Consider figuring what is causing such lag and solve it(If possible). cause melee is a lot of damage while ranged is not (see forum stickies).
Or get in PVP with ranger or mesmer and hope nobody gets near you.

Time spent doing something you like is not time wasted. And If you like something you should invest money so it can continue to progress(if you have some to spare ofc).

Hi all PvP masters. I am looking for a SPvP(not ranked) bunky build for my Guardian. I must admit i suck at Guardian @ PVP. I can get a zerky ranger or hambow War in there and out but i cant Guard right.
I saw some builds with staff, but isn’t the staff damage to low? Plus i dont see it adding that much of mobility.
Maybe i was ezz mode hambowing too much with war that i am not “bunking”(Oo?) right with guard.
Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Yeah its kinda hard alone.

I took my lvl 40 thief to Silverwastes and could not tag mobs, keepts on glancing, so i could not get xp so probably not :x

Press B, enter “Edge of the Mists”, follow commanders (yealow/blue/purple/red diamonds on map) dwelve in jolly cooperation and bountiful events > xp.
Would help to buy cheap 15%/10% xp foods and bonues.

I gladly take a perma 25 vuln engie to fractals 49/50. problem being most spend flametowing thinking they are doing a lot of damage for not understanding how channelling skills work

Favorite: Warrior (Got 2) – I like the mobility and the weapon array.
seconds: Meele necro & ranger.
Least : Mesmer -The phantom mechanics is annoying. More anoying than ranger pet management. While very usefull class, in hands of a good mesmer(not me), i can’t bring myself to play it more than a few dungeon runs. Even after spending some ascended stuff and expensive skins on it.

Just more Living Story kitten.

There is this famous game with trinity who is WAY more sucessfull than GW2, it catters to another audience and all, but many copied the formula and failed. Gw2 started with a premisse of being diferent, we bet our money on it, AND IT WAS… at launch and a few months after it. Now we feel “betrayed”, and each new update just enforces that.

Thats what i wonder too.
To me it seems Anet is focusing on another type of client.
Clearly its not us hardcore users, not the big guilds who provide guides to PVE or PVP,
But also not your casual gamer who KNOWS how to play a game and don’t need his hand held.
It’s probaly some kind of casual who does not want to play the game but want to log in, press the win button and drop cash on gemstore.
Nothing i can do, other than rant and not deposit money on gemstore until this game goes back to be what i started to invest in 2012.

1) Firstly because some of my chars were human and i decided i wanted they all to be Norn, except my human necro because she is kitten and mesmer because i don’t like playing with mesmer.
2) Fashion > Gold.
3) Sometimes theres Gold sparing, Tomes of Knowledge stored in bank, a character slot discount…

well i guess i will make another Norn ele :p

They can deliver new skills new dungeons etc… by regular updates like living story/content patch. The dark side of all is that they coyld deliver an expansion but instead of what we want it could be this 12yo salad fetish story though.
An expansion is just a format on how content is delivered, works in other games because other games are paying attention equally on all their content areas, our beloved boat, however, is not.

Arah is like top dungeon skill(outside fractals) so it can take a while to master it, you can create your own LFG with “All welcome” and spedn good 3h in there (i recomend jsut do p1 and p2 daily).
meanwhile do arah story mode to unlock sPvP reward track and get those skins/tokes.

Nah, as already being said, the CDI/Suggestion iniciatives are enough. I think this program just gonna pitch players againts players while Anet removes itself from the heat and continue to ignore suggestions for new content.
