Many ppl had 4-6 toons parked looting this node every day. It is not worth the time running through all the maps on 6 toons to get the same amount of ori as before was possible in 2 minutes of logging in and out.
Supply will be decreased over time by at least 50% if not even 80%. Not today, not tomorrow, but in the next couple of weekends, when the buffer from 2 months of farmin’ rich node on 6 toons a day is gone.
Ppl are more wealthy, way more wealthy then in november or october and every day more ppl are thinking about getting a named exo weapon or a legendary. several legendaries need 1000 ori. even more named exos need 1500 ori. playerbase with several exotic geared toons is huge and people will get back to getting 5 ori a day instead of 120 as before.

As said before, ppl are wealthier now and spending 60g for 1k ori isnt an issue anymore.

-> ori-price will raise to at least 5, if not 6 or 7 silver per piece.

downstream mats, made from ori are also still supplied enough. as soon as the supplie also will diminish here, ori will rise even more. why? because ppl have the money and dont want to walk through half of tyria for 5 hours for the same amount of ori as before the patch in 2 minutes.

Also there are less bots than before the karka event. it is impossible to get to the same supplylevel as before karka event. the demand somehow will stil be the same if not bigger with new ascended gear incoming that will need tons of ori for upgrading in mystic forge.

Buy a lot of Exotic weapons, throw them into the MF, and then go crazy that it didn’t gave you the precursor. There is your Crazy Gold!

Patch is online in Europe. I already got 2 Precursors from lvl 13 fractals. Everybody in my group at least one. Im so rich right now!

skeletonts would remind me of grinding tomb of the vulture lord for glyphset and farming chests for shroud of khutep/settra in necropolis of zandri. please no skeletons :-D!

Going for the Hammer after making Twilight. Just play the TP for making around 10-20g/day. What ist wrong with waiting 2 months till you get the 500g for the Pre and the Gift of farming lodestones?

Srsly. You even could get those 2.000g for the finished legendary in those two months.

It is really undermining my fun IG, not getting any kind of support on this issue. An issue that has been reported enough times!

Is there really an unfair differentiation between legendaries, making you build 2 GS and fusing it into one way less epic GS without effects to get the achievement???

You realize that other gifts need really expensive stuff? Nothing like 30s, 2g each…

Make them throug Weapons, e.g shields or daggers.
Clothes need silk from vendor for 4s each ten.

kitten, once you have one it will take you 1 week tops to want the next one. You will never be free! You ill just do it with a little less of a rush though.

yes, i am pretty upset about that.

I got the most expensive legendary in the game to notice I wont get an achievement until I also get the second most expensive one and fuse them into a third weapon without the footprints, making the whole item worthless. nice, huh?

the mats needed for Kudzu are pretty cheap compared to other gifts :-)
If you want to know what is expensive, look in the signature

FSP it will be. Ill be levelling my d/d elementalist though, as I see vast use for massive cc in smallscale and mesmer and thief are a bit of a faceroll. So I will be joinig WvW sporadicaly on my mesmer to get to know the server.

I guess its easy to see Vynja from a distance though :-P

WvW is supposed to be the games way of taking money out the ecomony for thoes who dont gamble in the mystic forge, they will never allow the rewards earned over the average of all people playing to overtake the amount being spent on it.

With that being said, ANet have already announced they are revamping the rewards you get from WvW and improving on them. Siege for karma would make it too easy to get siege there has to be a sensible limit on how much siege you can get.

p.s. Someone apparently got the Zap Precursor sword from WvW not so long ago, 150 gold right there.

The Karma idea is fine to be honest. If 1 silver = 1,000 karma, you won’t get a siege overflow too much really. The amount of Karma it takes to make a legendary would only be worth 5 gold.

You dont really seem to know the amount of karma needed to craft a legendary :-P.

So, tomorrow evening I will be able to finally transfer and as far as I know for now I dont want to play in the T1-3 for sure. Too crowdy, too laggy, etc.
Im in between Gunnars and FSP atm. Hard decision though.

I seek a server in the middle tiers, with good com and players who are loyal to it. Had that on Kodash, but a german server just aint for me. Should have known from other mmos i played.
SR sure is great, but its also is very crowdy and going to end upt in T1 and T2 all the time. I like the JP very mch and the small fights in it, but SR has been camping it all day so nobody can enter :-).

Edit: EU-Server it should be ;-).

I am looking for a server with low or no queue time for WvWvW and skilled smallscale guilds (roaming in 2-10).

So the Patch brought big changes for all phantasm-mesmers. But did it for confusionbuilds too?
I would like to ask you to have some nice theorycrafting here on conditionbuilds for WvWvW.
Before GS was always a must in WvWvW, because of the Zerkers cleaning walls, etc.
Now here is the dilemma, im finishing Twilight, have my rabid gear from instances nearly set wit tough/prec/cond and suddenly GS got nerfed and Im honestly a bit lost on how to gear up anymore.

Biggest worry honestly is including that Greatsword, I love GS.
But this is Mesmer forums, so maybe anyone could possibly post some thoughts about this.
Im focussing on bleeds and confusions. Running Scepter/Focus and GS. Sure staff is nice, but i dont like it so much.
Thinking about taking runes of centaur for speed instead of focus and swap torch for it. But then i will lose lots of toughness and conditiondamage from runes of undead.
On the other hand torch now gives 3 stacks of confusions, what is insane.

Any ideas? Smallscale it is, mostly 1-3 ppl.
