When I go there on my server, that has pve population high, there is no-one. Just like I expected it to be. This will never work because the loot sucks, and in the same time farming anywhere else(no not wvw) is better for drops.
People did it for their ap’s and moved back to the daily routine.

Probably just for these encounters, because krait can spam conditions like mad necro’s.

I had the same, for me it was the “new” jumping puzzle in gendarran. Had the gifts in my inventory but still said 99%, after I did the JP there it was 100%.

How can I not notice it. It used to be in SM only, when 2 zergs met. Now with the amount of players I sometimes cannot do more than pres 1.
Or watch someone run pass me because I cannot target him, next target does nothing, mouse is gone….

Enjoy your stay, glad you are loving it. I joined to get world completion and loved it so much I stayed too. Sometimes you just need to go there to see what it’s about.

Only thing killing it for me now is the lag. I am having a great time in wvw, lots of new players lots of people talking and fighting. No problem there.

I understand what you are saying Laxus, but I like WvW too much to not do anything but let people pass to get achievements. I will try to get them myself, but if I dont I dont care too much if I dont get them.
If I see people wandering alone and seeing but not attacking me I will turn the other way but that is about it from me personally.

I wonder which one next week is the hardest of our current setup. Drakkar, rof and ros are probably the top 3 in the bronze league.

If possible the higher ranked commanders should be able to show different set of colours thant beginning commanders. Every 100 ranks a different colour or set of colours.

Hmm too bad you canot report someone on your own server, if i wasnt stuck at work I would login and try something to prevent this. Sorry guys :/

I don’t blame pvers, i blame Anet not being able to have good servers. Skill lag and qeue everywhere.

This, I like the new players on the servers. No problem there, just the lag is sometimes killing the fun.

My ranger is rank 50, Necro 20, mesmer 20, ele 15( I think) with around 3.5k kills. Not even started wvw with my other chars(lvl 80 war, lvl 80 guard, lvl 75 thief)

FoW didn’t talk them into joining afaik, they are from Gunnars Hold and have a fair ego (check old matchup threads), they’re there for 1 month to recruit. Infact from what I’ve been told people were saying “we don’t want you” from within 5minutes of them moving and FoW had a queue for EB.

Blergh, right now we have HT/Jd in our BL, and WSR hammering our only remaining EB objective. 40 green dots on minimap in EB (might be an underestimate :o) and outmanned

It was a complete surprise, they did not get talked into joining. And I did not see anyone saying we did not want them. Talked a bit and they seem to be very nice guys.

In it’s current state it is unplayabe, this is beyond anything I have ever experienced in any game. Even in the outside plain open field the lag is unbearable. It’s so bad that your mouse is gone, targeting does not work, anything besides skill 1 does not work.
It is terrible.

But I would like to add, why no DEFENSIVE achievements like:

Defend sm 3 times
Defend keeps 10 times
Defend 20 towers
Build 10 AC’s in a sm/keep/tower
Pay for a ugrade at any fortification/supply camp

There are no defensive achievements at all, its no wonder most players assume defense is worthless…

Defense need more love, that one is for sure. Anet said they are working on it, and defense bonus is harder than capturing. One treb and sm is under attack, does it count if they stop trebbing and you have now succesfully defended sm?

Again, this problem would not be there if they stopped making these kind of drops account bound. Everything for the gem store right…..

It’s just a few days in the first season. Unless you have some kind of crystal ball this topic is not needed at all.

Agreed. We had around 10~ PvE achievement hunters in our garrison this evening, our commander assumed at least one of them would raise the alarm if garrison was attacked. Inner gate was down before we could even respond because those 10~ people didn’t say anything

Well, you know what they say about assumption.

I agree with some, the one I agree most with is with the supplies. It will just lead to wasting that and in most cases it is very precious.

Setting up many achievements in wvw and not expecting more people to join is kinda weird from Anet. It should have been expected, unless they did and do not care. :/ But I doubt that, the amount of “wvw” players is pretty awesome now.

Imp as a guild will go wherever we think we’ll have some fun fights, atm that usually means going WSR BL because the WSR zergs are smaller and more likely that we can fight them alone.

Well right now wsr is much much larger than FOW’s, I forgot to make a screenshot of WSR taking our keep with so many I got lag stutters like you only get in SM with big fights.

I only noticed some IMPs trying to take wildcreek, but not too many of them.

WSR have got more numbers total it seems, I’ll definitely agree with that! (Probably PvEr’s joining in for achievements) but they seem to be showing up in smaller numbers. The FoW we encountered yesterday was a double guild group of Jd and WvW :/ If we find a smaller group of FoW we’ll be there you can be sure :P

Yeah we got many pve-ers joining in wvw in the weekend. Not too bad but on sunday in my group I was the only lvl 80 :/
But atleast they enjoined it more than they thought they would.

Ive noticed that everyone is losing their sound during the really big fights now, which is new.

It’s not new for me, every zerg fight in sm I will lose my sound for a long time.

absolute favorite situation is when they take out the riffle, and all i have to do is put temporal curtain up and watch their hp melt away

Getting pretty sick of these hammer wars and guardian groups too. Now when the pve people come join the fights I see a lot of different professions but still it’s warrior #1.

Only solution, bigger servers. I for one am not to sad about being in the lower tiers and almost no que’s.

I think today wsr pve was empty, and wvw was full =). Some nice fights wsr. Even though the lag in sm was almost unbearable, the fight in our keep was fun.

Many many topics about this armour before, and afaik never an definitive answer from Anet about this.

I dont agree, the pve people will either learn or go back to pve. I do not see a problem. Perhaps for the tier 1, but that is just too bad.

The daily is 2 ranks, and that is also done so no, 50 for 7 weeks(lol weeks not days) is easy. Do one a day and you are fine.

I hope wsr can keep up the numbers they are doing in the weekend. If they do this should be a good week.
Also wsr commanders, you might want to tell the pve batch that legendary defenders are bad to attack

Had some awesome fights last night, Aldons just after reset was a blast. Once we got the walls down on green keep EB just seemed to lag up though as all 3 sides poured in there, gave our group chance to steal some more towers though Vabbi even had lead tick at one point!!

… then our zerg got tired of wiping and zoned out, so we lost all of EB – already had most of our BL gone so we ticked virtually nothing for a few hours, and now we’re all behind

Still, looking forward to this week Nice and refreshing after the spawncamp festival that was RoS towards the end.

RoS got so many new people at the end, it probably had to do with that. They are winning quite easy while in the past could not win from bt zergs.

It’s not cool, but there is nothing you can do about it.
And kingcragus probably falls to his death because he cannot control his thief. Np there.

What’s the use of us naming the pet if we cannot save it. Log in, and first thing to do is name the pet?

Actually, it is locked on the first time you LOG IN after the league starts (as of 9:00 EST tonight). If you haven’t logged in yet, you can still xfer.

Login button is before transfer.

You are logged in before character select.

But you have to login to transfer so that does not make any sense. Isnt it going to wvw the first time?

Man I am just at 80% or something and salvaged everything I got. Gz on the 300% man, from what amount did you start to notice the improved mf? If you ever did notice it of course

I imagine it’s hard to make, but the dragon bash cutscene was one of the best I have seen in the game. And it was pretty good for story telling too.

Meh I just heard a big portion of our already lowest server has transfered. So yeah…

I think it is based on what server you are on when you first log into WvW. So if you do not play till Sunday you could still transfer, as long as you did it before you logged into WvW. No idea if that is how it works, just how I read it.
