terms of rank in only one night ;P But that laggy playstyle thats being promoted makes me, and most likely lots of others, sad pandas.

As for the blob situation AG and Gandara must be telling us porky pies, we are all guilty of it, many of times i have seen you guys and thought “WOW thats one big blobby blob.”

Regardless of end scores i have had a great time this week. I would like to see us not get dropped, but even if we do its been a learning curve and at least we have had a taste of you guys at ur current standard and vice vesrsa.

Oh and 1 last thing, at start of this thread people we saying we put up too much defence, over sieged tower/keeps and fighting from behind walls and scouts around every corner (probably aimed at bay on our BL being attacked from all angles for hours early in the match up and pushed everyone out numerous times.) It was pretty dam hard for you to take anything we didn’t want you to have from us, and then came the WvW update, the real blame for the blob. So next time someone says “I blame FSP they are forcing us to blob up.” Just remember we played a different game before WvW update, so perhaps you would also think that we are feeling forced to blob to counter your blobs.

Set your mind back a few days or turn back to the beginning of this thread, we played a very different game at start match. FSP wasnt to blame for the blobbing up, the update was, and we are all countering each other, we are ALL guilty for letting the update change our gameplay.

Oh sure we are all blobbing and I wont deny it, and sure again it was the update that changed our style of play but for tonights stupid Zerg fest it was FSP’s fault. beforehand, we were all spread out having our selves small fights but then BAM 60 people all up in our grills. The idea on Gandara is to try and play separate as much as possible still but that’s hard to do when the servers against are literally playing with their entire server in one spot. <—- Only counter to that? ridiculous amount of siege and a massive blob of our own! I don’t even get how you guys enjoy that with all the Lag :/

I also know how you feel as a Pug server, Gandara was like that too not so long ago, but put it this way, if you feel we’re a guild server, wait until you fight Piken.

Anyway, do remember FSP do not have the amount of wvw guilds you 2 servers can put out every day. If you expect us to run around with a 30ppl pugzergs while there are 30ppl enemy guildstacks running around you should know better.

While FSP was in the lower tiers we rarely had anything near a blob. We ran in 30ppl zergs + striketeams allover the map, we could do this cause we faced similar pugzergs.
Most of our guilds ran in 10-15ppl groups around the map.

no I don’t expect you to field 30pugs Vs 30 man guild groups but when your zerg is mainly [Kale] and [TTN/TNN] (Guilds might I add) against our Pugs, I do expect them to split a little. I mean.. that zerg was ridiculous :P

Also we have 2 guilds which only field 30 if they’re very very lucky. Otherwise it’s all 10-15 with 20 normally being the max ;P

Can’t wait for the next PvE dungeon and all the Dungeoners go back to PvE! ;P

I would argue that Far Shiverpeaks has a lot more small scale action rather than AG but that’s just what I’ve seen thus far. I’ve seen all three servers megablob at least once so far in this matchup.

Started in AG borderlands with 10ish Dius and had a fair few fights which were nice Moved to EB and did the same but this time with our commander tag and still had some great fights. Afterwards went to Far Shiverpeaks with the Semper Yak swagtrain and had a barrel of fun there Fun matchup so far, lets keep it up

You can not pull 3-4g from WvW in ‘a night’ (I assume you mean an evening since most players do not play at night outside of friday night resets in EU), not unless you get lucky on the RNG and pull out several rares or exotics from player loot bags, your numbers are not possible otherwise, especially not consistently, unless, and this is in theory, you run around in WvW in a full Magic Find set while using Omnomberry Bars as your WvW food.

Nope but I can wrack up a hundred kills+ a night and then I do my nightly Heavy loot bag lottery of which is normally a good 50+ of em if I save them. I then sell those mats on the TP and after selling all mah greens and blues to the merch I have wracked up 3ish gold normally (With variance of course). Throw in on that the odd rare which you can salvage for ectos or sell by itself.

And Yes I mean evening. Like i said 3-4g if I only have to repair but then more 2gish should I upgrade some stuff. Also I do my daily while running around in WvW so I sell the stuff I get from that.

Lets not forget event cash.. something like 2-3silver a tower/camp? I’m not sure but if you cap and defend enough things that adds up.

Enjoyed the Night Necr + HoB + Vii but I will apologize for the Gandaran #YOLObus that hit critical zerg mass about 8:45Pm. The more fun fights where the ones in Hills and Bay (When you were in them at the same time and we were forced to split forces) when we were about 25 but it was still ridiculously hard killing you guys off :P All three of your guilds hit like choo choo trains. If we didn’t have all our Pugs in TS, you would have had a badge farm and a half I think. :P

Probably after 8pm as I kept checking supply levels in the group (for obvious reasons :P) and I never got over 35 when I checked (excluding Hills). I realise that you have to be right on top but we had everyone on TS so 99.9% of who was about was on top. Cliffside we probably had a bit more. When I first joined the map we had a hole in our Garrison so not really anywhere else people would have been.

But for Briar + Bay I would definitely say we had closer to 30 than 35. Although there was another commander in Bay 90% of the time but by the time my group arrived you had already cleared house and got on the wall. Then again I suppose anyone else on the TS may have sneaked in the group before the fights. But I liked fighting you guys, you hit like a train and even with our numbers, we have to be careful or you’d wipe us :P

Yeah there were moments where you had less and other times when you seemed to have more. I remember some fights between Briar and Bay. We got wiped a few times though. Our pugs are not on TS/VT with us (Russian guild, so even if they were, chances are slim they would understand it anyways) so we have to rely on them to just follow the commander. A lot of those big zerg fights ended up in just 15 people that were on vent together, against all of you :P
