8:45pm Central timezone, upon world select, the below 3 servers are the only ones all at FULL status. Yep, BG & JQ quit for the 2nd week in a row. The forum warriors of those servers talked the talk but when their servers needed them most during prime times of their server locale, they couldn’t walk the walk.

Server status doesn’t reflect the WvW population of a server. We’ve been down this road multiple times until Anet releases data on queue’s (if any etc) then we won’t know who has more world vs world pop.

Ben I’m on every night, and I’m not a member of jq that gives up, It’s the inbetween sea and Na i believe because sea is good, and around 9pm central we start to gain a little back, but we seem to lose it right before that every night. Our transition from when one group logs off and the other doesn’t come on for a few hours is what hurts the most right now I think.

It’s easy enough complaining on the forums about something when things aren’t fine and dandy but I personally would rather see people who are wanting to be part of the solution instead especially when the going gets tough. So if you have ideas pop on Jadequarry.com and help out.

I would like to report at least 12 of my members that DCed last night while on JQB. Even reconnecting those users were still impacted. The remainder of us were experiencing sporadic freezing issues that would stall the game with nothing moving, then flash forward to action/death. Times reported are between 9-11PM CST 5/20/2013.

Are you sure the freezing issue wasn’t when you tried taking them to the van? I would imagine that would make a lot of people want to forget what happened But on a serious note this is a huge problem and hurts the map cause well no one wants to play on the map at any hour of the day.

Something you will definitely have if you come to JQ is comraderie and the willingness of everyone around you and if you are a commander you will have some of the most loyal followers out there. Some people will even follow you off cliffs to their imminent death if it so means they stay on the tag

You delivered nothing but hate and drama in a forum that you don’t belong in. Being 3rd place in a tier that is highly competitive among all 3 servers hardly means anything. Just ask FA, they are skilled but have placed 3rd in tier 2 many times. Same with TC. Please stop the unnecessary drama.

Feel bad for DB All these mediocre transfer guilds are really reducing the servers overall skill level.

Any guilds on DB who may be willing to step it up with an amazing group in JQ are more than welcome to explore the possibilities. I had a couple hours on JQBL last night with EMP and some others, and it was an amazingly good time holding a paper garrison from numbers twice or three times our size. It’s starting to feel again like it should. I logged off smiling and would be quite happy to share that experience with other guilds looking for real T1 combat.

According to RE they were the best of EMP, and since they are rather mediocre, how would transferring to JQ help?

No offense boss, and i’m not trying to start more drama. But as a commander on JQ i’ll take the current version of EMP then what it was before their so called “best” went to DB. The ones who decided to stay and remain with us on JQ are a great group of pvpers.

At least now i can count on EMP players and commanders to not rage quit the map when things go bad like noodles had a reputation for.

I do know that TW is always harping about the lack of loot they get now though. That in itself should be telling at the quality of players you all got in RE

Oh really, the countless hours we have spent every single day in home borderlands, keep our keeps safe from both bg and sor during na prime, with no guilds stepping it up to push tw in their home bl, while we try to push sor bl sometimes, no other guilds would take charge of the home bl and lose everything there (when they try to, usually they fail to defend any), atleast we try to push tw often, any other guilds in JQ dare to try it? NO. we have sf, ward & stei and his shenanigans followers stacking up in BGBL doing kitten rping or one of their so called drunk nights or w/e, This is the kind of attitude from some of JQ community on why we finally decided to leave, not running away from competition, but to be with a better community.

Omen, you have seen yourself s how the JQ community treats you when you leave, not a single ounce of respect for exi & omen who pushes every single day keeping JQ ppt up. Btw why bother to criticize omen when they field only 10 guys with hacks & we are the worse of emp with only 20% of emp, so nothing more to read here & move along.

FOO/AGGR/SANC/FIRE is no longer in JQ?

AGGR active membership has integrated into other guilds. FIRE is alive and kicking and you’ll probably see em out there naked at least once a week. FOO also is alive and kicking. You won’t see one giant ball of one tag during SEA but that doesn’t mean a guild is dead or transferred. I talk to both ATM/FOO daily and they both are committed to JQ win/lose/draw.

Wouldn’t it have been a better idea to gather all your guilds info and links there first, and then make an official post on the GW2 forums, complete with all accurate and up to date info, instead of having to edit your information?

Firstly I plead with fellow JQ’ers to keep things informative and not let the thread get off topic because well then its not really a recruitment thread :P Next I ask anyone who’s looking for any info about JQ or considering JQ to contact any of the team leads. If your not sure who to contact shoot me a message on this forum (Easier to get ahold of me here ) or contact Jedbacca who is always around as well it seems We can put you in contact with people who will help answer any questions you have about jade quarry. Now some may say JQ its your time to drop a tier we’ve all done it and JQ has as well it’s just been a really really long time since we were in Tier 2 and most of us on JQ have been through the tough times where we had two maps almost always outmanned and we perservered. During these time’s we had some of the most fun ever because well when winning isn’t on the table you do things for your friends/allies and server mates. This attitude has persisted through both the good and the bad times. But one thing is for certain if you do decide to come to JQ you will be pitted against the best competition out there in GW2 and you will be challenged every night to improve both on an individual and a guild level. This is the challenge that will keep you coming back night in and night out and its one of the reason’s GW2 is so fun. So if your willing to face a challenge and have to constantly adapt then JQ is the server for you.

I don’t think the addition of IRON will make us this beast that others are stating we will become. What it will do however, is give is an extremely formidable EU guild that can wreak havoc in whatever map they choose to go to. This will help our NA forces as we won’t have to do as much re-capping, re-sieging, and re-upgrading of our objectives that we’d lose during EU times. This will make our NA stronger, but we still need more assistance in the SEA timezone to help our SEA brothers combat the BG mega force of WM/ND/THAI/MEOW/etc as well as JQ’s all around coverage.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves.

For the people that are saying JQ is dead, come on now let’s be realistic instead of fatalistic. This is not the first time that JQ have found themselves having to dig deep. Of the 3 servers currently in T1, we are the only one that has “organically” formed and as such, we have a large PvE base. We haven’t had the influx of WvW only guilds that SoR and BG have had recently. If ANet is going to insist on having these limited time only PvE events every month, JQ is going to suffer and that’s going to be a fact of life to deal with.

Yes, JQ has been #1 in T1 for a long time now. The dominance of SoS seems to be forever ago, but it wasn’t that long ago in GW history that JQ was digging in their heels as the honeybadger and clawing 3rd and 2nd every week against a stacked SBI and SoS. We’ve done it before, we can do it again.

Have we gotten a bit soft and spoilt for being #1 for so long and forgotten our honeybadger past and we’ll have to adapt and remember our roots? Possibly…but hey, it ain’t easy being green

Such a match up will not occur anytime soon. Last I heard from the Dragonbrand server is that Red Essence is still gathering funds to transfer Noodle’s “North American Leader” title from Jade Quarry to Dragonbrand. The ego packed in the title is too much for just one server transfer.

AoS will not transfer server’s. Most of us have been on the server since launch and the rest of us have played for months together we are a crew of players that will remain regardless of the score/outcome we play to have fun and kill anything that is red. Ultimately we will remain a part of the JQ community because lets be honest a night running drunk with HzH and SF is tons and tons of fun!

Maybe, a few but please do not say all. Love how people make judgements on server they have never even met in battle. Wait a month and the dragons might be in T1… There is no rush for us as you can see by our slow progression up the tiers… We are nothing like a bandwagon, yet.

The slow progression you speak of is due to glicko not by choice just saying lol. And multiple guilds coming to JQ LA to recruit is low you seem respectable I would talk to them about it personally as it reflects badly on the server as a whole.

Wow … Go look at millennium again under Dragonbrand … LOL. We sat in most tier we went through for more than one week often times not even winning that tier… So this due to glicko thing is just laughable..

As for recruiting I suggest you send mail or message these guilds leader directly with screenshot of this occurring. Though it might just be trolls trying to start something…. Just don’t feed it.

Your recent climb towards Tier 1 I should say. Once you reached tier 2 the remainder will be slow because of glicko not because of the players on the server.

Whats with all these calls all of a sudden from BG to “kick Jade Quarry out T1” you do know that JQ and SoR are the only 2 servers who will even come close to giving a fun and somewhat balanced T1 fight.
