Indeed, always get in touch with the support as soon as possible. Submit a ticket providing the required information listed here: How to submit a ticket.
Then as explained here: Multiple tickets, don’t do it, avoid opening duplicates, it will delay your answer.
Finally, if you have been waiting for more than 3 days, please post in this specific thread for a review: Tickets for Review 3 days and older.

Then, about sending duplicate tickets, please, as explained here: Multiple tickets, don’t do it it will delay your answer, avoid doing it.
