The hard part is getting the precursor. All other mats eventually come to you by doing pvp dailies, dungeons, daily rewards and trading mats for laurels.

At the top he phases before you can get a 2nd freeze off, at the bottom you can just use aegis for the amount of time he isn’t frozen. Or bring out an earth ele.

I do all that and still need a 2nd freeze. I guess i gotta pug less.

I guess most forum ppl here get that.
Most meta content creators let it clear on their guides (“take that skill when running with pugs if that guy dont bring it or that food for puggin”) and etc.

Yesterday joined a “50 exp swamp” not expecting any class composition but we ended getting an average meta group(1 war 1 guard 1 ele …) and the engie who opened the group.
I position myself near wisp and promptly say “r” ,so does the engie and the warrior, however the warrior is not near any wisp and dying!
I asked what was he ready for if he was not near any wisp, dunno why someone took his pain and said he was, but clearly middle of the map does not count a near wisp, but still he was dying a lot.
Interrogated, he broke it down: “its my first fractal ever so lets start it!”, i tried explaining that without proper gear he was gonna keep dying that he need to start playing 1 to 10 but no “i always start from top to bottom.” At that point i just left wondering what just happened.
I join other party and here it is the engie, saying he left too because he and hist guard friend wont budge XD

I usually goes like this for most games. So no you wont see them get banned right away.
The best you do is making friends or join a guild, or face the RNG that pugs are.

the fun part is the “Pro zerk only :2eles, 1 war, 1 guard 1 thief” killing it on water when on land is soo much faster.

Its profitable in the long run.
Like selling bolts of damask or other time gated stuff(like maudrey items).
Also its faster to get ascended armor/weaps.
But it is a gold sink to get to 500.

From the disbanding of the dungeon team to the last nail being the fusion of the merchants(kitten i liked those merchants).
Nothing news, just feels…

I disagre.
My 3yrs old account, with 11 characters, ascended items, legendaries, one time unique items and experiences is a lot more worth(monetary and sentimental) than a person join now will ever have.
By the time they catch up with us vets we will be far ahead on HoT content.
So no, i got my moneys worth so far and if the “challenging group content” and new fractal levels is to my liking then i will be glad to invest more money to continue on this jorney.

- With addition of new fractals level to 100, Fractals personal reward level was reset to 30(AGAIN KITTEN FOKAS).
