This is my tier list and If anyone thinks different he is a hot join hero and a noob.

Now I understand why I have been reading the same list on every post

my list:

t1: ele
t2: guardian, mesmer, ranger
t3: necro, engi, thief
t4: warrior

They already had a separated MMR. Is it so hard to make them 1 round tourneys and disable join as group?

After seeing so many threads (many QQing, some agreeing with the patch) in the forums, I knew another survey had to come

This time it has more questions, but you can skip any of the class related questions if you are not familiar with these classes.

I’d like to ask to the participants to be honest and look for the game’s health rather than personal satisfaction. Devs did read the last survey and same thing could happen this time, so be honest with your answers.

I’ll never understand why devs dont ask experienced players about game balance.

I just saw that the arenanet official channel is streaming some WvW and they have almost 2.500 viewers atm. That remembered me of HiRez, a company that does something similar with smite.

They have their twitch channel online 24/7 and there’s always a guest (always from top teams) streaming with solid 1-3k viewers. That also allows them to be on front page quite often achieving amazing publicity and nice entertainment.

I definitely think this model should be copied. When a player is looking for a pvp game he will probably go to twitch and check those with the most viewers. If they notice GW2 (it’s on the bottom of the list) they will just see it has 150 viewers and conclude game is bad.

Anet could stream pve, wvw and spvp depending on the time. It would be the ultimate way to show to the world that gw2 is not dead.

Your thoughts? For me it’s the cheapest way to advertise a game.

About custom arenas: It has been said that they will be cheaper than 200/day and we will bea ble to purchase them with some rewards from pvp

Does this mean only top (say top 100) players will get their data posted on these leaderboards? if so, why should i bother playing this game if i have no chance to be in top 100?

It was said that 1st days would only have top 100, then they would be increasing the range of players in the leaderbords

Guys. They wont change the price, it’s not a mistake.

Come back to earth, stop dreaming. If they put one price they keep this price. They didnt make any mistake. They didnt invent a fake description for the sake of it.

They could do something like: 15.000 glory = 1 week

Also everyone is assuming 1 player has to pay everything. If playing competively 10 people will be using this CA, so i guess price/10

The thing is my friends that have been playing pve since release, right now can afford to buy 4.000-20.000 gems. And for me, that I have been playing pvp only its impossible to have an arena for more than 1 week

I just bought both items available since today in the gem store.

Here are the descriptions:

200 gems – Custom arena starter kit
Used to create a new custom arena

200 gems – Custom arena time token
Used to add one day of time to a custom arena. Used from your custom arena management panel or double click while playing in any custom arena to add the time to that custom arena

So it’s 200 gems for 1 day.

800 gems cost 10 euros, so 200 gems = 2,5€.
To have a custom arena you have to pay 2,5€ every day. A month has 31 days.

The monthly fee is 77,5€
And i thought this game was b2p

Would you guys like to see some kind of pvp set that required a certain rank in the ladders? Just like wow did with the pvp shoulders. In wow, you need a quite high rating (2200) to be able to wear them. They are also supposed to be the best looking sets, so it’s a nice way to show your epe`nis.

I think it would add a meaning to the gear you have. Right now, gear = nolife.

It should be relatively easy to implement too. As far as i know there are many pve sets that dont have a pvp equivalent.

And balance shouldn’t revolve around skill cap. I play my engineer because it’s a high cap class and a multikit have a lot to micro manage/time. I never get bored during a fight. But I don’t play my class to be more powerful.

If you balance the game around that, any competitive team will only play the most complicated class to have a higher skill cap. That wouldn’t be a good thing.

By the way, I was pretty bored and was looking at the survey. Am I the only one that saw that?

Id also like to point something out:

After pve sectors have participated in the survey the happiness with anet communication has grown notably. I think this just confirms the huge difference between the communication we see in the pvp forums and the others.
