Never make multiple tickets. If it has been over 3 days, you can post in Gaile’s 3 day or older tickets thread.

Weird. They gave me every gem back. Plus some extra for the second fused dagger I had (I requested, but said I understand if they can’t do anything). 4100 gems. 3 costumes (outfits) 4 khaki shorts and some duplicate gem weapons and the like.

I hope they figure it out for you.

So… is it really true you can only do 1 path per day? Like you can’t do cof 1 and then Arah 1 and get gold rewards for both?

I am often treated fine by support with these things. .. I have never not received a requested refund. How was your ticket worded? I try to always compliment them first, say how much I love buying things and supporting the game, and then explain my problem. I don’t know if it matters, but it hasn’t failed me yet!

It is also possible that they just don’t see any reason to refund these crystals. Because they are essentially charges. You can use them for the exact purpose you bought them for. Just because now with farming charges with map completions and such you wouldn’t have had to buy them, I’m not sure it warrants a refund in my book. Because you can use them for their initial purpose still.

Anyway good luck. I hope you get what you need!

Update, other users reported this started happening after they visited The Grove, which I most certainly did. Might want to avoid it if possible, and warn others.

Interesting. I couldn’t pinpoint exactly when it went wrong, but yes, it was certainly after this. I experienced severe lag at the Grove, and switched characters as soon as I got my dyes from my parked Sylvari.

Additional info: I logged into my second account on the same computer and I could chat. Logged into my main account again, and still couldn’t chat. It is account based and not client/download based.

In addition I would caution against asking for money back because it can lead to you never being able to purchase gems again because Anet does not want to spend more money on charge backs.

You say that like it’s a bad thing. They talked me out of ever giving them any money again more than a year ago. At this point, blocking my right to buy gems would be like revoking my license to drive the Lunar Rover. If I have to jump through additional customer service hoops to extract my money from this failure parade, so be it.

Fractal Changes

• From now until the next feature patch (2020), bobble heads are now a permanent instability for fractals above 10. The head will get larger for each tick of agony. We have done this to ensure a continuing challenge for our players.
• Due to the changes in the Fractals in scales above 10, we will be resetting all levels down to 10. This will be to accommodate the coming leaderboards which will be detailed below.
• After much thought, we have determined that the best metric for fractal skill should be “How large was the player’s head before completing the fractal?” This is to encourage the use of more balanced gear types, so that players do not need to dodge telegraphed attacks that produce agony. We feel that this is the best way to separate the good players from the exploiters.

 

Open World and Dungeon Changes

• All aggro’d elite and veteran mobs will have an infinitely long leash range. These mobs will follow you out of a map, an instance, anywhere, until you either kill them or log out for at least 2 hours. (If you encounter Dredge, any Dredge left alive will spawn a clown car of 200 other dredge that will also be aggro’d infinitely.)
• All dungeon safe spots have been walled off. If a player attempts to approach one, the player is instantly downed and all pieces of armor completely broken (but you don’t have to pay to fix it!).
• In order to complete a dungeon path each day, each player must watch all of the cut scenes that detail the story prior to the place in time which the particular path is placed. This is to increase immersion.
• All dungeons have events to contest them, which take at a minimum of 15 minutes to complete and a maximum of 5 minutes to respawn. This is to increase immersion.

 

Black Lion Trading Post Additions

• Sick of all the mobs chasing you? Buy the Infinite Deaggro Pass which will grant you access to the Deaggro room. This cannot be used in dungeons or PvP, but can be yours for the small price of 2000 gems! Be the only one in your party to escape, and leave the guardians to do the dirty work!
• Dredge Mini Pack: 500 gems. Get these cute cuddly minis today! Pack includes 50 mini dredge chasing and attacking you from behind (no, they can’t hurt you!), a rolling dredge clowncar, and a mini Rabsovich.
• All of the returned town clothes tonics are now offered in the Style section of the gem store. Get yours before we run out! 200 gems per tonic.

Why do you need a new greatsword based legendary if you say there is no reason anymore to use it ?

You have heared that your legendary will get accountbound with the patch, so you can simply move it to your guardian or mesmer if you want ?
