If we are buying so many guilds why is it we still have almost non existant EU Guild Coverage? BG has what 3-4 guilds who are EU exclusively and a few that run during this time zone? JQ has 1 small EU guild and a bunch of pugs. Huge difference yet you guys don’t show up during this timezone at all.

Yeah it is not like there is a massive dead zone where after we have to fix all the damage done so that JQ can get there kitten kicked during NA.

IF it wasen’t for paper keeps on ourside and tier 3 on yours we could do something, but that is now how it is. If we had any SEA we would tear a hole in you, but right now we have a lot of work to do.

We log in and every thing is broken and we need to rebuild it. We show up, but so those yours and while you only have SG that is of any threat it dose not change the fact that it is hard to take tier 3 keeps full of randoms with 15 RK.

SG is a PST prime time guild if there is any SG on during EU it is a select few who have other things to do most times during the time slot and Occasionally are online. If you meant SR then yes they are a god send because they are always helping out where need be and never run from fights.

Considering I was leading a fair bit last night and scouting the other bit when the supposed “spying” is happening I think I know a bit about it. I mean we have lots of small groups who are really good at following zergs and roamers and making sure we have intel at all times.

JQ is STACKED!

Wow, not the same server from 1 month ago.

JQ has all 4 maps on queue during Asian time zones….crazy I know, haha.

BG commanders during that time slot should instruct their players to stack and defend your home lands solely so the JQ players on the other 3 maps gets bored out of their minds.

All 4 maps are not queued during asian times, usually EB has a queue and maybe one other map if people are stacking to try to break a waypoint. People just communicate which map is being hit and drag people from map to map.

All 4 maps can be queued during SEA timezone and frequently is. I know because I have an alternate account on JQ and after being told this was the case I logged in on that account and found there actually was 4 maps queued. This was during the week, mind you, not on the weekend with people pulling OT from other timezones. Ive literally never seen BG with 4 maps queued during SEA when I have been there and I play SEA timezone ~90% of nights. On rare occasions SOR has had queues, but only a couple of times in the few weeks I spent there.

Once leagues start I suspect JQ will have queues during sea almost every night. SOR may be able to pull it off depending on just how much of an influx in numbers we see (from leagues). And BG probably wouldn’t pull it off without massive restructuring and timezone changes to get NA players to play during this timezone OR getting more sea guilds onboard.

We don’t condone these sort of activities. Just because someone does it doesn’t mean JQ or TC are responsible. It happens to us all at one point or another. Simple fact of the matter it is crappy but nothing we can do but report it. But don’t try placing blame on other servers simply because you think its true.

• JQ – 84,965 out of 249,533 (34.05%)
• SoR – 92,039 out of 240,757 (38.23%)
• BG – 96,388 of 229,442 (42.01%)

If you claim something then it’s BG that actually doesn’t play for PPT and focuses on fights/stomping. BG has the most points not from tick even though it has the least total out of the 3 servers.

From my perspective, all this indicates is that BG, as a whole, spikes its downed opponents better than the other two servers – this will fluctuate undoubtedly.

Focuses on spikes and has better BLB control when they are fighting. It fluctuates across timezones though and is definitely something that could change and probably will change depending on the bloodlust changes.

Enjoyed the Full Map Blobs from both JQ and BG double teaming us on hills in JQ, wiping them both in the Lords Room, and then having JQQ use their, lets say… “Abilities” to shoot superior arrow carts into the Lords Room.

JQ has been top 3 throughout the history of mmo.millenium’s records. Those records include all but about the first month after the game was released. In that first month, there was all kinds of craziness in the ratings, along with people leveling chars, running through all of the PVE content, and figuring out how to play their classes. If you want to knock on JQ because they weren’t in T1 throughout all of that craziness, then you are missing the point. After things settled down, JQ never dropped below 3rd place.

Also, to respond to the guy pointing out that JQ has 54 medals to the EU server’s 55, if you add up the total medal count for the EU servers, they add up to 165. The NA servers’ total medal counts add up to 162, so for whatever reason, the EU count includes an extra week. Thus, you can conclude that JQ has actually been top 3 for at least 54 weeks.

Are you trying to say 1 week matches dont count? Because for every server, those were the real deal when they were announced (SBI/JQ/ET claimed 1 and 3 day matches were too random — 1 week didnt help them either). That is when WvW really started, and JQ just happened to be T2 in one of the very first 1 week matches. Also there wasn’t actually much craziness. What you remember is inflated scores, but the scores got nerfed eventually. JQ/CD/DB happened because DB and CD pushed themselves to T2, JQ got put in T2 by HoD. SBI/JQ/DB happened because DB was actually winning most of its matches, and SBI/JQ were fighting HoD and subsequently losing. It was all based on ranking however, guru was even predicting matches back then.

From what I heard the queue time on reset night does not seem to be too different among t1 servers, on bg it’s usually about 2 hours for reset night, is it similar to jq/sor?

If anything the number just allow us to truly understand the wvw population size on all t1 servers. Bg is just able to measure it more accurately because we get a higher percentage into ts.

The WvW population size can only be measured if Anet released the numbers. The amount in TS isn’t directly proportional to people on the map due to a variety of factors. Yes TS is helpful but it doesn’t show you a comparision of numbers. Just because a server doesn’t have as many in TS doesn’t mean their population is lower.

No it is because SoR is always attacking us so we do not have time to take your stuff. The SoR, JQ double team last Monday is what have broken most of our keeps.

During EU it is more or less a BG vs the World kind of thing. Yeah SoR will fight JQ if they have to, but they would rather fight BG because we have less upgraded keeps and smaller numbers.

Same with JQ. They would rather fight us then any one else again because we are the easier target during EU.

Paid or not, you transffered to the most stacked server in NA (Not timezone, bracket)

It was the timezone, bracket we came for not the stacked nature of the server as a whole. We had been approached over the last few weeks from representatives of JQ,BG and SOR so we sent out scouts to these servers for a week to run with guilds get a feel for the community and bring that information back to vote on.

The decision was based on the compatibility of [AFTL] with these servers and in particular during our timezone, were a havoc guild we don’t field large numbers so we don’t stomp around maps and hold the line like larger guilds. It was also a strong factor that we had some guilds we have worked well with in the past and know how we operate as this would speed up our integration and effectiveness that left a strong pull towards SOR with [IRON] and BG with [COIN].

From our findings all three servers are in fact in an arms race against each other so no matter what side you choose your going to get flack from one or both of the other servers who would wish you to believe you would have been better with them, no offence to any of the other servers you have great communities but we voted with what was in our own interests as much as the servers themselves.

Were not here for an easy ride and so far we haven’t gotten it were here to stomp and get stomped in equal measure and learn what we can to better ourselves vs roamers and similar sized havoc squads something that has quickly died out in the EU top tier bracket where the Blobs now primarily rule supreme and individual guild raids have become a thing of the past. Don’t get me wrong were are not disillusioned into thinking NA servers are the opposite we do not wish to be forced to be a blob guild nor feel forced to be part of such and NA for the time being primarily playing outside of NA prime still facilitates the opportunity for us to play the way we want.

Wastin time explainin to trolls, eventually you will figure it out, haha.

That said, just look at the gold medal count of JQ vs BG vs SOR. SOR has 7, compared to 14 and 19 respectively, a guild lookin for an easy ride would not be bandwagonin to SOR.

The relevance of the medals means nothing lol. If you look at how recent each side won their medals that truly shows who joining would bandwagon. JQ hasn’t won consistently since May. While BG/SoR have consistently won in that time since. (JQ has 1 win), BG (10~), SoR (7).

I have to apologize to a couple members of the AFS guild on SOR. Somehow during one of the 3-way fights lag sessions on BG BL Garrison. I was lagging at Greenwater village then started time warping and my guardian staff just went nuts and mowed you guys down. My rate of Fire went nuts and it went full machinegun mode on the staff #1 skill. I honestly didn’t realize that it was doing that til after you guys dropped dead. I thought it was part of the skill lag. If i knew i was glitched like that i would have backed out.

so yeah sorry about that.

It’s happened before. I’ve seen it happen on a ballista that was crazy scary to see 10 shots every like 3 seconds people were just literally disappearing with how fast they died lol.

So, Tuesday night Kelo decided to record and make his first video ever. I think the trolling is cute in the video. SF had an offense of 26 members, and a total of 34 online on the map. SG had just left the map and SoR appeared to want to dance w/us, so here we tango! The remaining 8 were running havoc and scouting spawn tower and north hills. This was the most hardcore fight that we were involved in this week. We had to bail before the fight was over, apparently BG thought it was a great idea to setup 5 trebs in NE supply camp. Razethh and I were pretty much giving each other the Good Game after the fight. He told me that they brought three teams and kept splitting on us which was extremely hard to keep up with.

In some of the parts you will notice the field movements, but from a Kelo perspective it is hard to see just how coordinated the attacks were from the SoR teams. We had spawn advantage which helped, but we were reluctant to not do a full wipe in the camp and stay mobile with at least 15 on the tag and alive. Vic was calling the primary fight, at one point he did get downed and I had to take over calling.

This fight lasted almost 15 minutes and was a non-stop kite fest mixed with, “OH GOD kitten IT THEY ARE DOING THE THING WITH THE THING AGAIN!” “RALLY RALLY RALLY BRRWRRAAAAAAAAAAAAA.” Apparently Vic likes to use the term, “drop the baby” these days, which added hilarity to the fight, because we were “dropping the baby on chokes.”

In any case, cheers to the teams on SoR for making that the fight of the week for us!

I have two characters with Comm tags that I take out in WvW. One is a tall Norn Guardian with the Medieval armor from the gem store, typically in red, white and blue. The other is a huge Charr Warrior with the upper body of a tiger god and the lower body of a horse (all parts involved), with CoF armor. Colors are typically random depending on our theme night, but you’ll usually see me with a wild pack of SF around whether it is 1-2 to 35. You will also notice me on the field where your teams are probably spamming their aoe’s and cc’s, quite possibly already marked with a target from a member of your group.

I got a hell of a lot of respect for all commanders out there, we all know what it’s like out there in the open field Scary place out there when you have a server full of people you are fighting and the person they want dead first is typically the commander.

You lack an army of look alikes. Look at Waha he does it right you on the other hand sir need an army of look alikes or you will never equal his greatness!

BG has not picked up 2 SEA guilds and a EU lol. That’s quite the imagination you got there.

IRON didnt go to SoR for the money we went because at that time its where 1 of the top 3 servers needed a eu guild as SoR were lacking eu coverage.
Also BG offered us Money to transfer to BG, unlike SoR where we ourselves payed the cost

Offering money for people who couldn’t afford to transfer from their own funds from lack of in-game gold or time is not buying that guild. It is an incentive, but no-one was trying to “buy” the guild – the same thing happened when we came to BG; we had 5 people who couldn’t afford it so their transfers were payed for. IRON was looking for the “second best” server when the decision was made – or so we were told, and that week we pulled past our primetime into EU. SoR came in second that week and got IRON from that.

Just had to clarify that

Every server helps the less fortunate transfer over. When we got all the free transfers and we were hovering at Very High to Full we had a fund in case people couldn’t get over in time etc. As he stated though this isn’t buying a guild or guilds its just helping them keep their guild (family in a sense) together.

And if anyone from TW asked for gold for that week they transfered to JQ, they were trolling you. Did you give them gold ?? no you didnt. DID you have fun with TW on your server? yes you did all you gotta do is read the thread, and you would clearly see JQ saying they wished TW stayed and how much of a blast they had.

Now about the PPT bs, there is dif strokes for different folks. I have never cared about PPt always like the battles, if that ment i had to break into towers keeps for them then i did it.

Btw wvw is stilla coverage game. When sor was winning we had the best coverage, same for BG and JQ. Only way to win facing more coverage is use the third server for a 2v1, this weeks its against SOR and who cares its wvw kitten happens.

I respect Both BG and JQ servers greatly and many of the guilds, some ppl from there servers less so. I really dislike PPl who want nothing more then to see servers IMplode and fall apart. I also hate it when ppl spread BS about someone from other servers hacking accounts

i didnt say all of you did tho, i said you would see JQ wishing they would stay. I ment that as the vocal JQ on the forums who were asking TW to stay, in that thread.

I will agree with Jet on this. I know a lot of WvWvWers on Jade Quarry and none of them wanted TW to stay.

None of us wanted TW to come to JQ at the first place when you asked, and it was clearly told to Indo by Sassarella.

Asking wasn’t exactly the right word they basically said we are coming help us transfer we said no and they still came over. Some players enjoyed playing with TW some didn’t. There is still a large core of players on JQ who were there at launch playing with TW so they were among the vocal minority of people praising TW coming to JQ and begging them to stay. But to say the majority of JQ wanted them to stay is a large overstatement. We actually lost out on a few transfer guilds because of TW’s reputation.

The funny thing about this all is that TKG was headhunted from JQ by BG.

ACO and WARD came over on their own to SoR. Most on SoR didn’t even know they were coming. But we are all very happy they did, they are really fun to work on a map with and they are a strong crew. Good peeps all around, fit perfectly on SoR quite frankly.

TKG,ACO,WARD all transferred on their own if funds were given to aid the transfer ONCE the move was officially started that is their own business but they all transferred on their own. They were wished the best some people will always be upset regardless of the reasons or how much you explain it to them. They did what was right for their guild(s) and that’s that.

Tonight has been quite possibly the most epic night ever in SoR history.

wow SoR does sound like a bad guy for me (because im from BG). I have to say that in the last push you guys seem to be able to use skills…GG

But isn’t this what SoR have been asking for? I remember a post from months ago asking JQ and BG not to hit each other and only hit SoR.

Also do you know JQ didnt hate SoR until when? IT was until SoR recruited ACO AND WARD. GUILDs THAT CALL JQ’S COMMUNITY TOXIC. so this is the result, you will get focused by JQ’s NA, as well as BG’s NA because we hate you. and ofc we will focus your SEA to minimize the EU timezone where IRON can pvd everything back.

I said that some elements of the JQ community were toxic and harassing some of my members and requested it to be stopped. I never have and never will say that all of JQ community is toxic nor will I ever say we hate JQ because we do not hate JQ. There are still many friends that I and my guild keep intouch with. We do not wish any ill towards JQ. The blatant attempt to start drama was too obvious.

It’s roughly 63 gold per transfer. So for 200 people it would cost 12.6k gold.

Doesn’t matter who is recruiting he asked a question no need to troll.

JQ always has at least 2 maps that aren’t que’d during both time periods aside from Reset/weekend when there could be more people on due to timezones/play times expanding.

Flake, Indevar and Vanzan are some amazing commanders if you are looking for a good Oceanic/Sea guild this is one of the best out there

Haha you’re so ridiculous. You can try to pretend there’s no 2v1 going on but when both other servers are literally standing next to each other it becomes less of an excuse and more of just a fact.

That’s fine though. The same thing happens every time JQQ comes back up to T1 from being punked down to T2. They come up, fired up, focus on BG with SOR for a few weeks and BG drops in rankings. Eventually JQQ grows a pair and attacks SOR only to tumble ever downward back into T2 because without the SOR team up they can’t hack it in T1. This has gone on forever now and has been happening as long as the Henge of Denravi days.

Say what you will about TC and DB, at least they played to win.
