Here is a possible fix to this, so that both parts feel they get some value for the money.

Customers who don’t have the core game from before gets only the core game and the HoT expansion.

Customers who already got the core game gets.
- 2 Extra character slots.
- 1 Bank slot expansion.
- 1600 gems.
- 1 Selectable armor skin set.
- 10 Transmution charges.
- 1 Total makeover kit.

Something like this would be the best thing for them to do i think.

D/D ele is now garbage, i hardly even play it anymore in WvW and i hardly see anyone else play it. So many undeserved nerfs.

Seems to me that they even have made a rule that says: when server lag hits, let easy to process skills pass throug, like warriors GS1 spam, and not let Elementalist’s cast meteor shower because that’s harder for the server to process.

I wish they could be more open about things like this and explain more. I don’t see why they won’t even tell us the limit of the amount of ppl that WvW allow. Is there some dirty secret? Like uneven limits, or bugs that makes minis take player spots? Why wont they tell us?

Is there any diminishing returns function in wvw?

Yea, i remember that guy. I think he was on Kodash before on a PU mesmer. Reported him months ago, and now that trash moved to my server. So lame!

It takes much more time to get dungeon armor than WvW armor and it even costs gold. So why the hell is it like this?
I hate looking at flaws like this which should be so easy to fix being in a game for so long.

No, SOME of these people have provided enough proof to say there ARE issues on ANET side, but that does not mean EVERYONE’s complaints here is related to the same thing.
Al I am saying is that your post is not helpful and making demands is not getting you, or this problem, anywhere.

If you think network or server management is easy(and finding small hickups), then you clearly have no experience with it.

There is so much that can go wrong between your home and ANET.
Without providing more info, its near impossible for ANET to fix the issue(assuming it IS their responsibility and not your ISP).
Instead of demanding, you may want to consider being more productive with your time.

WoW, SWTOR, Aion, Rift, Tera, Wildstar, etc, you have to either grind reputation, tokens, raids, dungeons, PvP, etc to get that gear. All of that is time gated in one way or another (via point caps, lockouts, dailies).
Not to mention that it also relies on RNG being in your favor with drops and nobody else decides to roll against you when it comes to raid/dungeon drops.

I doubt there is an MMO like that. But i’m hoping it all will change. Anet seemed to make this a no-grind MMO, but failed along the way.

Well I think that is where the disconnect is. They clearly want top tier gear to be something you have SPEND that time and work towards, so that it feels like a real accomplishment. People with full sets of ascended gear have WORKED for it and presumably are happy with having something they worked hard for. Its not MEANT to be something everyone can just get without really investing themselves in the process.

And I say this as someone who will likely never have a full set because to me it ISNT worth the time. But it wasn’t made for me, it was made for those other people who enjoy putting in the work and having the nicest stuff they can get.

Time gates reduce grinding.

If Anet doesnt want a certain item to be gained easily, they can either lock it behind a time gate or behind a massive grind/RNG.

I take time gates over grind and rng any day.

This game was good in the start. The real grinding and timegating started when they added ascended gear. Which was never needed. No need for time gating or grind. It’s just a cheap way for not including enough content and to easy content. I like to be able to have top tier gear without spending a large amount of time.

This is actually a pretty good idea, why didn’t anet just base the ICD off whether there was a target or not instead of whether it landed or not.

Ele seems to getting overnerfed all the time. Can’t even have a decent 1200 range gap closer. Ride the lightening is nerfed from 15 sec to 40 sec. So i have almost stoped playing ele cause of it. And now our evasive arcana which is pretty much mandatory to be able to stay alive with the lowest base health pool in the game.

Having very much lag in EB now.

The sigil is even 1 year old. How can it be bugged like that?

You didn’t see it cause Anet likes to make invisible objects/steps that take you higher to the visual object.

This game mode seems boring to me. To much about running supply to get some boring npc’s to do the work. So lame.
I’ll rather have pure pvp mode, without siege and npc’s.

It’s not a bad idea. I’ll rather have 40v40v40 and that the game works than 80v80v80 and it’s all rng when skill works. If you got a better idea i’m listening.

Yea, this is how you make a good skin! There is no clipping issues on charr! It look’s perfect to me! The level of details is way higher than normal to, for you . :P

I just wish there was a light and medium version. Cause this look’s like a heavy one, and i wish they wouldn’t be outfits.

Please please Anet! Hire some competent people and fix this already! The stability change only made it lag more. I guess it’s much to calculate for the server, and it was already way to much from before! Dolyaks gets out of sync with other npc’s and server speed up happens after big and long battles. I guess that to is related to the lag.

Instead of making these new borders, why don’t you focus on the most important issue in wvw which is lag? Please fix, can’t cast any skills in big fights. It’s terribile!

And when you lock up 1 bag spot for one charcter it should do the same for every other characters you have. Having 8 chars and having to buy more storage for them all will be sickening expensive!
