I gotta be honest here, i hate Sellers of dungeons, i’m against it because they cheat their way through to get money and it sucks. However, Purple Miku is the only one player that made me wrong. He never cheats, he solo the stuff in a proffesional way, he don’t exploit enemies or use jump skips. I’m proud to say that i respect him, and he’s probably the 1% of the Arah sellers that really deserves to have fun and money if he wants to solo + make some gold with a dungeon.
So, that said: Hey purple, you might remember me, as we played together sometimes. If this happens again, add me and i’ll join your group really fast. That wasn’t cool, man.
By the way, since that player is from my server and i’m a known commander in there, i’ll contact the major guilds and try to make a punishment ^^. Payback is coming. Take care.
Aww thank you that was a nice thing to read
You don’t have to do anything for me but I will gladly accept your assistance if you wish to offer it. But, I will always pay for those that want to come help at tar! I have a problem with paying some but not all, makes me feel like a jerk to do that.
Also not all Arah sellers cheat, so perhaps you should edit your post to say “most” because that would be more accurate than saying “all.” If you leave it as it is, you might aggravate other people reading. Just offering some advice to prevent attracting negative attention upon yourself, like the poster above.

This’ll sound really bizarre but I have to explain something from another game about how RNG affected gameplay.
If you’ve ever played RS before (trash game, but it used to be amazingly fun during its prime), you’d know there was a system implemented dubbed as “PID” which stood for player identification number. You weren’t able to view what it was. This number was randomly generated upon logging in and the lower your number was, the higher priority your character had upon determining whose action was prioritised in the case of two people performing the same action at the same time, such as picking up an item spawned on the ground or attacking a mob in a single target zone (in the open world there were single target and multi target zones so if it was a single target zone it’d say “somebody is already fighting that” when someone else was attacking the mob). This was more important for staking, which was a very popular form of gambling. People would log out and in and check their PID using their friends or random strangers to determine if theirs was low or high. It was known as “pidding.”
Might sound strange, but just for the hell of it I logged out and back in and I actually swear on it that every single time I’ve done this I’ve gone from getting a consistent 3 or 4 swarms each attack turn to a consistent 0-2 at the very most. Even if it is purely coincidental, I don’t give a crap. Works for me!
You could also try using harpy feathers and spykits to reset the fight, yell at your computer screen, type ingame and call Lupicus swear words, do emotes to taunt him, etc.
(edited by Purple Miku.7032)
99% of the time (exaggerated, but you’ll get the picture) I find that high AP usually equates to “soccermom casual that uses dolyak signet and rifle” or “guardian that camps staff and uses reflect wall during volcanic fractal final encounter BEFORE the adds appear” or “thief using p/p” etc.
The lfg tool is great, I’ve never seen it take more than a few seconds to fill a group once I posted it.
This is also the reason you might not see listings … they fill up too fast! Just post your own message.
First statement of this post made me sick to my stomach tbh.
Thanks for the posts guys.
I sometimes try to invite friends for it but often times I can’t. I play on Desolation but I live in America (chose to transfer to here a while ago because of friends) and when I do solo runs, it’s normally late at night my time and very early in the morning in Europe. It’s safe to say that the majority of my friends on this game aren’t from the same timezone, so most of them aren’t online.
Sometimes friends and viewers from my livestream are able to come, but it’s not always the case. Regardless, I want to focus on the bigger issue here and that’s the fact that instance hosts are capable of being kicked from a party when they obviously should not be.
bigger problem look at the lfg, it is practically a barren wasteland, probably a small number of players doing the same path for the hundredth time
im just going to throw it out there, nobody wants to play in the zerkfest meta and that is why it is empty
and since its empty anet is not going to waste time on something that has had a solution from day one …. enter the dungeon first and your problem is solved
There’s so many things that are wrong in this post that I don’t even know where to begin.
Dear god… that is awful.
I’ve been griefed a LOT on this game too, but what you’ve endured honestly would be the tip of the iceberg for me. I wouldn’t do FotM anymore.
I don’t understand the logic behind enabling this to happen.
It’s established that Arenanet either aren’t able to or are too stubborn to come up with a way to have instance ownership passed on to another person in the party if the host leaves, so why enable the host to get kicked…? Obviously if that happens then the instance is gone, so in what circumstance would it ever be a viable option to let party members do this besides griefing? I can’t think of any.
It’s illogical to let this happen.
Here is an example of it happening to me but get this…
http://www.twitch.tv/purpleishawt/c/3744743
I was kicked BEFORE I paid for help at tar in Arah P1. I didn’t even say anything besides “hi” to the person when he joined. All I was doing was killing time by clearing some of the trash to make it easier for the people joining to get to me… and I get this “pay or kick” nonsense.
I stream myself soloing this path nearly every night without exploiting a single thing. I don’t safespot ooze, I don’t maphack or jump over walls that weren’t intended to be jumped on, I kill Lupicus, I even kill Korga and let the buyers waypoint to come for the last boss to let them get bonus loot. I, like many others, still get griefed. I refuse to post on the LFG after I pay for tar help without placeholders because of this rotten system.
I don’t expect much, but I think the more people that speak up about this the higher the chance that MAYBE someday something will get done about this.
It’s not about making it more viable to sell paths, it’s about addressing a pathetic design flaw in this system that shouldn’t have even been released in the first place without preventative measures to ensure things like this never are to happen.
Kuru my initial reaction upon learning what agony was months ago was this very same thing. I completely agree with you.
The thing is that we unfortunately are very unlikely to see agony reworked / swapped because their priority is to cater to the majority of gamers, which is unfortunately consisting of… well, casuals.
Oh dear god you’re lucky for that OOC healup at 1:30. Very risky moves for that extra damage but it paid off.
One thing I found interesting is your choice of barrier at the beginning. I sometimes use it too but it’s unreliable. If you stand directly behind it during daggerstorms her crap can still hit you, and I think you made that evident by being capable of hitting her with impale as well.
I’ve stuck with shield offhand this whole time as well because of a clone coming too close to me before and disrupting the block, but I suppose it shouldn’t be too hard to make sure that doesn’t happen.
Great job, my best attempt so far is ~7:30 but I see now a few things I can do to improve thanks to you. Congrats on the time.
That was freaking awesome, ubershaun. I can’t even believe how accurate that describes my experiences in fotm… seriously.
“You force your eyes to stay open as you wait for that same PuG Warrior to fall off the edge with the Hammer again, yep, there he is, downed. You roll your eyes and pick up the Hammer, leaving him to revive himself. "
“Rabsovich finally falls, you’re absolutely certain now that you’re dealing more damage than your entire team combined. "
“Your blood boiling, you charge in to melee as the final lava spout hits its mark, unsurprised to find your teammates staying at ranged, the Warrior even throwing a question mark into party chat. There was no stopping you, and the Mining Suit crumples before you, defeated.”
“It is a statement shared by many, a question known by all, yet a question forever without an answer…
“Why the kitten do I do fractals?””
Seriously. Why the kitten do I do fractals…?
If you ever want further help, I also play on Desolation and would be glad to assist. PM me ingame if you ever do
I just got the Lupi solo tonight and the Korga one a few nights ago and I’m really pleased with the time for them. I finally had RNG on my side for once on phase 3 for Lupi
Normally he just spams life drain over and over again, so it was a nice chance of things. I unfortunately did not expect phase 1 to be done quite so soon (guess I was underestimating my damage, didn’t feel like it was going very well) and I kinda wasted the whirlwind, so the grub did not die. I imagine that probably could’ve been a few seconds of saved time.
Either way the progress I made pleases me, and I’m posting to share and also show what I’ve done differently to hit so much more. Korga is still really hard to get a sub-5 solo and I expect to get it soon!
Lupi solo (4:41): http://www.twitch.tv/purpleishawt/c/3744778
Korga solo (5:03): http://www.twitch.tv/purpleishawt/c/3732765
How about something like;
Ascended Armour/Weapon chest, 30 pristine relics + 500 normal relics.
Ascended weapons/armor are an excellent and much needed gold sink. It’d be crippling and several steps back for the economy to really provide ways to get them through a different currency other than gold.
All Ascended rings are now salvageable and will return a chance of x amount … t7 materials.
but hey, condi necro can solo lupi in 7 min, doesn’t it mean anything?
I think my first ever solo of that ages ago on my warrior, which wasn’t even with all DPS utils, with mistakes galore, resulted in 7 minutes. If a condition necro can get it done in 7 minutes at best or near it… then what is the point?
No matter what way you look at it, they’re less effective than other classes are. Necros don’t really do much that other classes can’t do better in.
doge much
I giggled.
Yes it’s only 10% as effective, so there’s only a 10% chance for him to miss, this is to prevent a group from completely nullifying a bosses damage.
I did too lmao.
Necros are unfortunately a leech class when it comes to group PvE. Not your fault, just the way ArenaNet designed them to be.
As for “condi,” I’m just going to clarify that any and all classes with condition builds anywhere outside of PvP or WvW are USELESS.
@OP
ily.
@Arenanet
get a dungeon and fractals team again, hire and put OP on it, and i’ll love you all too.
I can sympathize with the frustration, but I have to agree with sirsquishy here… just in a less harsh way.
You chose to buy microtransactions which aren’t intended to be giving you any leverage over anybody else. The fact that you even mentioned this gives off the impression that you’re glorifying yourself as a customer that should be prioritised or something.
Look, this is a game that isn’t subscription-based. As a result, do not expect the same quality with customer support from a company that does use that business model.
someone did this 1 month ago already (5min 55s)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQmjAw1gNewIf you read his post you would realise that he acknowledged that goku had already done it.. the people who can’t read lfg’s must be spreading to the forum :o
Lmao xD
This fractal reminds me of my old days working at a grocery store, after working a long 12 hours with no break, right at the end of my shift the delivery truck would come and i would have to unload it.
When you’ve written a long kitten exam and you’re hand is cramping up, then you turn the page and there is one more long kitten essay question.
You’re giving me flashbacks of last semester in my assembly language course stop
Pretty funny metaphors and I agree with you. Every time I see it load, always stop to take a deep breath irl and an exasperated sigh, and evaluate whether or not it’s worth it to even bother with the dysfunctional PVT hero pug team that I usually end up with.
It ruined my life. I’m having a hard time keeping up with the bills because i spend too much time trying to beat it. I don’t know how much longer I’m going to make it…
Hahahaha
1 guardian can have knights gear
What……
Anyways i run fotm 49 daily in the morning depending on who’s on so you can join us if you want but god please don’t run knights gear, just..no…that’s so 2013. I keep aggro 24/7 as a warr, even kite that kitten ettin lol so no reason for knights gear.
Lmao “I keep aggro 24-7” story of my freakin life. I also really have to kite the stupid ettin because I can’t see anything with all the bloom particle explosions covering up the character model…
You are right though there is no place for knight’s gear here. ESPECIALLY for fotm. You aren’t taking a ton of small damage attacks, you’re taking slow heavy damage. It’s such a waste to remove all of the crit dmg % increase.
Just ragequit a pug 38 group because everyone was ranging the champ ettin in the harpy fractal in PVT. The other warrior was also camping rifle and WASN’T using banners.
Christ…
That feeling… when you realize that in a group of 5 players you are the only one actually doing any damage.
100% aggro on you 24/7 even if you are afk and didn’t attack a thing yet - #Exaggerating for fun but close to reality, off
Hahaha well archdiviner on cliffside kittening hates me so this is true… if I happen to screw up and go downed there, I’m NOT getting up. He’ll stand there and smack me until I’m fully dead.
Hello, I want to know how many others have managed to solo this boss after they changed it so that it kills you in 1 hit with the hook pull and ask for advice on how I can do this better. I’m sure it will help others that would like to beat this boss without cheating too.
Ok so first, I know that there is a way to 100% of the time go OOC and have the barriers all reappear without the boss resettting (also to make all the clones die instantly) but it feels wrong to do that. I also know there are several ways to safespot this boss but F that.
http://www.twitch.tv/purpleishawt/c/3732787
This is my best solo attempt so far (8:51 solo kill). I have killed this boss before, but I did this first try in my solo run last night and I actually managed to survive in that crappy spot that I ran to after the last barrier disappeared.
Some questions I have to ask…
What the heck am I doing wrong for Alphard to have that much hp left by the time last barrier is gone? I have to be dealing awful damage I take it. I learned how to do this from watching two videos from both Goku Kr and Luca rT and while they do seem to do a much better job, I still don’t understand where exactly I slipped so badly. Was it the last barrier? I did kind of camp axe a little there but I think it was because LOSing on that barrier was a little awkward and tougher to use GS on.
Also, when I moved to spot I used last… I HATE that spot. I really do. I was shown and told that it works a while ago so I basically use it as a last resort, because it seems to be so hard to LOS properly with it and to deal a good amount of damage. The only thing that is nice about it is that nearly every daggerstorm, you go OOC and heal up.
By the way I was using these traits:
30 (V IX XI)
25 (I X)
0
0
15 (VI)
I normally always use Arms II for this because it’s tough as hell to LOS this boss (he/she moves so fast!!) so perma-swiftness is helpful, but I guess I forgot to this time. Worked out anyways.
Any tips would be great because I am normally pretty crappy with this boss and it’s still tough to solo. Last time it took me over 2 hours
(edited by Purple Miku.7032)
Yeah I just lost my Arah P1 solo instance right after I killed Korga. It’s because CloudFlare has been getting DDoS’d.
Just ragequit a pug 38 group because everyone was ranging the champ ettin in the harpy fractal in PVT. The other warrior was also camping rifle and WASN’T using banners.
Christ…
I’m in the same boat as you and also am on EU (Desolation). Most of the time I always get a full team in PVT and I honestly don’t think I can put up with it anymore. I’m so sick and tired of doing cliffside with people, picking up the hammer, and wiping because there’s literally NO DPS AT ALL without me. It’s almost to the point where I refuse to pick up the thing for the chest seal because of how used to this I am.
Also, why the heck do people range the molten duo? Seriously, WHY? There’s a mesmer and a guardian on the team yet we’re not utilising reflects and taking the berserker down? Why even bother playing on a mesmer if you’re not going to use reflects?! What’s the point?
Yeah, pugging FotM is pretty annoying. Perhaps we can do runs together, but I’m only 55 AR atm with GS equipped so no 50’s yet for me just 49’s :P
Not sure if I want to transmute my ascended armor pieces yet until the combat changes roll out. Quite certain that berserker gear will always remain dominant unless they change the combat mechanics from the core, but I have no certainty about scholar runes post-patch.
This was how I managed to do it. http://www.twitch.tv/purpleishawt/c/3562896
To be honest it didn’t take that many attempts to kill her, it’s just that I hatched a few eggs and spent like 2 hours killing the kitten elites that were now in the way (kitten horrible idea, don’t do it!) . It’s SO hard to pull those elite spiders without Fyonna coming with.
The initial plan was to clear out some more area so I had room to work with because in all honesty it just wasn’t feasible to straight-up melee. Almost all of her attacks knocked me backwards, hit hard, and she’d spawn those mini spiders. Fire fields + arcing arrow was a decent way to take care of those.
As for her spider form that was a saving grace, if anything. The only time in which she WASN’T kicking my kitten was when she transformed lmao. I definitely need to try it again now that I can’t spam embers and pray to god they take aggro, but I must say this was an awfully tough boss to solo.
I forgot to mention this but also, autotargetting is absolutely DISASTROUS with greatsword #5 and sword #2. The obvious solution is to simply not ever play with autotargetting but as it is a default setting for a newcomer it’s a pretty bad impression to give to someone starting out that their movement skills are going to cause them to lunge out in random locations often times off of a cliff. If a target is selected in an inaccessible location these two skills shouldn’t activate. This once again sounds like a pathfinding problem but seeing as I’ve been mentioning bugs/issues with skills for warriors I figured it’d be a good idea to include this.
Agreed with ZilentNight in every regard. Doesn’t even make any sense the way it is. Why are instances tied to a single person anyways? There’s so many design flaws with things on this game but the LFG tool and party “security breaches,” as you referred to them, are so flambuoyantly awful that it’s embarrassing haha.
In regards to parties in general… why the f_ does it only take two people agreeing to kick someone from the party when it requires a majority vote to return to Dessa’s Lab in the middle of FotM?
Nice logic. Really, nice logic.
(edited by Purple Miku.7032)
Twilight Arbor up was the first one I did (ele) and it was generally really easy so you should probably try that. Hardest part was honestly the single silver mob (and his champ bodyguard but he was just an hp sponge) right before the nightmare tree.
Fyonna wasn’t a pain in the kitten for you at all? She was by far the most difficult part of TA up imo.
I’ve had to add “No Staffcamping Guards please” to my LFG posts. If they do that, I explain why I am booting and promptly remove them from the group.
I add “Undesired Builds/Classes will be kicked”. So I can kick any Bearbow, staff guard, shout warrior, cleric ele, necro, or PVT hero right out of my group with no questions asked.
Mother of god I am so sick of PVT heroes.
I support the hell out of you!
You solo SE regularly Kuru? Christ, I couldn’t imagine it. I had such an awful time trying to pull the 3 golems individually and LOSing Tezza near the top of the stairs, haha. Definitely a tough boss to solo. Might do it again someday to see if I can do it faster and with all DPS utils.
Nope dead serious
That’s some very good advice. This is something that requires GOOD coordination. Reflects, stealths, high DPS to clear the crappy mobs… etc. If people aren’t all on the same page then it’s just wipe after wipe after wipe and most of the time you’re right… it’s because people don’t know whether or not they should take initiative and end up getting killed because they didn’t know who was going to do what.
As for your explanation of the console room… that was just the best strategy that I’ve utilised, what you described. I especially like what you mentioned about the 4th person kiting/tanking. One other thing that I think’s worth mentioning is that since one person is going to be on the side that was cleared, they should consider having spykits/harpy feathers at hand or something like that so that the person kiting can focus more on protecting the person on the other side/console.
Some idiot actually scammed you? Lmfao, what the hell. If he’s already at the end of the path, why wouldn’t he just finish it?
Something I think is important when completing this fractal is the appointment of a leader. So many times, 3 members will have vastly different strategies. It’s important to choose one, flesh it out completely in chat or teamspeak (so, like, say this player to take his character to this button and do this, while these 3 run through the gate the second it opens, blah blah blah). It’s important to go with a single plan, rather than 5 people trying to do 5 separate things.
Secondly, when you finally get to the 2 button room, make sure you kill the 2 vets guarding before going in. Then, pick a side to clear of dredge, tell one person to get on the button, and another to be ready to grab the console while one person goes to the second button and the 4th kites/tanks dredge. The person on the console is usually best to have stealth, some instant cast invuln (ele mist form) or other blocks to keep the console going if the dredge kiter/tank dies/fails.
Then run up, get to bombs if unlucky, and thats a tale for another person to explain, as i am tired now.
Best post on this thread for sure.
Path 3 is the easiest in groups by a clear mile I’d say. Path 1 is easiest if solo. Other people only get in the way for crystallines and running past trash (luring oozes everywhere and elite drakes etc).
You have the right idea. Trust me I make mistakes all the time too and so does everyone else. The first time I ever solod Lupicus, for example, it was with for great justice, balanced stance, and signet of stamina because I didn’t trust myself. It felt wrong when I beat him and since then I have always used for great justice, signet of fury, and banner of discipline.
The reason I’m giving you this specific example of myself is because I want to make sure you know that you’ll truly learn how to do something if you put yourself in the position where you’re FORCED to time everything properly. It’s not always practical to do so, but sometimes it really helps for self-improvement if you do that.
Some bosses, however, like that freakin’ Bloody Victoria boss in CM P1 that I barely managed to skate by with shake it off, balanced stance AND dolyak signet… this does not apply to. xD
Hey, this was how I solod Tezza. It may not be the most graceful of kills but it worked!
http://www.twitch.tv/purpleishawt/c/3629052
Maybe this will help you.
I just assume that there is a high chance upon posting an ad on the LFG that the people who join will have the mental capacity of a toilet seat.
Awesome! I still haven’t attempted to solo any of AC cause I personally hate it with a passion ;P
The hardest dungeon paths that I have solod so far were… SE P3, CM P1, and TA Fwd. I too play warrior (full berserker with scholar runes) so I can assure you that you will have one hell of a time trying to solo CM. Without reflects it is honestly just death after death after freaking death.
I suggest Arah. P4 cannot be solod without exploits, but P1 P2 and P3 are all doable by all classes. Between the three, P2 is definitely the hardest to solo if you aren’t a mesmer or guardian… JUST because of Alphard. You will not want to do this without being in berserker though. Brie was changed and if you aren’t in optimal DPS setup you won’t be able to kill him/her before the adds destroy the terminal.
You’ve given me curiosity with AC P2 and I think I may attempt it myself in the future. Thanks
E: Forgot to mention that it’s generally accepted that for Arah P1, omit the legendary tar boss as it’s not possible to spawn, let alone kill, solo. I usually do a solo run of it every day/night if I can be bothered to. You pay/ask friends or use the LFG to get helpers for it. Costs 3g in total (1g per person, 4 people needed for it).
(edited by Purple Miku.7032)
1) Banner cooldown glitch.
-If a banner is on cooldown and I switch ANY other utility that isn’t (some have reported this only occurs with signets), that utility that you have now switched will share the same cooldown as the banner and you are forced to sometimes wait over a minute until you can use “shake it off,” for example.
2) Axe mainhand #2 (Cyclone axe) interrupts a dodge roll. I discovered this when I first began to practice Lupicus solos months ago, but if you try to dodge to break out of Axe mainhand #2, the dodgeroll animation (and evasion) gets interrupted by the skill itself, rather than vice versa.
3) Greatsword’s autoattack chain (#1) causes an absurdly long delay for other skills and the only way to rectify the problem is to weapon swap. For example, if you want to time a whirlwind for an evasion but just used GS #1, you have a delay of potentially 3 or more seconds before your character will begin whirlwind. I’m not entirely sure if this is intentional but it seems pretty illogical nonetheless, so I deem it as an unfixed bug for the time being. If not, I request it be looked into so that the autoattack chain can be interrupted with use of another ability.
4) Riposte. (Sword offhand #5)
-It’s stubborn as hell and very often will not activate. I’m not entirely sure why, but it seems to be caused by trying to activate it immediately after a dodgeroll. Also often times you have to be moving in order for it to respond to the keypress. As well as this, I believe that pressing it twice accidentally should either not disrupt the blocking animation for projectiles at all or we should have the ability to toggle it in settings or something to prevent that from happening.
5) Greatsword Rush (#5) still very often times bugs when using against larger targets (Korga, for example in Arah P1). However, it’ll work if you’re standing directly in the red circle beneath the enemy. If not, you will run in place and be completely incapable of defending yourself of stopping the running-in-place animation unless you weapon swap to break out of it. This seems more like a path-finding issue or something, but I still think it’s worth mentioning that it should be looked into.
Well, that’s about all I have that are warrior-specific problems to mention.
#WarriorProblems
:)
(edited by Purple Miku.7032)
not thief but faster regardless
Goku #1!
Honestly I haven’t been in anything besides berserker gear before. I knew coming into this game what kind of combat I wanted to partake in and what the word “berserker” meant. I didn’t know about whether or not there’d be class roles and crap like on WoW or whatever, but I know that I’m not the kind of person that likes to be a supportive role when playing games.
It just so happened to be that I chose the right profession for myself (warrior) and that well, hey… berserker seems to be the most efficient type of gear to wear for general combat on here. Mitigating incoming damage with attributes always seems like something that would hinder my performance or ability to improve and I would much rather prefer to take advantage of evasions, dodge rolls and game engine mechanics to do better in combat.
That’s just me; I know that people these days are obsessed with getting everything done within x amount of time because that’s unfortunately the way the game was designed. The reason it’s such a huge deal to people whether or not you’re adhering to their standards is because we’re all limited to one daily reward for completion of something. For people that wish to get as much things done as possible, anybody that doesn’t conform to their ways is a thorn in their side.
“Play how you want” teams would only have a chance of thriving if it didn’t matter how fast something were to get done. It’s all about time, which is unfortunately NOT an easy thing to fix.
I honestly don’t see as much of a problem with the dredge fractal nearly as much like so many others seem to. There’s only a few things with it that p*ss me off.
1) The caravan. It’s just so illogical and awkward; we kill the champion and now wait for 8 or so ‘trash mobs’ to just pop out of nowhere and repeat for 10 mins. We also can’t even attack them for the first few seconds they appear. This is poorly designed. It doesn’t make any sense why it’s happening this way.
2) If you’re with a pug team, it’s often times barely within the realm of possibility to coordinate properly to get this done. Out of all the fractals, this is one of the least feasible ones to clear even the weakest of the mobs by yourself.
3) While it’s true that there are a ton of heavy miner bags that people will all end up with, it’s not rewarding enough to justify putting up with. People on this game seem to be so obsessed with “saving time” that something requiring a significantly larger amount of coordination and effort should defiInitely be more rewarding. Increase the reward pool(s) for either the daily chest at the end based off of which fractals were completed and/or at the end of the dredge fractal!
Awesome job! I personally hate using the pole near where that corpse is because there’s always this one little freaking spot that my camera clips on and my character often gets stuck. Also… I’ve wiped from accidentally hitting the edge of the corpse before lmao.
Have you tried placing them in the middle of the area before? It works really well for me sometimes for keeping them near each other so that you can DPS em both down.
This game man, best AI ever hands down.
Yep. Varra Skylark is probably ArenaNet’s most brilliant work.
Brb standing out in the open with a rifle and shooting a dozen f___ing champions because I’m a genius NPC.
The problem I have with CM is that it just doesn’t feel dungeon-esque. As my friend once said to me, “this isn’t a dungeon this is a freaking house robbery!” lmao.
I will admit that it is actually pretty fun to play (tough as hell to solo on a warrior) but it doesn’t really give me a satisfying vibe playing through it. Maybe I’d like it more if it wasn’t daylight ingame during it, who knows.
