Most of the weapon skins in gw2 feel like worse reskins of gw1. I won’t be missing anything by not getting the zodiacs in gw2

Well I do like the staff, and the axe. I’m not sure what people are whining about gw1 weapons. Yes they were nice in gw1, they still are. Go play gw1 if you want to see those version. I will get me some of these..
It’s not about using the skins, I’m fine with that. It’s the fact that they put them in the RNG boxes instead of putting them in challenging content which is insulting.
If you really don’t see how morally wrong that is, I don’t know what will make you see it.
I was always opposed to the RNG box design, but it wasn’t until now that I started caring. What’s next, putting Tormented weapons in RNG boxes?
How about you make some challenging content that will award you stuff. Instead of having casual numbnuts throw their money at you in the hopes of getting one.
Zodiac were some of my favorite skins from gw1. The gw2 zodiacs don’t look as nice but if they put tormented weapons in the rng boxes, i will be kitten ed. It’s bad enough that the zodiacs are in there
I think weapons in gw2 have too many particle effects. The weapon skins were much better in gw1. There are several weapons in gw1 that when i saw them, i wanted them. I have yet to see a weapon skin in gw2 that i really wanted.
Lots of whiners on the forums. If you can’t kill liadri, do something else. Once you get the pattern down, she’s easy. I think i used 5 or 6 tickets to kill her and most of those were to figure out the first part.

Only took me 5 or 6 attempts to kill her. I thought it was fun. Not anywhere as hard as i thought it would be or as hard as i heard it was.
I would like it if they gave us the ability to dye weapons like in gw1.
Account bound exotics to me usually mean, “i wonder how many ectos i will get out of this.” It is very disapointing to see account bound on a drop.
It would be better if they actually added some GOOD skins.

It would be nice if so many of the weapons weren’t account bound so you could just buy them from the trading post.
Are new areas going to be added that actually expand the world or have anything to do with the dragons? The areas that have been added just feel like gimmick zones. It feels like the dragons are not a focus in the game at all.
No, i have good memories of the dervish class and its skill sets and gw2 would probably mess the skills up
My problem with legendaries/the game is that there is no middle ground in goals. The legendaries are a long term goal while map completion/dungeon completion are short term goals and don’t take all that long. There are no mid range goals which kills any motivation I have to attempt to get a legendary.
I would like to see some random skins available at the end of the dungeon. I like the token system but what kept me doing dungeons in gw1 were the rare skins i could get in the dungeons and then sell to profit. I would like to see a system with tokens and a chance to get some rare skined weapons at the end of dungeons. As is, it is just not that exciting to get the same reward everytime
They need to add an afk option that “safes” the toon. Sometimes nature, family members or the UPS person want attention NOW. A player shouldn’t be punished just because real life demands a little attention. And teleporting does punish since it costs and you then have to run back to where you were.
I’m sure that wouldn’t lead to any exploitation at all…

However, I’d be 100% staisfied if loot/karma/XP scaled to a players ACTUAL level. Why on earth would anyone want to battle with a level 20 creature at level 80 only to get shafted on the rewards? It makes no sense.
The loot does scale. I have gotten lvl 70-80 stuff in 1-15 areas

Why is the coin amount so small for completing your monthly? My august monthly was bugged until they fixed it so i finished that one and got 11 copper. I just finished the september one and got 45 copper. Why even have the copper as a reward if a person can make the same amount in less than 5 minutes?
