I’m not a berserker thief. I stepped away from it months ago, I’m full condition damage 0/0/30/20/20 any S/D tank thief that tries will always end up running away because he/she won’t kill me.

I have played S/D myself in tanky invader gear and even in a balanced set but after the tiny slap on the wrist we got from the update in november I got pulled away from it.
S/D fully soldier/knight is amazing for holding points in PvP but even there you won’t kill anyone with half a brain.
I prolly have done more autoattack timing and daze locking than you will do while running the build because it is indeed a hard build to execute properly and requires constant attention and little to no kitten ups.
Especially now with dancing dagger nerfed to kitten and flanking strike still not working as intended it’s a hollow weaponset that requires a lot of effort to get something done, most other sets get done in half the time or less.

EDIT: Also if you seriously beat 2 berserker back stab burst thieves they must’ve sucked monkeyballs because its pretty kitten hard to eat two 4-4,5k mugs (this is about right with invader gear iirc) two 4-5k CnD (gotta love it being unchanged in WvW) and two 6-7k backstabs. Which basically means you got hit for approx 28-33k. Sure thing sweetheart.

I will admit I have beaten two backstab burst thieves aswell, but I will then immediately admit they were out of their mind bad at playing their role.

It is basically impossible to beat 2 warriors if they aren’t completely terrible. Given that atleast half of the warriors out there are glass 100b warriors and warriors have more than 1 stun at their disposal, unless you run with 2/3 stunbreakers, you’re going to have a bad time.

Sure in a perfect world you will dodge their bull’s charge and dodge the shield stun thingy. But even then the 100b warrior will switch to his rifle and volley the living crap out of you or you will run out of dodges and have to eat that next stun and use your breaker.. After which you basically are screwed.

2 Warriors simply have too much kitten to make you push up daisies.

Again, I realize what the steals do and how they CAN be very very awesome IF you are able to use it against a freaking dummy that stands still.

If you can honestly say that stealing from an engi is even remotely close to a free stealth, Ele’s chill and Necro’s fear you sir lack proper enemies. Sure I will run into enemies every now and then that completely freeze when playing and just stand there and take everything you throw at them while they focus on pressing numbers instead of moving around and making sure they don’t get hit by easy to dodge crap like engi steal. However this doesn’t happen often or some days it doesn’t happen at all..

“CC that you wouldn’t have normally”. If you go at it like that, having the fiery greatsword should be amazing aswell, it isn’t…

I still think you are missing what I’m trying to explain here. While the effects of steals might be ok, they don’t work well in a s/tPvP or WvW environment. The ranger and Engi one (btw I totally don’t care about the random condition because the animation is slow and easily dodged) because it requires you to stand still (or atleast run around) in a tight spot or your enemy to stand still in a spot.

The guardian one I don’t like because it extremely situational and even then hardly makes an impact most of the time because I’m a condition thief. I will never pick out the guardian to steal from if I have more than 1 choice. Apart from that Guardians have too many freaking abilities (both passive and active) that have a chance of messing up your steal anyway. Btw don’t think I won’t use it or whatever whenever I happened to steal from a Guardian, that would be a waste of a 4s daze. I’m just discussing the fact that in both s/tPvP every other steal is a lot more useful than the Guardian one.

Also I would like to point out that you, for some reason, are looking at this from a team perspective and I’m looking at it from a solo thief perspective. Also if you really ask your team to huddle up while in a fight to get some (and I do really mean some, because it doesn’t hit home as much as you make it out to be) regen while most likely getting your kitten AoE’d off.. I don’t want to be on your team.

“a 4 second daze that can easily decide a battle”. As a condition thief, it really won’t. Sure it impacts it a little, but it doesn’t even come close to any of the other steals that actually work largely in my favor. Sure if you are the 99% and run the burst thief builds I agree that daze can make a kill a lot easier, however if you need a crutch like that to take care of a guardian as such a thief I feel for you.

Yes please ignore me, while he “murders” everyone.. with a swabstick.. while they are afk.. fired at by siege weaponry.. and a zerg.

A full invaders set like I said doesn’t do anything but make everyone with half a brain and WvW experience lol and either walk away while you dance around them with a weaponset of which 2 buttons are absolutely useless (you know, #2 and #4) and do just enough damage for him to kill his opponent by the time WvW resets for the next matchup.

“Balanced” sets which basically means “lets toss all kinds of crap on this mofo” don’t work well on thieves. We are squishy, have an insanely low basic health pool and yes by adding a metric kittenton of vitality and toughness helps, little bits of it don’t. You want survivability go for a cond build with 30 in Shadow Arts that gives you a nice +300 vit and +300 toughness toss a set of Carrion on that bad boy and you have yourself a lean mean killing machine that no “balanced” S/D spec wants to mess with.

On topic, I only really use 3 stolen items very often. Which is the thing you steal from Ele’s to Chill D/D Ele’s and make them go “WTF IS WRONG WITH MY COOLDOWNS”. Necro’s fear. And ofcourse the Thief stealth thingy.

Warrior one has become a deathwish after they took the evade/invulnerable off it.
Mesmer one is quite nice but I hardly ever hold on to it.
Ranger one is meh because I already have quite some nice healing.
Engineer one is just crap
Guardian one is beyond crap, it’s what crap would crap if crap could crap.

They shouldn’t change anything major on classes untill they fixed the rest of the big kitten issues this game has.

Engineer’s steal is great for condition builds. It applies a random condition and creates an ethereal field, effectively giving condition thieves not only ways to get other conditions, but a consistent way to get confusion.

Guardian’s steal is a two second stun.

How are either of those bad, in any way?

Oh, and Ranger steal + Cluster Bomb = spammable AoE heal.

I just think you don’t know when to use the steal abilities and so you think they’re bad. Just because something isn’t good on your omg1337d33pz build doesn’t mean it’s bad as a whole.

That’s cute but no, I run a condition build. The engi one is a pain in the kitten because of the fact that either your opponent must stand still in the junk or you must stand still in the junk and shoot/hit your opponent from it. And I don’t know how you play PvP/WvW but my opponents nor myself ever stand perfectly still or have proper time to position. The latter is often a problem because I almost always run solo and am almost always outnumbered.

The guardian one is a big pile of crap because of the fact that I am a condition thief. It doesn’t add anything useful to my repetoire at all. Unless I am outnumbered and get someone downed and someone is actually trying to res and I have the thing… Which you know happens, almost never because I favor the useful steals.

Ranger one is ok’ish because of the regen I get out of it from being a P/D cond thief. However like the Engi one, it requires me to be near it while shooting and more often than not I cannot stand or just move around in that tiny circle for it to be useful. Also my build gives me plenty of healing via Shadows Rejuv and Signet of Malice.

I’m perfectly aware of what they all do but without a doubt the top 2 are the worst for a thief and the ranger one is situational.

EDIT: Btw the Guardian thing is a daze, not a stun. It interrupts and doesn’t allow you to use skills. You can still move around.

A block will not activate stealth. It blocks your attack and thus you don’t get any proc off it.

Thieves have 2 viable options in a WvW environment, that is condition/venomshare or full glass cannon.

Condition/venomshare is extremely fun to play imo and pretty kitten nice for group play.
Glass cannon is just what it says, big numbers on them and small numbers on yourself (low armor/toughness/hp).

Whatever anyone says soldier/knights is not viable in WvW in any way shape or form. You will still die relatively fast however you can’t even kill critters..

I have a full Berserker set, full Carrion set, full Invader set and some Valkyrie pieces.
The Valkyrie pieces I made was to see if creating a slightly bigger health pool would make for more survivability as a burst thief, it doesn’t.
Invader set is useless for Thieves. Berserker for glass cannon and Carrion for cond/venomshare.

Ok so movement in stealth works fine. However its WvW and I feel you should just be running with the speed buff until you spot someone/something that requires a stunbreaker.

You are talking about the Orrian soup or something, with the enhanced endurance gain and condition dam. I went for Rare Veggie Pizza’s though. Those allow me to stay in Stealth a lot longer after throwing my stuff on an enemy and thus fully using the heals in stealth.

I haven’t had any real issues. The most annoying stomps are Rangers. They can actually break your stealth stomp too with that confuse thingy. I just save caltrops for when I’m vs a ranger in Xv1 and toss caltrops the moment the ranger goes down. Anyone who comes close will take atleast 10 stacks of bleeding before getting the ranger back up or he/she won’t bother ressing.

Maybe the video isn’t a good representation of your D/D use but it really did feel that way when I watched it. The second fight with the ranger was what made me go “Why doesn’t he switch here?”. Also I always cringe when I see people using clusterbomb at range in s/tPvP because its so kitten easy to dodge and then it’s just 3 initiative down the drain.

I agree that Dagger Storm is highly situational. Using it when up against melee is simply stupid, however it also provides a ton of healing if up against more than 2 opponents. Runes of Lyssa are interesting but I just would never prefer them over my setup simply because of the fact that Dagger Storm is highly situational.

What I don’t get is why you would prefer clusterbomb over deathblossom.
Also don’t understand your rune choices at all.
You have +20% condition duration (armor/weapon). Don’t you get an extra tick at 25% not at 20%?
The armor runes give Precision which is a useless stat for you, did you go for those runes because of the full set thingy?

Considering you hardly ever use D/D I can’t really disagree with the 20% time off deception things because you need to get stealthed somehow.
But I don’t get the 33% faster runspeed in stealth, you use it at the start with refuge but after that its completely useless. Feels like a lost trait. I would much rather take power of inertia there for some extra oomph on my attacks which is way more viable and effective.

This is what I run with. With the exception that I swap out Roll for Initiative for the passive speed buff whenever I’m on the move. I only swap the passive speed buff out for roll for initiative when I run into a group I WANT to fight or when I see a warrior with a GS.

You say you play with poison aswell, might aswell go for the poison duration on Rune of the Afflicted. Full krait + that other thing you selected is not doing anything special for you.

You are a CONDITION thief, that means you should focus on condition damage. Go full Carrion gear and get other weapon runes. I run with Superior thingy of Corruption and Superior thingy of Agony on P/D and Superior thingy of Energy on SB.

I honestly feel that the “Move 33% faster in stealth” trait doesn’t work. It’s a complete waste imo. And if you are going to use Caltrops in WvW you might aswell use the trait to have it up more often. Vigor and boon ripping feels empty for me.


Second build:
Don’t do it.

Losing out on 100 vit for a non-critting mug is just not worth it. Once again, you’re a condition thief focus on condition damage. What you should be looking for is a nice middle ground that focuses on your bleed ticks and the amount of damage they tick for. The oomph behind your autoattacks isn’t going to be spectacular in this build, ever.

I highly doubt that 3-4x is even remotely possible. Unless the team with the bigger zerg is 75% lowbies or is literally drooling into a bucket due to massive brain damage..

When running with my guild we crush bigger groups aswell, however I can with full honesty say that beating a zerg twice our size might just be the best we have ever done. I also feel that is about the maximum you can do in a WvW setting due to the limitations (see previous post).

I would also like to state that Vizunah is very fond of a tactical retreat. Which means instead of fighting the bulk of 40/50/60 you are most likely fighting 30/40 tops (and that might even be stretching it) while the rest is in the back looking how things turn out or running at the sight of enemies advancing their way.
Just now we were with a group of 20 people max and Vizu was defending East Keep, they would get crushed on the bridge between keep and tower but only because the majority of their zerg was running back to shoot from the walls of a fully upgraded keep.
Everyone in my guild knows that if they go for broke with their numbers they would simply crush us because you can’t beat those kind of numbers.

WvW has never been about skill.

Skill does matter, no matter if its small scale or large scale fighting and experience means even more. Vizunah players could say something about that, in case they’re not too embarrassed to speak about it.

On the other hand , great fighting displayed this afternoon on viz BL, GF took out all vizu fully upgraded towers and garrison, Black Templars were doing great on defense and our small team gave MORT’s a lesson why it’s not smart to spend all that gold on AH upgrades. I d like to mention all the pugs that contributed also.

Aslong as skill doesn’t change the outcome in a fight it doesn’t matter. In its current state skill doesn’t matter at all in WvW. Sure if you fight a 1v1 or a 5v5 the more skilled opponent will win. But in zergs it is simply impossible to beat numbers. You will never see a group of 10 beat a group of 30/40. This has nothing to do with skill, it has to do with AoE cap, downed state and other mechanics that limit the impact of skill on battles.

What you should be looking for in WvW is sheer numbers. If you have the biggest zerg you will win.

If you want to see skill at work you should play sPvP and tPvP because in that setting it actually matters. However even in sPvP and tPvP stuff like the downed state mechanic severely limits the impact of skill. You can be the best player in the world but you will not beat a 1v5 if people res downed allies.

Again, this isn’t a post calling a server or person skill-less. I’m just saying WvW isn’t won because of skill.

New Culling Trial (Ended)

It has gotten a lot worse for me. I run solo very often and in the past would never have any issues with culling when solo. However now, I will see some player shapes pop up before seeing tags and then bam the rest of their zerg pops on my screen.

I hope this fix is taken out again next week, this is by far the worst culling I have seen since launch.

We were able to talk to our enemies before, which is impossible now because ANet deleted the option to do so. Hence, they don’t want it, we won’t get it.

WvW has never been about skill. This has nothing to do with its playerbase but everything to do with the game. WvW in its current state doesn’t allow skill to be a definitive factor in a fight. There are way too many variables negate it. This is a numbers game before anything else, its flashy, easy to get into and promotes zerging like sheep.

The only real skill can be found in tPvP but that is already as dead as it can possibly be.

I just had a good talk about the current state of GW2. Especially combined with how BT currently feels completely empty.

My money is on the February update being content and almost no bugfixes. If the current trend continues GW2 competitive WvW will be dead within its first year.

As of BT getting into T1 and being #1 for 3 weeks in a row (is it 3 already? I can’t remember) numbers have been dropping steadily and I was baffled by the low amount of people we managed to cram out during the day today.. We got 1 map to queue.. The rest was open to roll into and basically hear crickets doing sound battles.

I applaud Vizu and AS for being able to keep people interested and logging in. Cause everyone on BT knows we sure as hell aren’t able to do so.

Making damage break stealth is stupid. There are multiple skills in this game that follow thieves into stealth. Classes that can drop so much AoE stealth would never be possible.

The only solution is the culling fix, if it will ever come.

I just logged out.. The status of BT was basically as follows.
Vizu BL – 2/3 players
BT BL – 4 players (2 of which idle in main camp)
AS BL – 0 players
EB – around 20 players

Is it just me or has BT fallen into some kind of lazy state where we expect Xaoc to undo the nightcap and our daycrew starts slacking again untill our primetime crew kicks in?
I haven’t had queues in days, even during primetime. All in all BT WvW feels dead outside of the early morning and primetime.

These threads have been around for ages now. Thieves are fine, if you can get one-shotted by a thief it most likely means you are a glass cannon (or close to it). Which means you do good damage yourself but as comes with high risk/high reward you die easily.

Burst thieves can only do that one thing, burst down a single target. Glass cannon thieves cannot light up a group like a glass cannon Ele can. We can’t shatter a group like a Mesmer can. All we can do is pop in, burst the crap out of that one person and pop out.

100b warriors have higher burst damage than thieves, have double the HP and are quite mobile too.
Mesmers have about the same amount of burst damage (but including aoe dam), more HP, have great escapes and thus quite mobile.

This isn’t anything new, people are just annoyed by thieves because of the CULLING issue. Nothing more, nothing less.

The thread didn’t ask “who’s the best class” or “which class kills you most”.

The thread asks who is the most annoying. Thieves are more annoying than D/D eles. They aren’t remotely fun to fight against. Even if I beat one, it’s no fun because I spend over half the battle swinging at the air.

The fact that a good D/D ele is practically unkillable in 1v1 makes them THE most annoying class there is. Thats just a fact.

Sure Thieves are annoying with stealth and crap, but you can still kill a thief. Even if that thief is amazingly good. However if you run into that same amazing player but he’s a D/D Ele, you might aswell just log out because he’s going to eventually kill you unless you get saved by teammates etc.

They can outheal any other class, while doing proper dps
They have high mobility
Combo openers AND finishers solo
Interrupts/Knockdowns

It is the only class that actually stands a chance in a 3v1 and coming out victorious.

Well in all honesty I do think camps are too easy to cap solo. I’m a condition thief and I have no problems taking down camps. Hell I won’t even drop below 75% HP doing it with my build.
A fully upgraded camp with extra guards and lvl 82 stuff still can be taken out solo, it just takes a bit longer to do than the regular camps. In which ofcourse people can jump in to defend.

Anyway, I do think there should be a bigger challenge to capping supply camps than what it is now. I’m not saying you need a team of 10 people but atleast require like 3 skilled players to take down a camp.

Lack of PvP players. Smaller guilds and PvE focused players are bored of running into numerous mindless SFR zergs, and a few guilds have transferred.

Free transfers gut servers. You can see by how much the WvW landscape has changed; it’s an ever changing migration of players. Take Blacktide as an example; Shiverpeaks gutted so that BT can be top dawgs. GG Anet.

In fact, good luck in T1 Seafarer’s, you’re perfectly built for the Zerg Vs Zerg monotony of T1.

Even Blacktide hardly ever has a Q. Too many people have stopped WvWing. PVE players keep servers showing as Full or high despite abysmal turnout in all borderlands.
the new WvW patch can’t come soon enough, if PVP turnout continues to drop we should probably look at mass moving all the WvW players to 3 servers at the bottom of the list and try to balance out a competitive match. going to the bottom is the only way to have enough room due to the high PVE player numbers on the top servers.

God this burns but I agree with above RUIN member..

WvW has taken a big hit in the last couple of weeks. A lot of interesting games have come out since and GW2 WvW is filled with griefers, hackers and most importantly BUGS.. I’m not even talking about the promises made by ANet that GW2 wasn’t going to have stupid gear grinds…

I’m on BT and I was extremely surprised that I had to queue for Vizu BL two days ago, however within 15 seconds I got the message to go in. Even in primetime queues are almost never there.
Hell at some point during todays primetime we had the outnumbered buff on 3 out of 4 maps :s.

My money is on server mergers within 6 months from now.

I currently play full condition, which in WvW means I beat a LOT of player because people simply don’t bring condition removals. That’s because people want to run in zergs or are simply bad.

I also have a full glass cannon set and run it every now and then, with 10-11k health that build is high risk high reward as said. People are adapting and are getting used to dealing with glass cannon thieves and it gets harder to deal with the average player.

Also I really don’t have that much problem with culling while in a 1v1 in WvW or even up to 5v5 I really don’t have that much issues.

For a full burst thief Scholar is the best because of the fact that if you burst and are above 90% HP you will do a metric kittenton of damage.

Switching some pieces of Berserker out for Valkyrie is ok’ish. I’ve tried it but it didn’t really feel like any different. Sure I would have 14,5k instead of 10k but I would still die as fast but somehow feel a lot less powerful.

If you are going to roll Berserker just go full and take the “5% prec = vit” trait to get around 12k. If you want survivability go full Carrion cond spec. Thieves really only have 2 viable options, burst or condition dam. I’m leaving out S/D because after the nerf it feels boring.

Whatever you do don’t go for the badge set because you might have high survivability but you will be unable to kill anything.

Holy crap where does Vizu find that many freaking players to play all through the daytime :s. I have been on all 4 maps. All the BL’s were filled to the brim with Vizu players every map had a zerg of atleast 40 people.
Eventually ended up playing on EB and guess what, even more freaking Vizu players. We have been outnumbered atleast 3 to 1 all morning/afternoon.

However they do fail to get anything going with those big numbers. And now Arborstone has woken up and decided to go nuts on EB and capped their portion of the EB map in minutes.

Did however get some amazing video footage of me trolling [MORT] that had 6 cata’s shooting at Klovan.

No it doesn’t it takes ur total life and brings it down hence why the health bar moves up

potato, potato… Any Ele can still go from 10% in downed state to 50% in downed state. Which is broken.

Being able to use portals/doorways whatever you want to call the things in downed state should not be the case. Easy as that.

However what is far more broken about Ele vapor form down state thingy is that when they get to down state their life starts ticking down. However AFTER using vapor form their downed state life is back up to 50%. So if you put this into a 1v1 perspective where you have 2 people both in downed state throwing kitten at eachother the Ele just wait for his/her life to be around 10%, vapor form, BLAMMO 50%…

Initiative is a double edged sword. Yes it allows the no brain thiefs to go CnD, BS, HS, HS, HS and if their enemy isn’t dead by then. They are dead OR they blow every defensive CD they have to try and get away.

However where any other class can do a nice rotation of skills to keep stuff going, thieves cannot. If you do not manage your initiative any variable in a fight is going to cause trouble (another player, defensive CD’s etc). If anything initiative makes playing a thief at high levels harder than people that can do rotations while not having to worry about variables as much as thieves.

There are a couple of options but only one of those is really viable imo.

Knight will give you power/tough/vit which will give you around 20k hp and a really nice amount of toughness but you won’t kill anything.

A nice combination of Berserker/Valkyrie can net you around 15k hp and if traited for it 300 extra toughness. I used it for a while and realized that even though I had 3-4k more hp it took longer for me to kill people and thus I took more damage.

Cond/Power/Vit is the only real viable setup for damage dealing AND surviving. Especially because the builds often have +300 Vit/Toughness in it.

By now I have 3 full Exotic sets for my Thief of which I only use 2. I have a full Berserker set with divinity runes. Full Carrion set with mainly +duration runes. And then I have a mix of Valkyrie and Knight because I wanted to see if I could make my berserker set more beefy. Which it did but you don’t get any actual survivability out of it because it also takes a lot longer to kill someone.

Then again, don’t play WvW if you really want to enjoy playing a beefy thief. It’s horribly unbalanced in many many ways. Mesmers are insanely powerful and backstab thieves still wtfpwn your face if they get a jump on you (CnD => Steal => Backstab => HS => HS => HS => HS => HS => HS). It’s by far the gayest way to play a thief in WvW but 99% of them simply are like that in WvW.

Why do people not search the forums lookigng for a similar post? There are atleast 5-10 other posts regarding this issue.

I only get annoyed when people start the fight with me and when they are about to lose they do it. Otherwise I just shrug and move along. ANet seems to tolerate it so screaming bloody murder doesn’t help at all.

Red Guard must be a fun place to be in. You guys come off as immature kiddo’s in a pissing contest. Yes that’s coming from a person who plays on Blacktide. I get that you want to beat your opponent and all but how you guys represent RG in this thread takes away any kind of credibility. I don’t know how you guys operate in WvW, I honestly don’t care either. You want to be able to laugh at your opponents? Beat them, record it and when THEY start talking crap you tell them whats up.
I just think to myself “Oh well, 10k points ahead. They must be angry.”. Be the bigger man/woman cause nobody likes the kid who screams on the top his lungs about how he’s better than the rest.


That out of the way, so far this match up isn’t what I thought it would be. It seems our main forces never seem to meet. When Nugos starts playing on Vizu BL both Vizu and Arbor seem to lack presence. By the time we stop playing both Vizu and Arbor have insane numbers. Maybe we picked the wrong map to play on this match up.

I like playing versus Arborstone players more because they don’t shy away from a fight. 90% of the time I run solo capping camps, killing doly’s and trying to kill any player that tries to stop me from doing those 2 things. Most Vizu players I have run into 1v1 either run away or fight, lose and then ALT-F4 (Mostly no-guild players but sadly quite a lot of guilded players don’t seem to like losing). Arborstone players go for that nitty gritty kill and if they lose they will respawn and run back to that point to go for round two. Love it!

Vizu has as far as I can tell the best server communication though. More than once I was in the middle of capping a supp camp and I get spotted by a scout and BAM within seconds there’s a team of 10+ people trying to kill me/stop me.

I’m a P/D – SB condition thief with a [Nug] tag on Vizu BL almost always solo and always outnumbered but always ready for a fight. So far the score is pretty kitten even and it’s going to be fun this week!

Well like with most Cond builds you have +300 Vit & Tough from traits which makes you quite a lot more damage resistant than any other build. I would never run his build because I honestly believe there is no reason you should want to.

There is no reason to go hybrid because the other 2 builds are way more effective at what they are supposed to do than a hybrid form of the two. 50% cond/50% crit dam doesn’t mean it does 50% damage of a full glass cannon build nor does it give 50% survivability and kittenhat a condition build does.

I would run this build for fun and to mess with experienced players their heads. “Ok he’s currently using Pistol/Dagger probably condition” followed by “WTF his #1 out of stealth just did 5k damage!” followed by “WHY ARE THE CONDITIONS TICKING DOWN MORE THAN 50 DAM PER TICK”.

Spiking needs to be removed.

I attack everything. There’s no time to discriminate I attack everything that pops on my screen.

However there are classes that I scout out a bit before I decide to jump in. Thieves are on the top of that list because in WvW they can still pretty much destroy you in 1-2 seconds. Mesmers are a close second because they are honestly more annoying and hard to deal with than thieves.

Necro’s are free kills in WvW
Warriors are free kills in WvW
Engineers are free kills in WvW

D/D Ele’s are a pain in the kitten /p>

Guardians and Rangers I only get to down state and then leave. It’s bad enough they rolled a Guardian or Ranger.

WvWvW doesn’t abide PvP rules. Simple as that. WvWvW is a PvE environment where you can fight other human players. That’s all.

I myself am highly disappointed about the Ascended gear and I said it before but will say it again. If Ascended gear is not made available through WvW (which according to ANet is PvE) I will quit.
