Buy more bank tabs if your at max i belive its 12, then start to buy mules you can have up to 67 characters now so thats plenty of mules for the account bound stuffs.
For all else start and upgrade personal guild banks, oh and dont forget to add another account to it so you dont lose it if you accidently leave guild with main.

Answer to OP’s question: anet doesn’t want you to change these item between Charakter. Anet wants you to buy more for $. Solution for all your problems: buy more of these items. For example:
I currently own 30 Charakter and I bought the infinite harevsting tools for each Charakter which cost me only around 70.000 gems, (not 90.000, because of special offers). All problems are solved no, never need to put them into bank again!Edit: of course the same about infinite salvage kits or airship passes. Even if you like some play items like carpet or flute, just buy multiple for each char! It’s really easy, just spend some $ or € or a little bit ingame gold!

Why do you need to delete? Just keep leveling and do hero points on map and if you do that then before 80 you will have all the traits/utility skills unlocked.

The issue isn’t that I don’t know how to get there, it’s the fact that I can’t get the daily by doing things I would have done anyway, I have to go out of my way to do them.
Yes the new daily system take you out of your comfort zone and have you do diff areas of the game.
For that you get more rewards now since the old rewards got changed into just log in and poff get it.
If you want to do daily fast on any char just join the custom arenas and get pvp dailys done in 10-25 mins.

Is there, in the works, a system where people playing with others in their guild (as opposed to running around solo) would get any type of extra bonus. Example: I run a dungeon with other players that I find in LFG (no guild mates) and I get the standard reward. But if I join with a guildie we can get an additional chest or loot. What I am looking for is in game mechanics that make playing together with your guild more advantageous that being on your own…and emphasis on the guild part of GuildWars.
You already get something and thats more influence for your guild, playing with guildies should advance the guild not give you a personal reward.

No since the last slot is elite and you get it at 71 it wont be and they said the spec will be 80 content, unless you mean in spvp yea you will have it there

Just give us mounts and get rid of the WPs,
Dont forget you need to stable your mount when you log out 20s an hour then the feed to keep it alive 1 gold a day. ( paid retroactivly if you come back after a long break ofcourse)

You mean like removing the night time effect was hopefully a mistake in april 2014 over a year ago and still not fixed.
Actually the Druid was the first specialization mentioned, back when they first revealed specializations. They didn’t give much details, just that rangers Spec was Druid, getting a staff, and being more support based.

They should especially do this for the hearts that REQUIRE the events in order to get heart completion. Waiting almost an entire hour for an event to trigger to get map completion is just aggravating.

The one in Diessa Plateau called “Assist the Ash Legion” .
There’s an event that takes forever to start but is the only normal paced way to complete the heart. Players can get lucky and get a mob to randomly jump out if they walk into the right spot but there’s not enough and the progress is so miniscule that by the time they respawn the even is close to starting and it ends up taking almost an hour anyway. This was a long time ago, however, that I had this problem. I remember having another heart that took similarly as long but it’s been far off my thoughts and I don’t remember. Anyway, people have made forum posts about this heart taking too long to complete before.
Oh I never done that heart event just kill mobs to get it dont take that long

I understand there are HOT masteries and core masteries but why limit us to where we get exp for them. They are all GW2 masteries and therefore why not allow us to play how we want to level them up? I mean Exp is exp regardless of where we play in the game.
I know that the beta is only a tiny little section of what will be the full expansion, but still if someone wants to run a dungeon they are still in the game so why not count that exp towards whatever mastery they are training in at the time.
IMO pigeon holing us into region specific content that requires potentially millions if not billions of exp to level them all up is ridiculous.
Not really since there are no dungeons in heart of thorns as far as we know you will be able to exp core masterys at a faster rate then expansion ones.

To use an elite spec you need to have the expansion and be level 80 and unlock it using hero points. Since you’re boosted to lvl 80 and everything is unlocked in sPvP you’d just need the expansion for using it there. Some professions will be getting a single main-hand or off-hand weapon, but each weapon should really open up some new playstyles for a given profession.
No profession got a single main-hand weapon if they dont change the engineer to mace instead of hammer and then they lie on the.
The ranger’s druid specialization will allow the ranger access to the staff weapon, while some other lucky profession will finally get access to a hammer.
I’m curious if the way that mastery training works in the betas will carry over to the final release. While I know the game is still being iterated and refined for release, I really hope that masteries will be able to be trained anywhere in the game.
In BWE1 I honestly got bored playing in the small area of verdant brink after about 2 hours and my guild and I decided to go run some dungeons to try out the new specializations using core game content. We were really disappointed to find that none of the exp we got doing that carried over to mastery training. Now I see this line in the BWE2 blog post “Train your Masteries in the jungle region as you play through the story and event content available in Verdant Brink.” So I can only assume that the same will happen in BWE2.
I’m hoping that you are just doing this for the betas and won’t carry it over once the expansion is released. Otherwise this really goes against your own manifesto of playing the game how you want, by forcing us into this small area to train millions upon millions of exp to level up all the masteries.
Keep up the great work ANET, I love the game it’s just this one issue that bugs me and hope that it won’t stay this way and is only a beta issue.
You have diffrent masterys for heart of thorns and vanilla tyria.
You can only train heart of thorn masterys like Exalted Lore in the expansion regional zones take note of the s there since there will be more then the 25% of verdant brink you get to play in the beta.
And you will only train mastery lines like pact commander line in original game maps.
All of the exp you gain in betas will be wiped your testing the game not getting a head start.

I wouldn’t swear by it, but I thought they said there would be a way for non-xpac owners to get the specializations, just not the new class and other game content. That being said, though, I am not certain.
From all we have seen so far, the Elite Specializations are for expansion purchasers only. The regular, original Specializations that already exist are for all players.
As for the original post, you will unlock the Elite Specialization similar to how you unlock other current Specializations; by leveling it up through the Training Tab of the Hero Panel with Hero Points.
Yes they will be unlocked for core people in spvp onIy think was the statement.

OK, the thing is that i already have the xpak, so i just wanna know if i can play with the spec with a new character withow hiting 80…? i know talents perks or whatever are on at 21 so… can i use the spect at level 21??
Since last line is the one who add elite spec slot option it would be at the earliest lvl 71 but it could very well be you have to be 80 in any case, we dont have enough info.

The Brazilian kid hasn’t had 3 years worth of enjoyment from the game, you did. You got three years worth of enjoyment for what you paid for. And if that doesn’t make sense to you then maybe this will. Your time was worth that money, if you don’t agree then maybe you’d like to work for free from now on since you apparently don’t think your time is worth anything.
And now he gets to have the same experience I had without paying a cent. It would be nice if Anet did something to thank their players who have been playing since beta instead of trying to drive us away.

It depends on the game I guess, that’s why we can’t make an accurate comparison between systems.
In Lotro for example bosses dropped specific raid tokens with 100% chance every time. So one boss dropped raid boots, the next raid gloves etc. In a regular group of 12 you would get your boots at most after 12 runs. Sooner if some of them run the raids on their own without you, or longer if you run with pugs. But even with pugs as time progressed and people got their raid boots, your time was getting closer and closer. After each run you made some progress.
In the random roll GW2 system you might never get a drop you want. Not in a million years and there is nothing you can do about it.
Oh but you do gw2 got a token system aswell you run your dungeon get tokens by what ever item you want.
Too bad tokens aren’t used for all the good things… I didn’t see Tequatl or Triple Wurm dropping tokens, I might have to try them again and look harder.

Ya, you are right right now that is the only way people can change their guild name, but it would be great in the future if we could pay to change it if we wanted to.
Also open up for a guild to be bad eggs stealing dungeons etc then just change their guild name and continue doing it.

Wait, why are you guys upset at IGN? There is nothing in the post revealing a whole lot. We already knew GW2 is releasing “challenging group content”, and a raid is just that. Just curious, what else would you expect new challenging group content to be?

Let me throw out this proposal. Dump MF altogether and link drops by tier and amount of time played. Only thing not to change is precursor drop rate. Should this be implemented account bound or character bound?
As an example, where first color reference is what drops now in game by RNG.Played under 1k hrs – RNG is the same as it is now in game
Played 2k hrs – Blue drops now are green drops, green/yellow, yellow/exotic, exotic/ascended
Played 3k hrs – Blue drops now are yellow, green/exotic, exotic/ascended
Played 5k hrs – minimum drop exotics, what was green on up is ascended (which now becomes salvageable).Think about it Anet!
Just no, think about it blue greens are considered worthless since they drop so much if you up that to yellows they will be considered worthless aswell since anet would have to nerf ectos or remove them from yellows entierly.
Then do the same when majority of the people hit 3-5k and start to get exotic and ascended as candy.

So the question really is, why havent you?
Cultural Armor : All 45 set of armors.
Dye Collection : They could divide it in 3 collection. One for all Common/Uncommon, one for all standard Rare and one of all exclusive dye.
Weapons Set Collections : There is around 50 Weapons set that doesn’t have any collection about them.
Legendary weapons collections : Not much people would go for that one, but it could give some epic reward. I would hope it include a kitten title.
Tonic : There is a lot of tonic but right now they can’t because a lot of them are not account bound on use. Ideally, they could create a new system a bit like that they did with Minis for the tonics.
Ascended Trinkets : Would be costly, but it would give a nice sink for laurels, guild recommendation, fractals, etc. It wouldn’t be a waste anymore since you could then salvage the useless ascended trinkets.
Dont you already get emperor title for the cultural armors?
They are only “pathetic” because you set your expectations high to begin with. If you remember them from the early days you should know they were nerfed to these levels because they were run so frequently back then that the influx of coin and items from them were disrupting the economy.
The dungeon rewards were never nerfed, nor changed since they were introduced. The devs said they will be watching them and make adjustments as needed, but no adjustments were ever made to them.
Sorry, the ability to run a path them an unlimited number of times on an account and get the full reward was changed.
Add to that the bosses used to drop flat out 15 silver each that you could affect with gold% food that are now locked behind daily reward chest thats not affected by said gold% food

Tbh i think the whole elite spec+masteries is entirely set up to be the way expansions will work in the future. I feel A-Net is creating a mold in wich to fit all future expansions. That’s a good thing, it means they will probally be able to make em sooner now, since the baseline is set, and won’t have to stop releasing the living story for so long either. Let’s say for the Jormag expansion for example, just replace gliding with snowboarding, have the mountains as an area, and we are set to go :p
