I’d settle for consistency. Right now farming is quite idiotic. You are given boosters and food and armors that increase ‘magic find’, and they make crafting require items dropped by mobs. That’s fine, but after 30 minutes to an hour at a spot that drops what you need, even with boosters/food/mf gear, you don’t get much of anything because of the diminished returns. Not sure why it’s that way, but I’d rather have a steady loot drop rather than just more gold/class specific drops/etc.

If you’re talking about the hat and stuff, check the gem market. They put the wizard hat on there for 0 gems. You can afford it. Also, I noticed that once my ranger got to her elite skill, she had the bonus one.

The only MMORPG I have ever played that had an end game was Star Wars Galaxies. That was only because your professions were actual professions. I remember having a doctors office by the tuskan fort. I would sell buffs and heal wounds, and made a good fortune on it. I was well known on the server for it as well, just like certain musicians and dancers were well known for what they did. I also remember that if you wanted the best weapons this side of the galaxy, you shopped at Froxx’s.

Every game I’ve ever played other than that was just a grind out, and the only ‘end-game’ were expansions.

This is a serious bug that NEEDS to be fixed. I was clearing out my bank a bit to take advantage of the new deposit of items that once couldn’t be, like mystic coins.

I had 75 mystic coins in my bank, and I was going to right click and check the price of them on the market out of curiosity. Instead of clicking sell on traders, I selected mail item to. I didn’t want that so I quickly went for the clear button, but I instead clicked sent. My mystic coins immediately vanished from my inventory.

I was freaking out for a bit thinking the game just ate my 75 mystic coins, and I was kitten beyond belief. A few seconds later I get a mail from some random guy saying “Thanks! Merry Christmas!” At that point I was even more peeved that ANet set this up where a blank mail field would send my items to a random person. Seriously, why would you do that?

After begging a bit, I managed to get only 65 of my 75 coins back. I’m still peeved for ANets obvious glitch, but at least I got most of my coins back.

ANet, You need to look into this, and please see about refunding me my lost items because of this bug if possible.

What is the phone number to customer support. I’ve sent in many emails over the last few weeks and havnt gotten a response back.

PvP happens in a PvP area? Sounds horrible.
You didn’t attack because you wouldn’t have had a chance anyway and expect the enemy in a better position to act like carebears?
No one forces you to do the jumping puzzle. You do it to get badges for PvP rewards. It’s part of the battlefield.

The point is that when a group of people go out with the sole purpose of harassing other players it’s wrong.

Somebody further up said that if I cannot collect 500 badges I don’t deserve the legendary. I don’t agree with that. The badges of honor are the only PvP exclusive item in the whole recipe. There is nothing that you have to buy with glory is there? Every other mat is available in non PvP zones so why do I have to get badges to craft a legendary?

I’m sorry but I feel that the issue is being watered down. I don’t care about competitive play. I do it when I want for fun. When I’m not having fun I move on. Point is people should not have a pass to harass players just because it is a PvP zone and a PvE player should not be forced into a PvP zone for a PvE reward.

You are on their turf, they can do whatever they want to you. If you lack the numbers to fight back, that’s your problem, not theirs. You may as well complain that you invaded a foreign nations government facility just to go through the maze of rooms and get some intel or national treasure at the end, and the people of that nation shoot you for it. It’s the same kitten thing.

That’s a war zone. The jump puzzles out there were meant to be difficult. Don’t come in here and complain that you are being killed off by enemy players in a player vs player area.

You may as well also complain about zergs coming at you because you’re hitting their keeps. Again, I see no difference in the two.

This is a waste of time. I went for the JP. Didn’t follow the Zerg, didn’t try to take a keep, didn’t do anything to affect the PvP Game. It isn’t right, fair or in the spirit of competitive play for 30 people to attack one person who is in no way shape or form a threat in any situation.

It’s only unfair because YOU say it’s unfair! Your naiveness is just borderline insane. You ARE a threat to them. You are an enemy of an enemy realm.

Take MF away from gear and accessories. Only have it as consumables and boosters. Have the max % you can have for MF be the combination of highest food with highest booster combines and adjust drops to match that %.

Servers aren’t dead. Game is 3 months old. All the casual players finally got their level 80 toons now, so it seems that no one is in the low level areas any more. Nearly the same amount (maybe a little less or a little more) are playing still, you just don’t realize it because many people have gotten their toons to 80 now.

It’s cut off my Dagger Storm a few times.

How do you bot a JP, especially when it has random paths and environmental traps?

I’ve only had loot drop from champs maybe 30% of the time.

I wonder if you can re-do all of the dungeons again and get rewarded the same fir each…possibility of having enough mats to make all the pets?

Actually, cheapest I’ve found new is about 18-20$. Since you can’t buy this game used, it’s hard to find cheap.

lol I panicked and ran to the nearest guards in WvW, I thought I’d get some help but one by one the guards fell to these little death dealers! I ran inside the garrison! lol

The question here would be, do they attack the doors and walls? If so, I want to lead a zerg in opening a ton of these, then leading them to a wall and dying…….I’d love to see a keep burn by princesses.

I hope they don’t nerf them. I like watching them clear out entire zones by themselves.

I would literally kitten my pants. I’m a thief built to take on groups in PvE. I’ve never had a problem with 8 or so at the same time, but these things just outright murder me. Even is I throw my stealth bubble down, their AoE just takes me out. I’ve only been able to take the entire group out maybe 4 or 5 times in a level 80 zone.

If you mean the Severed Dagger….it wasn’t on par with the other weapon skins like the chainsaw or scyth…..It was an uggly dagger with an ugly arm holding on it…It looked really stupid and the functionality style on it was stupid as well

It’s not ANets fault you have either a faulty router, or a faulty connection.

Since Halloween had no daggers, I have to say Wintersday, even though it looks like a piece of wood.

How’d it boot all of you? It couldn’t have been because of the new build restart.

I was in fractals yesterday and we were all given a 3 hour notice that the servers would restart, and it reminded us ever 15 minutes or so, so if you all somehow took over 3 hours to do a fractal, that’s not ANets fault.

I log in this morning to see many many gold spammers in Lions Arch, however, the thing that really got to me is when I checked my in game mail, I had a gold seller spam mail…..sent to me by myself?

It seems the gold sellers can manipulate the mail system now to display the persons name instead of their own so you can’t report them.

Only armor I found worth my time was the order of whispers vest…everything else didn’t matter because there was nothing good. My character now looks like a half dressed male prostitute, but it was better then the alternatives.

There’s no telling about what names get reported. I had a friend whose main was named for an Irish village, and was forced to change it. Rather than look at the actual name, they take the report itself as evidence the name’s offensive.

I do know that even game companies have to be careful of what they do that may be considered ‘discrimination’ over the internet. I remember a few times where some of the games I played had to issue apologizes for it.

You get jewels from mining….hidden troves from sutting down trees…and dyes from harvesting. It’s nothing new.

I see a lot of bonuses out there for different things, but I see nothing for people that own every Guild Wars 1 game in collectors edition, minus Eye of the North because there WASN’T a collectors edition of that game made. Does that mean that because I did not get this game (Stopped playing when I bought Aion, again collectors edition), I am out of all those extra items/achievements/titles?

That’s a huge part of the game. You will find many unidentified dye in your travels (both from killing mobs and from harvesting plants) and certain dyes have different levels of rarity. You can even buy and sell dyes from the traders.

I’ve been finding a lot of players recently that have been using an odd flying/teleporting hack. I’ve seen other post about it here, and even a guy with a video, but in the last 3 days I’ve seen many players using it in both PvE, and WvW (Mainly around the JP)

ANet, please add an option for Hacking under the reporting screen.

Why do people keep bringing price into this, I am talking about the items, the skill mainly.

Now if I go out and buy an iPhone 5 with a GPS maps system that drives you into the ocean when trying to find a restaurant, and a month later they release an iPhone 5 that actually had a working maps system, but you had to either rebuy the phone or purchase a new expensive app to replace the crappy maps system they originally had, would you not get a bit peeved? Again, using your own analogy here.
