Chiming in here, with full level 80 T3 gear + best possible gear combinations/traits/food etc, I highly doubt gaining 25% more damage is even possible at this stage of the game, if your doing 2.1k crits and the other person hit you for 6.1k, that is a huge difference in damage.

Exotic gear isn’t that much better than rare gear, certainly if that player was fully decked out in T3 that player would definitely do more damage, but shouldn’t practically double nearly triple the damage output so those numbers your quoting, something is also iffy about that.

Edit *Also, pie ~ What your saying is feasible but highly unlikely – that would require very careful planning, the best food available etc.. I highly doubt that would happen this early after launch, you might fight something like that in sPvP in the near future but I still highly doubt it right now.

I read about they are thinking about changing this aspect though, especially in the future if server merges etc..was to happen, nobody would want to lose a highly evolved guild so I think, at some point they will have to change this.

I was saying something similar nearly a week ago, that Engineers DPS is pretty bad compared to other classes, this entire thread is one of the reasons. The end-game scaling with Engs is really bad and needs some huge buffs, one of the reasons why I’ve put my 80 eng on hold and playing a Rng at the moment.

Talking with other guilds, reporting the same issue (Ehmry Bay Server) and most likely other servers have the same problem ~ our guild lost 5000 influence, we was working on a level 3 upgrade which was about complete T.T

Wayfarer Foothills is fine, everything else isn’t loading.

Lucky Stars is a medium sized guild and growing, we have somewhat of a night crew ~ I myself play usually until around 4am est and usually there is 5 – 7 people online at that time. We have vent but I don’t personally use it unless we are actively doing something important like dungeons etc.

A little about me, I have a capped elementalist, Hardcore pvp/pve player but laid back. I play to win but if its a wipe I laugh, look at what went wrong and keep trying till its done. I also come with a friend that shares the same views as me if its a good fit :P

I’ve played so many MMOs that I’ve forgot most of the names now =P We try to have as much fun as possible, sometimes it becomes difficult to arrange anything as many of our members are all different levels and/or timezone differences.

Same problem, one of the patches introduced this bug as before I was running at around 45-70FPS without any problems, and I have a similar system to you guys, right now I’m trying the beta driver 306.02 to see if that fixes the problem.

Had to get some spin after the pre-purchase launche times. Servers were filling up so fast, I’d say instantly which was causing the problem for the others to join that server. So we picked Emhry Bay, it had much less server delay by that time and that’s where we are today >=O

Hey Suo; yes the original Lucky Star guild was originally planned for Jade Quarry server and had quite a few players who we lost touch with, and since the servers filled up really fast we had to quickly pick a new server from the ever shrinking list of servers which was filling up really fast at pre-launch. It would be nice if we could get back into touch with some of the older members from the original BWE versions of the guild.

So far though, Ehmry Bay has proven to be quite a stable and friendly server so everything worked out.

Yes, its bugged ~ we created our emblem several days ago and it was working fine, but now it isn’t showing up in guild. It is working on guild armor and in captured WvW forts etc though, just not in the guild.

Lucky Stars is on Ehmry Bay; which does fairly well in WvWvW now that the server has had a recent population boost, we are a very casual guild focused on PvE/Dngs/Crafting and WvWvW. Please check out our guild recruitment thread if you are interested.

Lucky Star(s) was originally created back in Beta Weekend1 (BWE1) and has since became stronger and more developed guild, we focus primarily on PvE content such as levelling and Dungeons, Fractal progression being a major emphasis right now. However that being said, we do have a presence in WvW combat. The guilds main location is Ehmry Bay server and as always, we except members who do not wish to represent however, that being said we offer many reasons why you should represent!

What will we offer?

Besides access to constant multiple guild buffs and we’re in a position so when new guild upgrades roll out to immediately start working on whatever A-Net has planned..Guild Halls by chance? We’ll be able to start working immediately! Also, any guild fractal progression teams will have repairs and progression foods provided by the guild ~ This benefit will only be able to actively representing members only

All members actively representing will be rise in ranks earning access to guild banks, active members recruiting, farming and generally making an effort to make the guild better will rise through ranks and be rewarded for their efforts; that being said someone who actively represents will still be rewarded.

Looking for members to take an active role in the development of the guild such as recruitment and arranging events//dungeon runs.

Guild upgrades and buffs

Currently, the guild has built many upgrades and members enjoy permanent guild buffs such as +10% Magic Finding // + Exp buffs will always be active.

Requirements

No requirements ~ just a positive and friendly attitude to help the guild and members move forward and prosper, especially helping newer members with the gameplay, also Being a anime/manga/gamer fan would be beneficial, but not required at all.

Also, members should be aware that like other guilds, we have dry spells when few members are online and/or busy with various dungeons/W3 so guild chat is often busy then silent at times, if you require attention or help with vistas/poi locations we’ll try to help as best as we can

I personally hate playing the ‘market’ in MMos because it often damages the game in the long run, forcing the prices on many items to go insane. As for me making money, I sell dyes, exotics, sigils and crafting materials.

You should try a condition build, watch those bleeds/burns do some significant damage.
