Too low a heal for my tastes and I have enough block as it is.
Dwayna has lowest CD for its healing, which also plays into my build. Making it better than signet in a duel and shelter is just lol no.

Guess not.

Human racial heal has the same cooldown as shelter, I don’t know why you’d take that heal when it has 1.5 sec cast time, can be interrupted, and does around 2k more heal than a complete block on all attacks for 2 secs. Someone attacking you can do the same amount of damage to you than you healed for in the time it takes you to finish it. I guess you don’t use might of the protector trait to get 5-10 stacks of might whenever you’re using shelter while someone is attacking you.

Fighter runes give me my might stacks. And Shield of Wrath gives me a better block than Shelter meaning Dwayna doesn’t get interrupted and it does have a shorter cast time (1s not 1.5s). With the added in extra health I get from the heal its overall better.
I can use that minor trait though which is something I didn’t notice, maybe the few extra might stacks would make it more worthwhile. But by how much if I’m dead? The block woudn’t stop already applied conditions, the heal would be too low to really take the edge off them and its cast is longer.

Both have downfalls and both have merits against different opponents.

NPCs? Yeh I guess you could call your players that. They all tend to come pre-installed with green arrows and a fear of going into combat. A computer would actually put up a better fight.

Only 430 PPT? IoJ just did 600+ whole last week doing night cap (and IoJ is 1 rank lower than your server)…

Also SF used to do that to us for like always for almost 4 months (And SF actually had WP on all 3 keeps, which you don’t)… So, nothing new here.

IoJ has a much larger nightcrew. They beat ours.
But our primetime is better.

NSP NC isn’t a quarter of what it once was.

Hey guys.
As most of you know from the most recent update lots of Legendary weapons have had their visual effects updated. And some are looking fantastic (looks at The Dreamer) and others are still looking washed out and generally unsatisfying.

As a Guardian I use my BiFrost for its support capabilities, which many people agree is the best and intended use of the class. Although the biggest change to the BiFrost is a projectile skill which doesn’t effect its auto skill?! So its basically invisible.
Now that wouldn’t be a problem if the BiFrost was accountbound, but its not. Its soulbound.

Other Legendaries have gotten their footfalls boosted, which does not appear to have happened with the BiFrost as it continues to be the most washed out and even nonexistent on many surfaces. This is believe I unacceptable as other equally important weapons have had this worked on, other than the one which was in dire need of it.

Why does this need to change now?
Because with the incoming of new legendary weapons the old ones will be less likely to be worked on. Meaning what we have now, we’ll be stuck with.

I would like you to discuss this and include your own thoughts, which will hopefully give the Anet team enough ammunition to actually fix the problem.

I made my dreamer when it was without footsteps and i like it. Now after this patch i dont want it. Let me remove those ugly footsteps or give me back my time and gold. Its so annoying if u make ur weapon, u spend hours on it and later anet is changing weapon effects.

Ok. Remove the footsteps and give them to the Bifrost owners. Because ours are pretty nonexistent.

I also enjoyed playing GoM aswell. They at one point really outgunned us and it was a nice week long struggle.

The three servers field the same numbers during primetime. Thats the same all the way up to tier 5.
Coverage wins WvW. GoM was always a weekday server (which you should know considering its your server). You’ll pick up score then, as NSP is weekend crew (which you should know because IT WAS ALSO YOUR SERVER). The level of facepalm right now is pretty high, if I were you I’d just delete your post.

NSP has lost over +1000 of its WvW players since its days of womping blackgate. GoM losing a handful of people due to inner server grief really is your own fault :/

I try not to swear so much on the forums as its slightly pointless. And I don’t like pointless endeavours, you know me.

Imagine any team sports where all the members of the winning team are rewarded handsomely. There is no upper limit how many members the team can have and you can pay a bit to transfer to the winning team. Who would ever want to transfer to a losing team? Nobody.

This will just lead to the already stacked servers becoming even more stacked.

Sadly my money is that they will be a large advantage. This is based on how anet has handled things in the past (poorly). Being forced to pve to enjoy wvw is a bad idea.
